• Nadya (9/5): Very good stay. Central and perfect for a short stay. - The owner was very friendly and contacted me beforehand to make arrangements to get the key. I was even left a little gift because it was my birthday.

• Vladimír (9/5): Útulný apartmán v centru Sofie - Vynikající umístění apartmánu v centru města. Blízko metra, nákupních možností, spousty skvělých restaurací. Apartmán je velice tichý, perfektně uklizený a komunikace s majitelem byla bezproblémová . Nic takového nebylo.
• Simone (9/5): Comodo, centrale e conveniente. - Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle attrazioni e in una parallela della via principale piena di negozi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, con tutto il necessario. Comodissimo anche il check-in notturno senza problemi.

• Fabian (9/5): - Wir hatten schöne Tage. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit/ verfügbar mit allerlei Tipps. Die Wohnung ist generell sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Badezimmer lässt es sich schwer vermeiden, den Boden unter Wasser zu setzen. Die Matratze ist etwas durchgelegen.
• NickRadev (10/5): - Host Emil was very friendly and helpful. Location is superb literally in heart of Sofia. 2 minutes walk to Vitoshka Street where you find lots of bars and shop. NDK is also nearby. Within 30 minutes of walk you can reach most of the landmarks of the City. There is also in the apartment central heating and access to a back garden. Pros were much more than the cons.
• Stacey (8/5): - The host is a lovely, friendly, helpful man. Communication was great. Location couldn't be any better, a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants. Apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable overall. The bathroom (in particular the shower) needs an upgrade. It didn't affect us using it and for a short stay it was adequate

• ITZIAR (9/5): Muy recomendable. Volveríamos - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente y el propietario fue muy amable, aunque no llegamos a conocernos en persona. La comunicación era fluida y solucionó rápido un problema que había con el WiFi. La casa es cómoda y tiene lo necesario para pasar 2-3 días dos personas. Había calefacción y la casa estaba muy calentita. No se oía apenas ruido y era tranquila. Faltaban cosas básicas (papel higiénico, útiles de cocina...) los productos de baño que había eran sobrantes de otros clientes y tuvimos que comprar varias cosas. El portal y el acceso al apartamento están bastante descuidados y la casa tiene algunas humedades, pero no afectan para nada a la habitabilidad

• Charlotte (9/5): Comfortable, clean apartment in central part of Sofia - This comfortable appartment is in a nice part of Sofias old city centre. Main interesting spots, musea, parks, churches and the Sofia ‘Ramblas’ are walkable. All kind of restaurants and bars are nearby. The appartment is fresh furnished, pretty daylight for a basement living and complete clean and there’s a helpfull host. I had a nice stay.
• Sylvia (9/5): Niedliche Wohnung mit Garten im Herzen von Sofia - Es ist eine wirklich hübsche Wohnung mitten im Zentrum von Sofia.Gleich um die Ecke ist der wunderschöne Vitoscha Boulevard.Die Metro ist in der Nähe und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Garten und eine gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles da,was man braucht. Die Hochsitzecke ist echt super und die Couch sehr bequem.Die Dusche ist auch top.Der Vermieter, Emil war sehr freundlich, hat mich persönlich empfangen,alles gezeigt und war bei Problemen immer erreichbar.Vielen lieben Dank.🤗 Es gab einen Temperatursturz in Sofia,die Zentralheizung ging noch nicht, weil sie von der Stadtverwaltung erst Mitte Oktober angestellt wird.Leider ging die Heizung in der Wohnung nicht und ich habe sehr gefroren.Zum Glück brachte mir Emil nach 2 Tagen einen Radiator.Ein Segen. Danke.🤗 Noch einige kleine Hinweise: Ein Geschirrtuch wäre gut.Eventuell die Matratze drehen.Eine Seite hat eine Liegemulde.
