Guest Reviews
- Michael (3/5): absolutne neodpovidalo fotografiim!!! - asi nic absolutne neodpovidalo fotografiim!!!
- Hana (3/5): - Umístění apartmánu blízko Dětské nemocnice. Nešla WiFi a tudíž i televize. Platili jsme za dítě 5 let na přistýlce na gauči (druhé dítě 2 roky zdarma), ale nemělo připraveno povlečení, přikrývku, ani ručník.

- Nicole (7/5): - The location and price is great and the room is comfortable for a short stay. Everything was clean when I arrived and the air conditioning was very nice. There were also a couple small sweet treats for my arrival. Very nice touch! I noticed a few tiny stains on the bed sheets, but it wasn't too concerning so I didn't ask to have them replaced. I was unsure if the washing machine worked, but I didn't need to use it anyway. There was also no sponge to wash the dishes with, so I had to purchase my own. The decorative lamps in the pictures are no longer there, so that was a bit of a let down, but the room was still very comfortable and (fair for the price) as I said.

- Monika (1/5): - Nic Když jsme přijeli nebylo vůbec uklizeno po předchozích , nepřevlečené peřiny , špinavé umyvadlo a sprchový kout , nevynesené odpadky , znečištěné modre křeslo a rozbitá židle ze které sem spadla …. Katastrofa

- Jessica (7/5): - Ubytovanie blízko centra, dobrá dostupnosť peši do centra, kúsok od električkovej zastávky, v okolí sme sa cítili bezpečne a bol tam kľud. Nedostatočná čistota, prach, nemytá podlaha a podobne, slabá vybavenosť kuchyne.

Guides for Brno Expect a bit of noise from trams, but the noise reduction is strong and curtains cover the street lights well
- Maxim (8/5): Very good - The room (it's a studio, everything is in one room) is good. It's small, but had everything we needed for us (2 adults and 3 small kids). Adults slept on the bed and kids on the fold out couch. The bed linens and towels were all there. It was also acceptably clean. The location is fantastic, 5 mins walk to the inner/center/old town. The street behind the block (Traubova) is already the second parking zone, which means that it's free to park there over the weekend - that's very convenient. We didn't realize that the building and our windows will be facing right into a very busy street (Milady Horakove). Trams go on this street through our the night, and on weekends nights many people are returning home via this street drunk and loud. The room is small, so sleeping with windows closed didn't feel good. There is an airconditioning unit which could be set to simply ventilate the room, but the air-conditioning unit was dirty and looked like the filters probably weren't cleaned and we didn't want to turn it on.
- Tomáš (8/5): Very good -
- Gabby (7/5): Good - The place was at a good location. The apartment was furnished well and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We booked for 12 days but only stayed 10 due to unforeseen personal circumstances, although not expected, but not even a partial refund was offered.
The walls are very thin and let through all the noise. The trams were very loud, but got used to them after the second night.
No towel rails or holders in the bathroom.
No cupboard or drawers available for all our clothes. 10 hangers only on an open rail. We basically lived out of our suitcase.
There was nowhere in or near the building to take the rubbish out to. We had to carry it to the next street (bit embarrassing).
- Filip (8/5): Very good -
- Denson (8/5): Very good -
- Agnes (9/5): Comfortable and spacious studio in the centre of Brno - Bright and modern studio, everything there that you need. Walking distance from centre and parking garage. Easy communication and self check in went smoothly. Comfortable beds and sofa bed for the kids. Could use some deep cleaning to the aircon unit (lots of mold) and some hooks and hangers in the bathroom would be convenient. Also a hook to hang the shower head (ladies need two hands to rinse shampoo from their hair ;-))
- De-yu (10/5): One of the best! - large living space, well equipped, clean and very cozy
- Northerntraveller (6/5): Nice location but space not as advertised and not clean - Nice location close to tram stop. Comfy beds. Washing machine. Keyless entry so no need to arrange to meet the host This is a studio apartment, not a one bedroom apartment as advertised! It's on a noisy main road but it was quiet enough at night. Shower wasn't clean and as mentioned in other reviews there is nowhere to hang things in the bathroom (including the shower head). Washing machine was also not clean. Kitchen tap was wobbly.
- Sylwia (8/5): Very good -
- Jakub (7/5): Value for money, a bit noisy though - Self-check in, the apartment was fully furnished with a kitchen, bed and towels. There is a clothes rack and a sofa and a big kitchen table, that was suitable for some remote work. There is a small grocery shop about 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There was no soap/shampoo in the shower, and the shower does not have a shower-head holder, so it is kind of annoying handling it.
Bed was comfortable, but the apartment is on the first floor above a fairly noisy road, so I’d recommend earplugs for other travellers.
It was not well marked, on a floor with offices, so it was a bit confusing at first to find it. Also, wifi password was provided, but not the WiFi name itself, but it was sent via a message, so all good there.
- Tomas (9/5): Superb -
- Lori (9/5): Superb - The bathroom had no space/surfaces for toiletries, no hooks for towels— it was updated but very unusable for guests (especially women). Very little thought into these necessities for travelers.
- Soufiane (8/5): A comfortable accommodation - The studio is spacious and comfortable.
There is an oven but no dish washer. It could be noisy and it's difficult to keep the window open as it is located on the first floor. But by night there was no traffic and there is AC to keep ventilation.
- Kokypetra (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment in renovated building with elevator, all the equipment is like new, very comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was comfortable. We had here everything we needed for really good price. The apartment is just two tram stops to very center of Brno (i recommend to buy 24 hour ticket, which at sathurday and sunday is valid for 2 adults and to 2 kids under 15y). We liked the neighbourhood very much. Park with playground, very nice beer pub, grocery store.
- Martin (9/5): Superb - Both the door to the building, and the door to the apartment itself, are operated using a numeric keypad, so there was no need to coordinate with the host at the arrival to pick up the keys (also since me and my 2 friends were operating on slightly different schedules, we didn't need to synchronise our arrivals because of a shared key).
Trams pass right under the apartment but the windows - when closed - do a very good job of protecting against the noise from the street (although I should say I wore ear plugs at night because of my friends' late arrivals). There's air conditioning in the apartment so we didn't mind keeping the windows closed. The air conditioning unit is positioned such that it doesn't blow cold air towards the beds which is a nice plus.
Storage space in the apartment is limited (there's a clothes rack with a couple of hangers which I used, and a school-like iron cupboard which I didn't use) but the apartment feels very spacious, so even with the three of us having our suitcases open on the floor, we were not bumping into them. There is a kitchen table with 4 chairs and a small writing desk.
The toilet is in the bathroom, the bathroom itself and the stall shower are spacious.
The kitchen has got an induction stove, a microwave an electric kettle. There's a small fridge (with an integrated freezer) under the kitchen counter, and a washing machine. The lock is pretty noisy (it's operated using a numeric keypad rather than a key) and it locks down automatically ~10 minutes after you unlock it, so it's a good idea to lock it down manually right away, otherwise you get a jump scare when it does its scheduled lockdown :)
- Zoltan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sang (9/5): Great vacation and wonderful summer time - Beautiful room, near the downtown, quiet place, and nice staff
- Viktoria (9/5): Superb -
