• Catalincescu (9/5): - Personalul, locația excelente ( gara și stații de metrou foarte aproape) , piață sâmbăta vis-a-vis de cazare, market pe aceeași stradă la aproximativ 200 M distanta. Vom rezerva cu siguranță aceeași locație cu proxima ocazie! -

• Tam (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at Katia's apartment. It has everything we need for a few days stay in Milan. Checkin was easy with clear instruction provided in advance. Beds were comfortable. Location is only a few minutes walk from Milan Central, perfect for catching train to other cities, and there is two metro stations near the apartment, we use the metro for sightseeing around Milan and joining day tours to lake Como and Bernina Express. Katia is a fantastic and caring host, she responded quickly to all of my requests and questions. Nothing.
• Yen Nee (7/5): Convenient house near Milan Centre - Clean with everything you need. Location is perfect as the direction to the house is straightforward The check in required photo of tenants holding the passports.
• Elham (10/5): Very clean and comprehensive accommodation - Cleanness, convenience, having all what you need in accommodation, safety . The Neighbourhood has many shops and Metro and coffee shops. The owner is very polite and welcoming. She provided us with towels and some toiletries. If you are looking for a fancy location then , The location can be ok if you will stay for few days only .

• Sweet (10/5): Really enjoyable 3N stay with all conveniences (supermarket, restaurant, gelato & cafes) located nearby. Host provid - Airy, spacious, cosmopolitan furnishing.
• David (8/5): Great property, neighborhood not so great. - Great location close to centrale station, although the neighbourhood is not good. The property was fine although the neighbourhood was quite dirty and lots of suspect people hanging around.

And a great location. - From the very beginning, our host kept us in the loop and a few days before arrival, we received the details of check-in. Our host met us at the house, followed us up to the apartment, handed over the keys and gave us all information we needed. She also sent over some useful information via WhatsApp. We are a family of five and found the apartment meeting or exceeding our expectations. It is on the top floor and thereby very light and fairly quite to by city center. It was very clean, neat and everything you needed was there. Really great location and really great apartment. Very nice Saturday market just outside your window and loads of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. We can really recommend the nice Italian restaurant next door. We were walking late evening and felt safe and secure all the time. Our long weekend in Milan was superb and the very nice apartment helped making this trip a great success. We would definitely recommend the apartment and the host and next time we come to Milan, we will stay in the very same place. Everything worked well

All facilities provided including small touches like some crackers and bath gel and shampoo. There is a second way to the apartment which is great. Video showing how to get in to apartment was very helpful and very responsive host for any questions. 200 metres to one metro stop and 400 metres to a second metro stop. Also close to tram stop. Easy 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale railway station. Lots of great restaurants around. Fresh food markets on square outside in Saturdays. That we couldn’t stay longer!

• Lee (8/5): Clean, comfortable, cozy oasis of an apartment in urban part of Milan - Kademy House has a great location close to all forms of transportation including subway, train, and tram. The hostess went out of her way to accommodate our needs and greeted us with a warm welcome, including a clean apartment, snacks, beverage, and directions to show how things functioned in the unit. It is close to a number of supermarkets, cafes, and the big shopping street Corso di Buenos Aires. The rooms are spacious and it has all you need for a cozy stay close to all points of interest in Milan. I especially liked the hot water pot and kitchenware. There is also the large market on Tues and Sat where one can interact with local vendors. Otherwise there is Conad nearby. Washer and clothes line were helpful. Hostess has decorated the place well and it has nice Chinaware dishes and tea selection which is a nice touch. She also held our bags to accommodate our travel itinerary. Thank you Kati! ☺️ It can use a cutting board and clothes pins for the clothes line. Washer was great.
