• Wood (9/5): - We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was in a safe area and perfect for exploring everything in Rome by walking. The host Elke was very helpful at check-in and gave us some great recommendations for where to eat. The bed was quite comfortable for a sofa bed.

• Witold (9/5): - This place has got style. Elke can give good tips where to go. Our schedule was tight but the trip to Rome was perfect - because of the location. It is close to everything. Again, the apartment - it has style. By all means it is not artificial, the owner had to put some heart into this. Best elongated weekend getaway we have had, not only thanks to Rome but this apartment. I assumed that it had a balcony which my wife would prefer. It had not. But otherwise I really have not found any problems. Outside sounds - normal for us, could be not normal for someone living in a descluded spot. I seen the comments and was afraid it is really loud, but even with AC off and windows open we had a good night's sleep

Кондиціонер робить перебування навіть у середині липня дуже комфортним. Квартира чиста, є все необхідне для проживання. Господарка Ельке була дуже ввічлива, готова допомогти у будь- яких питаннях. Вона потурбувалася про вітальний набір солодощів для нас, було дуже приємно. На кухному куточку була олія, сіль, цукор, кава для кавомашини, чай, спеції. Єдине, всі кухонні прилади вмикались у одну розетку, трохи незручно. Але я однозначно рекомендую ці апартаменти! Дякуємо Ельке за гостинність. Тут скоріше нюанси, а не те, що не сподобалось. Двері до будинку відкриваються з великою силою, вузькі, закриваються самостійно, але дуже повільно. Рим - голосне місто! Люди в кафе і ресторанах сидять до півночі, вони голосні. А з 5 години ранку на вулицях починається прибирання, їздять авто збору сміття, підмітають дороги і т.д. тому є шум. Проте Ельке потурбувалася про нас, і залишила біруши! Це просто треба знати, і бути готовими, це не проблема апартаментів, а просто такий стан речей у центрі Риму!
• Cagla (5/5): Central but has bad window sound proof - Host was kind. It is in the center but the window's sound proofing was so bad. You can hear everything.

• Stuart (5/5): Great location and helpful host hurt by uncomfortable sofa bed, zero sound-proofing of windows - Our host Elke was very helpful and friendly, the property is located in the very heart of the old city, just 5 min walk from the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, etc. The room itself is small but clean, with quirky decor, and a good-sized bathroom. Two major issues that really affected our comfort level during the stay, which really should have been addressed by the owner much earlier, surprised they were not mentioned in the other reviews that are quite positive. 1) The bed is a sofa bed, so is not very comfortable to sleep on for several nights. While the facilities list does mention a sofa bed, it was not mentioned in the property description or shown in the photos. We don't understand why the owner doesn't just invest a bit of money on a proper bed, as nobody benefits from a sofa bed (ie noboby is going to convert back and forth during the day and night). 2) The sound-proofing of the windows facing the street is non-existent. It is just as loud closed as open, meaning you can hear every word of every conversation from the noisy cafe/bar downstairs till late at night, every single crunch of bottles being collected at 5am, people revving their bikes in the middle of the night, etc. The noise was almost constant, and again, why does the owner not spend a bit of money to improve the sound-proofing? We've stayed in central Rome and other similar locations in cities in Europe, and they were never this loud before.
• Smiltė (10/5): A wonderful place! - Our stay was perfect! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The location couldn't be better. It is right in the heart of Rome, near all the attractions. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed: a coffee machine, microwave, hairdryer, iron, etc. Netflix was a great bonus. If you're looking for a cozy stay with the best hosts, this is the place. We will definitely come back again!
• Esragül (10/5): Amazing. - It was the sweetest place I've ever stayed. It is located in the middle of the city center, very easy to reach everywhere. At the same time, Elka is a very caring person. When we couldn't adjust our air conditioner, he helped us and then came back to check. The little details in the house were beautiful. The lighting of the house was also very nice. No matter if you sleep on the sofa, it is much more comfortable than the hotel beds, we always woke up feeling rested. There was a nespresso coffee machine and coffees at home. We were sorry to finish all the coffees, but they were delicious and it came in handy as we couldn't start the day without drinking coffee. Having a speaker in the bathroom is a great idea. You can always listen to music while taking a shower or we always played music in the house while getting ready. There is a cafe right in front of the house, where you can drink coffee when you wake up in the morning. Elka lived right next door to us and we could reach her quickly if we needed anything. He made us feel safe and he was one of the kindest hosts in the world.

• Peter (8/5): Great base for exploring the delights of Rome! - The accommodation is a small but very well appointed studio apartment right in the heart of Rome, in a lively area only about ten minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. No shortage of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and Elke, the host, can point you to the good ones, too. Being right in the middle of the city, it is obviously not the quietest of places, especially on a Saturday night. But then again, you wouldn't come to Rome for a bit of peace and quiet... The place is small and because it has so many things in it (both practical and decorative), it can seem a bit cramped. The bed is a sofa bed which is comfortable for what it is but of course not the same as a hotel bed.

• Alyssa (8/5): Central, convenient, comfortable with communicative host. - Location cannot be beat and the apartment has the right amount of space, light and right facilities (small kitchenette, dining table, etc) for a short stay in Rome. Hosts were responsive and helpful in recommending dining places nearby. Pull-out couch was okay to sleep on for two people but not ideal. There are a lot of things in the apartment which makes it eclectic and funky but also feel a little cluttered. Overall, it’s the vibe as advertised and the couch as shown in the pictures so no valid complaints!

• Aya (7/5): Great location but comfort could be better - Great location You can hear every conversation anyone is having on the street even with closed windows. On the weekend the bar across the street plays loud music till 3am and there is no chance of falling asleep before that

The location is excellent, within walking distance from many landmarks, bars, restaurants and museums. The bed is new, the bathroom is clean and neat and the entire place is tastefully and artfully decorated. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. Good value for money.

• Agathe (10/5): Fantastic stay at Anna’s Crazy Place! - Great little independent apartment in a fantastic location. You can walk to most places of interest in Rome from the apartment. Best value for money in central Rome. It is small but it has everything you need, it is well-equipped and clean. Elke, the owner, is very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. For this price, you can’t get anything better. The street can be noisy, but that’s the price to pay to be so central in Rome and to have affordable accommodation.
• Anonymous (10/5): We would come back to this place again and again whenever we visit Rome - Right in the heart of everything,places to visit restaurants to eat and most of all the owner and staff went above and beyond to cook us Pomodoro pasta with fresh meatballs and sausage they were very helpful in every which way they can we would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Rome.
