• Rimon (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Sie verfügt über drei Türen in verschiedene Richtungen und liegt in der Nähe von Restaurants und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es gibt zudem einen privaten Parkplatz für das Auto. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Andrea, die Gastgeberin, für ihre freundliche Unterstützung. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen – sie ist wirklich hervorragend.

• Said (10/5): إقامه جميله، ممتعه وهادئه . - موقع الشقة جدا جميل ، في منتصف السنتر وبالامكان الاستمتاع في السنتر مشيا على الأقدام ، قريب من جميع الخدمات ولا يحتاج سياره للتنقل بها. نظافه المكان جدا جميله ، والشقة جدا واسعة وايضاً ملحقات المطبخ والقهوه جميعها متوفره . تعامل اصحاب المكان جدا راقي وجميل وغير مزعجين. وايضاً توفر موقف خاص للسياره من النقاط الايجابيه للسكن هنا. عدم توفر التكييف وهذا حال اغلب اوربا. وايضا لم يعجني السرير؛ جدا متعب في النوم .

Very close to the downtown center. Lots of restaurants… check out the restaurants off of the main road. The place is updated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The church bells were bothersome until we put the fan on all night… it provided white noise to block the every fifteen minutes church bells.

• David (10/5): If this is available, try to book it. Location, location, location. - We were hiking thru Germany and using trains as major transportation. If this is available, book it. Laundromat is two blocks away. Grocery stores just a little farther. We walked each way to train station, and Zugspitze train, to the downtown area, and restaurants. We also made 2 meals a day in the kitchen.. which was very cost effective. Renting this also gives you a bus pass for the town, which we did not use. The landlord and her mom were super sweet. We will definitely be back. This is on the ground floor of the landlords house. Please be respectful of that. Beautiful apartment, price point, location… see you next year! Garmisch does not have Uber, even tho it will come up on app that they are looking for one. There are taxis..

The host Andrea was very helpful as well. Would be good to have block out blinds or curtains on the bedroom windows since light from outside is obstructing sleep.

• Bhanu (9/5): Beautiful stay with Family in the heart of Garmisch - The property is well maintained with parking next to the room easing the movement of the luggage. The facilities are very good and there are multiple shops in and around the apartment ranging from restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets etc making it more comfortable. The Partnachklamm is just 15min from the apartment so one can even go by bicycle or public transportation and avoid the Car. The TV was connected with Amazon Firestick with some preloaded apps which doesn’t include Youtube. It was not possible to install apps as it was password protected and the owner doesn’t know the PIN
• David (10/5): Centrally located apartment steps away from restaurants, shopping & public transport - Conveniently located near the center of town, within walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, groceries, and a bakery out front of your door. Our family rented both the Studio and Ground Floor apartments across the hall from each other. The apartments offer modern conveniences like kitchen with appliances, cookware, coffee makers and 5G wifi. Bus/train passes were provided, as well. Both apartments were very clean, updated with a modern look, and beds were comfortable. The "Studio-Disability Access" apartment offers an open-style room that shares kitchen, dining and bed space, and a separate bathroom space; while the "Apartment - Ground Floor" offers an open-style room that shares kitchen with living/dining room space, a separate bedroom, and bathroom space. All apartments offered plenty of closet space for hanging or storing clothing. It was an ideal setup. A private parking space was also provided behind the apartment building, easy to access from the back street which also doubles as a small courtyard for sitting outside. Like many of the buildings in town, be sure to check out the wonderful paintings on the apartment building itself. Andrea was a great and friendly hostess that offered her assistance about the surrounding area including nearby stores, bakeries and restaurants. She was very accommodating, friendly and responsive to our messages, met us outside to guide us to our parking spot, and walk us through the apartments' amenities. Although the apartments are near the main road and near a beautiful church, all the windows are double-paned so they filter any noise (or church bells). Note the "studio apartment" runs a little warm in the summer months with the windows closed, but Andrea provided some fans. The apartment served as a perfect "home base" to explore the surrounding area by foot, car and train. I love the beautiful sound of church bells, but the nearby church rings the bells every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. We got used to it but might be something to consider if you like sleeping with the windows open. Otherwise the apartments offer double-paned windows that did a great job filtering out the night sounds.

From front door you can easily walk through town, grab food, drinks or groceries without driving. The property was beautiful, well laid out and clean….it was the constant church bells ringing nearby. But honestly after a while you just ignore them.

• John (10/5): Beautiful, modern apartment in a central location - This is a very large, spacious apartment that has had a very recent and complete refurbishment. It felt like we might have been the first to stay in the room since the refurbishment everything was so fresh. We loved the central location in Garmisch. Easy to walk everywhere in town with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The architecture of the houses here are SO beautiful. It is like walking through a fairy tale book. As in most of the places that we have stayed in lately, there is not a top sheet on the bed. Big smart TV with very strong Wi-Fi in the apartment. The designated parking spot was directly outside of the back entrance to the building in a small courtyard which made it very convenient for us. The nearby church bells rang every quarter hour - even all through the night - but the sound was not very loud with the windows closed. We got used to the ringing very quickly.

• Fatemehossadat (10/5): Enjoyable and relaxing! - Andrea is a kind host! She met us at the address and showed us everything we needed to know. The apartment is new, modern and fully equipped. Excellent excellent location in a charming building; like most of the houses in this picturesque city. We rented the suite and the Garmish downtown with all the shops and restaurants are all in few minutes walking distance. We had to leave early in the morning and it was so easy to just leave the key and head out to the bus/train station (17 minutes walk). Thank you Andrea for a great stay! These didn’t cause any issues for us as we were prepared but if one is not, then it could be a tiny bit of a difficulty: - make sure you ask how much cash you need to give the host when you get the keys. It’s the city rule or something for the tax! - Bring toiletries with you, the only things in the bathroom are soap and paper toilets. There is a great supermarket in walking distance but it is not 24/7!

Perfect location next to main tourist street with several bar and restaurant options nearby. Host Andrea was also happy to provide us with place to change clothes as we arrived a few hours earlier so we could roam around beautiful Garmisch nature. And free parking! :) Just a little issue with wi-fi which didn't work 100% time and mobile signal was weak in the apartment for hot spot unless it was near window where I had 5G.
