• Hamad (4/5): Good location but no relaxation - If you have a car the location is good. Target just next to you. The space is good for two. Clean in general but need to pay attention to the windows glass (lots of fingers prints) Roller curtain aren’t blocking sunlight (you couldn’t sleep and your day is ruined). Check in is like solving a puzzle and elevators are a nightmare. Parking spots is in the last lot in the basement beside a large noisy fans which makes u having a headache everyday while parking. Hard to find the parking spot since letters and numbers almost erased on the ground. The host suddenly didn’t respond for two hours while i was waiting in the basement when someone has taken my parking spot and didn’t direct me where to park. I didn’t enjoy Miami cuz of these things.

The door does not lock from the outside. All of our belongings were at risk of being stolen bc the door does not lock when you leave the apartment. It only locks from the inside. The instructions on how to get to the garage, retrieve the key fob, etc were poor. They said to get the key fob out of the apartment but in order to get in the elevator to get to the apartment you need the key fob, so that was not feasible unless a concierge gets you in the elevator. We got a ticket in the parking garage even though we parked in the right space and had our parking pass up.

We also had repeated trouble entering the building with faulty fobs, which left us waiting outside more than once. While the unit itself was clean and modern, the surrounding area was not. Also parking in the building, perfect. One had to sleep at the couch, but bedding was also available for this. As we like to walk, from there you can easilly walking towards https://baysidemarketplace.com/ which is one of the hotspots in Miami.

• Han (10/5): Beautiful place in Miami with free parking, but no luggage storage - so it's a converted apartment-airbnb-like one-bedroom place, the check-in is instructed via a Youtube video. The location is great, in downtown Miami, and quite spacious for 2 person trip. They also have a washing machine for my dirty clothes. Free parking if you have a car. Check-in is relatively easy. The landlord communicates with you via WhatsApp/booking, with no direct phone calls, There is no service for keeping your luggage like in normal hotels. So we have to find an extra place to store our luggage after 11 am checkout, which is extra cost.

The complex is incredible, with big rooftop terrace, transats, barbecue etc.. Free parking. The flat is close to Miami Heats stadium (15 min by feet). • David (10/5): Great downtown unit perfect for a break in Miami. - The unit was perfect for our 2 night stay in Miami having got off a long flight from Scotland. There were 3 of us so the extra, small bedroom area was so much better than 2 hotel rooms or an uncomfortable sleeper sofa for our adult daughter. It also included parking for our car which was high on our search list. There is a Publix on the corner of the next block a very short walk away which was useful for groceries. Key and parking pass were waiting for us in the unit. The host was excellent and responded very quickly to any communication. One is always concerned booking and paying in advance for a property in another country but everything was easy and went smoothly. The unit is well equipped and there was coffee and sugar, dishwasher / laundry detergent etc which is appreciated for a short stay. One of the blinds was broken in the unit and couldn’t be opened. When reported it was fixed the same day. We arrived in heavy rains and floods so didn’t use the pool but the pool, gym and spa looked excellent. The unit is well located for transport links and we enjoyed the views from the 16th floor. Lots of construction in the area but it did not cause any problems. A great find managed by a great host. Would not hesitate to recommend this property. Small bed rather short and had plastic on the base which was noisy but great to have a proper bed rather than a sleeper sofa. Happy with everything and no complaints.

• Crystal (6/5): Pleasant - When I arrived the guest parking spaces were blocked. After finding an available parking spot you couldn’t even enter the elevators without a key. So we had to piggyback off some else. Once we got to the room we picked up the keys and parking tag, which had another parking spot listed other than what was given to us. Even with the key we still couldn’t get inside of the gate to park and caused frustration leading to someone hitting the back of my car. The apartment is nice but I won’t stay here again. There was a safety concern as the door only locks from the inside.

• Monique (2/5): Not what they advertise - This place is clean and good for a one night stay. Nice big, two big bathrooms. Kitchen was nice. Close to the airport. First of the check in is very annoying, especially with a car. You get very little info on how to do it and then you are left to help yourself. I tried 4 times before arriving to get help from the host and he only answered the questions he felt like. It is much like an airbnb not an hotel or Luxury experience. The host does barely help and during our 3 day stay I asked a few questions and he never answers them. Just sends checkout info. The pictures doe not show the real view. From the balcony you now see a new building being constructed. Its noisy from the work they are doing. And from the freeway which is also a big part of the view. So you cant use the balcony it is so loud. The neighbors smoke cannabis all day so the halls and the balcony smell all the time. The apartments are close to everything. But it is an unsafe area. The security guy told os not to go left, that is a bad part of town. We drove around a lot and there are homeless people sleeping everywhere 200 meters from the apartment , and hanging out at the supermarket 500 meters away. Also outside the building. It gave us a really bad vibe about the area. We were glad to move on to something else. But it is nice that your car is securely parked in your own parking space!
