• margherita (5/5): Salvo solo la posizione - Posizione. Bagno sporco, lavandino il peggio, porta della doccia che non si chiudeva, muffa in bagno, scale e corridoio senza luce. In più la maniglia interna della porta della camera era rotta e abbiamo rischiato di rimanere chiusi dentro. A nostra richiesta di ottenere un minimo rimborso la struttura non risponde. Veramente sconsigliato.

• Sara (7/5): buena zona - La ubicación es muy buena, cerquita de la parada de metro y el barrio es tranquilo y tiene de todo cerca, ademas el apartamento estaba bien equipado las camas muy incomodas, y el baño está fuera de la habitación, tienes que salir de la estancia con una llave a parte, privado por habitación, pero fuera, cosa que te avisan una vez reservado

• Vránová (7/5): Fair, ngiven the price. - Bathroom in the hall, the owner informed me about it after I paid, I had a chance to cancel, decided not to but I should have. It’s really inconvenient. Door lock had an issue.

• Adelina-Ramona (10/5): Excelent - Clean, cozy, exactly like the photos, hosts are very helpful. It is close to EU institutions (max. 15 min walk to Schuman roundabout). It is my second time here. Thank you! Some rooms have separate bathrooms that can be accesed from the common hallway, but you can see this in the photos provided and choose accordingly.

• Marie (7/5): - studio mansardé lumineux, propre, dans un quartier calme - cuisine bien équipée - lit confortable - communication via booking très efficace et instructions claires douche dans la cuisine assez peu pratique - cabinet de toilette petit (1.70 m et plus s'abstenir) avec un lavabo minuscule - cage d'escalier très sonore avec pas mal d'allées et venues le soir car une bonne partie des studios de l'immeuble ont leurs toilettes sur le palier.

• Maria Alexandra (6/5): Disappointed, but it was cheap - Location was good, easy access to property and straightforward check-in Bathroom was outside of the studio (this was made clear after booking only). Bed was flimsy and creaky and mattress uncomfortable. Other issues showed poor upkeep of the property - window hinges broken, freezer section of the fridge was full of ice and would not close properly, which would drip into the fridge. Room was noisy with fridge and boiler noise.

• Davide (6/5): Fair only in the Brussels flat bubble - It is in a perfect place if you need to go to the institutions. It is uncomfortable to have to get out of the flat to use the bathroom (always 2 keys, etc.) especially at night. Also expensive for what it is, but that is a Brussels trend.

Herşey söylenildiği gibiydi. Manzarası çok iyiydi. Konum olarakta toplu ulaşımlara çok yakın. Tekrar gitmeyi kesinlikle isterim. Teşekkürler Fahima. Genel olarak herşey güzeldi beklentilerime göre beğenmediğim bir şey olmadı.

• Kaina (2/5): Toilette et douche à l’extérieur + pas de chauffage - C’est bien équipé Ça sentait une odeur de pieds du début à la fin j’ai du acheter plusieurs gadgets anti odeur mais rien y faisait ! Il n’y a pas de chauffage j’ai eu très froid j’ai demandé au proprio d’allumer le chauffage à distance il l’a fait que pour 2 jours (sur 8 jours). Attention les toilettes et douches sont à l’extérieur.

• Beatrice (9/5): Molto carino, ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio! Ci tornerei domani! - Pulizia, estetica, dotata di tutti gli accessori, soprattutto in cucina (fornello a induzione, microonde, bollitore, forno elettrico) è perfettamente funzionante. Spazi picccoli ma confortevoli, c’è tutto il necessario! Ambiente molto carino, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Quartiere tranquillo adatto a famiglie, servito di bus, tram e mezzi a noleggio: bici elettrica, monopattini elettrici e bici muscolari a basso costo (app Villo!). Check in e check out facilissimi, proprietario molto disponibile e simpatico! L’unica pecca è data dal fatto che il bagno dell’appartamento pur essendo privato si trova fuori dal monolocale, ma nello stesso corridoio. Per noi non è stata una scocciatura ma forse è l’unico dettaglio “migliorabile”.
• Saulė (9/5): a cute and cosy apartment in a nice neighbourhood - the apartment was bigger and prettier than expected with all the indicated amenities. the location was great too, the surrounding neighbourhood quiet and beautiful to explore as well as well connected with other parts of the city. the only downside is that the door didn’t feel firm enough and the walls were firm and you could hear the neighbours. as a solo female traveler it didn’t feel safe at first.

