- Thanh Nam (4/5): Trải nghiệm tệ nhất trong tất cả các khách sạn từng ở. - Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí thuận tiện đi lại giữa các quận, sau Emart, gần Vincom Phan Văn Trị, đường lớn rộng rãi, chỗ để xe máy, ô tô thoải mái. Hai vợ chồng mình book khách sạn 5 ngày 4 đêm, nhưng yêu cầu dọn phòng đúng 2 lần, lần đầu dọn xong trải ga trải giường dính vết bẩn, mình không biết là vết gì nhưng nhìn rất cẩu thả, sau đó có yêu cầu trải lại, vẫn bị dính nhưng ít hơn. Lần thứ 2, hai vợ chồng đi từ 7h sáng có gắn thẻ dọn phòng, nhưng sau 4-5h chiều về mở phòng CÒN NGUYÊN-KHÔNG DỌN VỆ SINH, mình báo lễ tân, lễ tân hỏi là “anh chị báo dọn phòng lúc nào”, là phải báo hay sao ạ, chứ thẻ dọn phòng gắn trước cửa không có tác dụng sao. Lát sau quản lý hay nhân viên có lên tận phòng xin lỗi và ngỏ ý mời nước, nhưng mình từ chối. Giá thuê phòng bên mình không rẻ, cũng không quá cao, nhưng cách phục vụ tệ. Khách sạn hơn 500k/đêm nhưng chỉ có 1 sọt rạc bé tẹo và không có nắp đậy. Bây giờ về kiểm tra thì thấy khách sạn gửi địa điểm ăn uống gần khách sạn vào hôm thứ 2(23/03/26) nhưng mình và chồng đã đến và ở lại từ hôm thứ 6(21/03/26) thứ 3 trả phòng, cảm ơn sự chu đáo không cần thiết của khách sạn. Hy vọng khách sạn khắc phục những vấn đề nhỏ, nhưng gây bất tiện và khó chịu đến khách hàng.

Fenêtre pas assez large pour faire entrer la lumièr et qui donne sur un intervalle très sale formé par un autre ɓâtiment. Le spectacle ,le matin, ne réjouit pas le regard. chambre pas nettoyée si on ne le demande pas. Lunette de cuvette wc ne tient pas droite, pour un homme par exemple..lavabo évacue l'eau tès lentement.

- Elodie (1/5): Horrible - L’hôtel paraît beau de l’extérieur La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, mais par contre la climatisation extérieure qui se trouvait collée à notre fenêtre, faisait un bruit qui nous a totalement empêché de dormir toute la nuit. La musique qu’ils mettaient à l’accueil nous a aussi empêché de dormir. Une fuite dans la salle de bain à mouiller toute nos serviettes, donc on ne pouvait pas se doucher. On a dû partir plus tôt que prévu parce qu’on ne pouvait absolument pas dormir et au final on a même pas été remboursé.

Thủ tục nhận và trả phòng khá thuận tiện, không mất nhiều thời gian. Nhìn chung, A In Hotel là lựa chọn phù hợp với mức giá hợp lý, đáp ứng tốt nhu cầu lưu trú không có gì phải chê ở ở đây.

The hotel is located in a quiet street, which is great to escape the noise pollution after a busy day strolling around HCMC. The room 301 has a strong shower, a large smart TV and the cleaning was well done. The lady behind the reception was very friendly and polite.
