- Jovanka (10/5): - The host is fantastic, very accommodating and responds quickly to messages. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, and the pillows are excellent. Two children slept on the pull-out sofa; it’s not extremely comfortable, but they didn’t complain much. The location is EXCELLENT. My only complaint is about the shower — it sprays everywhere :)

- Laraine (10/5): A welcoming and well maintained home from home in Rome! - We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, clean, light, quiet, well maintained 2 bedroom, 2 shower room apartment, exactly as described in the advert and photos, in a great location in Monti. We didn't get to meet Salvatore or Paola but their online communication was great, they were really helpful and responsive and we were able to do everything remotely thanks to their easy online check-in, paying the city tax by bank transfer and self-service access to the apartment at 9pm on the day of our arrival and easy check out instructions. The master ensuite bedroom was really comfortable, as was the fold out sofabed in the second bedroom - it was greatly appreciated that this was already made up when we arrived. There was plenty of storage, hot water, air conditioning in every room and the kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals, do laundry, there was plenty of tea, coffee and sugar, a coffee machine, boiler and the washing machine was extremely quiet! We didn't use the dishwasher as there's a spacious, discrete drying rack in the cupboard above the sink. There is even a lift in the building although it is tiny, it was brilliant to have it after a long day walking around Rome. There were 3 of us and you can only fit one person with a suitcase or 2 people without bags and though it felt a bit claustrophobic the first time, you get used to it or can just use the stairs of course, it's 2.5 floors up so 5 flights of stairs. Location is safe, great for restaurants, bars and the Colosseum, close to bus stops, short walk to 2 metro stations and major train station (Termini). Little touches like an umbrella, funky pictures on the wall, modern lighting, ornaments and books on the bookcases, really make this place feel cared for and like a home from home. Thank you very much for a brilliant experience. Wifi was good in the living room (where the router is located) and the adjacent second bedroom but weak or cut out in the master bedroom. There were a couple of little niggles in with the shower rooms (ensuite toilet lid not attached and main shower room sink draining slowly) but we let them know and given the very high standard of upkeep, I'm sure they will be sorted out already. Also, probably just a minor oversight but more than half a toilet roll in each bathroom would be preferable.