• Šárka (7/5): - Vybavení kuchyně bylo dostačující. Byt byl ideálně situovaný v dochozí vzdálenosti na MHD. Postele byly hodně měkké a nebyl zde vlastně žádný úložný prostor.

• Claver (7/5): Good - The location of the apartment was very good. Getting to places was also easy. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was also very clean. The size of the bed in the apartment is very small, so it's a bit uncomfortable if two people are to use the same bed. Also, the apartment has no a/c, and since I visited during the summer, being outside or indoors made no difference because it was still very hot either way.

Could do with fan in the room as it gets quite stuffy in hot weather (we were lucky to have beautiful weather) I missed not having a toaster 😉

• Agnieszka (7/5): OK - The room was quiet (!), spacious and comfortable, It came with a wardrobe, full size mirrors, equipped kitchenette, table and two chairs, a bathroom with shower and hot water. Central heating worked! So did wifi. The room was on an upper floor with narrow and steep staircase - not recommended for guests with luggage. The bathroom had no heating so it was cold inside. I had doubts about freshness of the bedding and towels.
• Fff (10/5): Comfortable studio in an excellent location - Excellent location, light, quiet, spacious, comfortable bed. Owner very responsive. I asked for an extra towel and pillow and he provided them in a a couple of hours. I will definitely return here in my next business trip to Brussels. Minor thing: the room temperature is controlled remotely and could be kept a bit higher in the late evening (I am not sure the thermostat is well calibrated).

• Amelia (8/5): Good, I would do it again as a studentwho doesn t mind a few downsides for a lower price - The location was extremly good, in a very nice neighbourhood. It was equipped with everything we needed. Clean, nice furniture, easy check in, nice view The floor was really bad. When you walked around the room the dresser the bed everything was shaking like an earthquake. The same if neighbours were walking. Also you could hear everything, every conversation in another room. Some people checked out with their luggage at around midnight and it was like a train was running over the building. And the bathroom was very very cold as there was no heating. You just couldn’t be in there more than a few minutes. And the temperature was remote controlled by the host so it was pretty cold, and if we turned it up it was back down in a few minutes

I was not sure if the curtain on the bathroom window blocked view from outside. During the day heating is too low on a cold February day.
• Marius (7/5): Good - The studio had a kitchenette, it was quiet, the metro station was 5 min walk distance, and the Cinquantenaire was close as well. In the bathroom there's no radiator and the water takes time to heat up.
• Melina (9/5): Very good stay in a new, clean and efficient studio. - Very nice neighborhood with many means of transport available around. The house was brand new, very clean and very comfortable, especially for one person. It was also very well equipped, nothing essential was missing. Most importantly, the owner was very friendly and was eager to help with my bags and arrange a taxi for me when I was leaving because of the heavy luggage I had with me. Very helpful! One thing that did bother me a little was the window that is almost just above the bed and carried out a lot of noise from the rain and the wind. At night that became a bit of a challenge. But I managed! Also the fact that there was no elevator was a struggle, but I guess that’s on me for not checking before booking.

• Victoria (2/5): Very poor - The apartment had some positives, including a well-equipped kitchen and a nice, quiet location, though it’s not particularly close to the city center. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standard, and the most concerning issue was the presence of mold in the room, likely caused by poor ventilation and insufficient heating. The radiator is controlled externally by the owner and remains only lukewarm, leaving the apartment uncomfortably cold. Another inconvenience was the bathroom, which is not connected to the unit. To access it, you need to step outside, which is far from ideal, especially at night. To make matters worse, we had a neighbor upstairs who walked very loudly, almost stamping, to the point where the floor in our apartment shook with each step like an earthquake. This constant noise made it difficult to relax or sleep. While the kitchen and location were acceptable, the mold, coldness, awkward bathroom setup, and noise from upstairs made our stay far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this apartment unless these issues are resolved.

• Biljana (9/5): Nice place near EU institutions - The location is walking distance to Schuman - all the EU institutions. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. My room on the second floor (Rachel) was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The host even left the coffee, tea, olive oil... The host provided a place for storing the luggage after the check out. The stairs are narrow and not suitable if you have to carry heavy luggage. The metro is not close. There is no heating in the bathroom.
