• Andrea (1/5): NOS DEJARON TIRADOS EL MISMO DÍA DE ENTRADA AL ALOJAMIENTO - ENTRAMOS AL APARTAMENTO Y ESTABA SIN MUEBLES DE OBRAS! Llegamos a nuestro destino y nos encontramos la puerta de nuestro alojamiento abierta, sin muebles y en obras. Llamamos a la agencia que gestiona el apartamento y nos dijo que no sabían que seguía en obras (su propio apartamento) y que nos buscarían otro apartamento. Una hora después nos cancelación la estancia y nos dijeron que hablásemos directamente con booking. Una auténtica vergüenza. Ninguna humanidad. Les dio exactamente igual dejarnos tirados en la calle, sin ofrecerse a ayudar. NO COJÁIS NUNCA ESTE APARTAMENTO. ES UNA ESTAFA. INHUMANO.

• Sara (7/5): Bello ma manca il necessario per cucinare nelle cucina. Bisogna portarsi tutto, persino lo scotex. - La posizione è perfetta per il centro città. L'appartamento era davvero bello e comodo. Non ci sono le cose basi. Niente zucchero, sale, pepe, olio. Abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto quanto. Non hanno neanche messo a disposizione degli scotex... Avendo la cucina speravo di trovare almeno le cose basi per cucinare.

• Cuénoud (6/5): - L'espace salle à manger et cuisine est grand, les chambres sont bien. Il y a tout pour nettoyer sa vaisselle. Pratique d'avoir 2 appartements en 1 lorsqu'il y a un grand groupe. L'ascenseur est très pratique Il manque des vis aux chaises de la salle à manger ainsi que d'autres vis qui ne sont juste pas serré d'ans l'appartement 8. Le mur de la salle de bains de l'appartement 8 est bombé et déchiré à cause de l'humidité. Il y a une lampe de table de nuit à l'appartement 8 qu'on ne peut pas branché car pas de prise aux alentours.

• Andreas (7/5): War in Ordnung. - Die Zentrale Lage ist ideal. Die Möbel und Zustand der Wohnung ist sehr abgenutzt.Es sollte mal renoviert werden.
• Laurence (6/5): Agréable mais plateforme de réservation décevante. - Très joli appartement, conforme aux attentes voir plus. Les infos pour y accéder étaient claires. La plateforme Happy Rentals, compliquée à utiliser. Je n'ai pas apprécié de devoir remplir toutes les données des personnes (je réservais pour compte de tiers) y compris leur numéro de carte d'identité et lieu de naissance, j'ai trouvé cela exagéré. J'ai perdu beaucoup de temps avec cela. Il n'était pas clair dès le départ que je devais verser une caution de 200.- car les personnes avaient moins de 21 ans. J'ai par ailleurs reçu trop de mails après coup, certains à double.

• Giuliano (7/5): - Posizione molto comoda per il centro. Bell’appartamento,caldo,funzionale,abbastanza pulito. Bagno finestrato con doccia molto capiente. Cuscini comodi. Ambiente confortevole. Lavastoviglie non utilizzabile perché piena di acqua sul fondo. Negli angoli un pò di polvere. L’unico che mi ha risposto è stato il sig. Ivan. I contatti che dovevano essere disponibili non solo non hanno mai risposto,ma nemmeno mi hanno mai richiamata. In più abbiamo avuto problemi con la tv.. Consiglierei di dare una pitturata ai muri perché ci sono tante macchie e di sistemare gli zoccoletti rotti qui e là. Non è l’accoglienza italiana sicuramente…non abbiamo mai visto nessuno,ma soprattutto mai sentito nessuno per chiederci se andasse tutto bene.

The pillows need to be fluffier and chairs need to be more stable. To provide broom/vaccuum as the floors are easily dirty so we can clean up after ourselves.

Mobiliar ist teilweise schlecht gewartet (bei einigen Stühlen fehlten Schrauben, ein Heizkörper war nicht vollständig verankert, ein Fenster liess sich nicht öffnen, Böden waren staubfrei, jedoch sehr schmutzig).

• marian84stump (8/5): Top Lage für die Stadt - Lage ist top Viele Restaurants, Bars in kurzer Gehdistanz Ruhig während der Nacht, ab 06:00 nimmt der Strassenlärm zu, wenn die Fenster offen sind. Isolierung ist gut bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Balkone sind sehr klein, 1 Stuhl hätte so knapp Platz. Wir waren 5 Personen zum lernen und Ausflüge machen. Dafür ideal. Genügend Duschtücher und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Pane e Pomodore in der Nähe mit super Tessiner Küche Fenster im grossen Schlafzimmer war verriegelt, konnte man nicht öffnen WC Papier war knapp Keine Gewürze / Essig / Öl in der Küche Wenig Gläser/ Teller Keine Kaffekapseln/ Zucker / Kaffeerahm

• Manuele (7/5): - La posizione era ottima,la struttura pulita,spaziosa e ben organizzata Purtroppo non era dotata di alcune forniture ad esempio calci da vino,il balcone più spazioso dei 2 presenti era inaccessibile in quanto separato da una persiana elettrica non funzionante e la finestra affianco bloccata volontariamente e ahimè fatto presente ad uno dei proprietari tramite whatsapp non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Tutto sommato è stato un ottimo soggiorno seppur con qualche disservizio.

Apartment could do with more basics such as oven gloves, dish cloths and washing up liquid /soap etc, as if staying for only a couple of days, don't necessarily want to have to purchase these. Sofa bed not very comfortable.

Would definitely stay here again. There aren't any pantry essentials and you have to ask for more trash bags and towels if you needed them.

• Jan (7/5): Spacious and Clean - Great location if you want to be near center, very spacious and clean. Very quite unlike previous reviews of being noisy. Washer/dryer combo was great to have. Just know it takes 4 hrs for one cycle. Tv connection was too slow to work. Night stands had no on/off switch so had to be plugged or unplugged which was too much of a hassle to use. No bath soap. No hand soap. No tissue. No Paper towel. Clock in kitchen did not work which is not a big deal but when I emailed the host, I got no answer. Not able to really cook due to lack of kitchen supplies. The knife was so dull it was unusable. A sharpening rod would be useful. Taking the trash out didn't seem like a big deal at first but became a huge stress factor when timing the check out/taxi.
