• Christoph (7/5): Sehr schön, direkt in der Altstadt gelegen :-) - Die Lage ist einfach toll, direkt in der Altstadt. Zimmer liegen aber nach hinten, so dass es trotz des Trubels in der Altstadt ruhig ist. Zimmer könnten mal wieder renoviert werden, geht aber noch. Die Matratze sind ausgesprochen hart.

• Anastasiya (6/5): Je ne recommande pas - La dame a l'acceuil était agréable et le petit déjeuner varié. La chambre sentait très fort des égouts et la canalisation, les fenêtres donnaient sur la rue principale, et puisque que les murs ne sont pas isolés, impossible de dormir avant minuit car la rue est très bruyante. La salle de bain a mal vieilli , avec l'odeur insupportable cela ne donnait pas envie de l'utiliser. Juste avant de se coucher on appercu les crottes d'un souris ou au autre animal sur l'oreiller (les draps par ailleurs était propre et agréable). On n'arrivait pas d'énergie de demander de changer chambre car notre enfant était déjà épuisé, donc on a resté pour une nuit et parti le matin. Peut être d'autres invités avait plus de chance, car l'hôtel est composé de plusieurs immeubles, mais nous ne reviendrons pas.

• Paradee Tungtang (9/5): - The location is great. It's tight in the middle of the old street market, close to all shopping centers, and close to a metro station. The breakfast is lovely. As it's at the heart of the market, it can be loud sometimes.
• Saralhenil (5/5): Fonctionnel - Le personnel est gentil même s’il ne parle pas anglais, ni français. L’emplacement est idéal. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant même si un peu de beurre avec la confiture serait top et un couteau pour beurrer. Le choix est limité mais tout est très bon. Contente qu’on vide la poubelle de chambre et refasse mon lit. Lit propre d’ailleurs et coussins agréables. La chambre est très spacieuse et dotée d’un canapé et d’une table. Il y a une belle armoire de rangement avec des cintres. Machine à air chaud ou air froid selon le besoin, après faut savoir s’en servir. La chambre est isolée avec accès sur le « dehors. » Beaucoup de gens passent par là, font du bruit, la lumière extérieure passe sous la porte. C’est très bruyant malgré mes bouchons d’oreilles. Quelque chose émet des vibrations la nuit qui résonnent dans le lit pendant la nuit, allez savoir quoi. Quelques toiles d’araignées au plafond. Le nettoyage de chambre n’inclus pas un coup de balais. Je regrette de ne pas voir un petit gâteau de fleur avec le thé comme à l’autre hôtel de la même chaîne où j’étais allée il y a deux ans. Il y a eu de l’eau au sol dans les toilettes, j’ignore si ça vient de là ou de la douche qui évacue mal l’eau et déborde. Après pour le prix, c’est bien.

• Gérard (7/5): - La propreté et l'emplacement. La jolie chambre est très bien équipée. La très grande difficulté pour trouver l'hôtel en arrivant de l'aéroport. L'absence de marque GPS. Le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas, ce qui est très fréquent en Chine. Jeunes femmes à l'accueil ne parlant pas anglais. Pas d'aide à attendre de leur part. Elles sont d'une charmante inefficacité.

• 中信 (9/5): CP值很高 - 地點是真的很好，但是也不吵鬧，屬於鬧中取靜的酒店。 我因為需要辦臨時駕照，詢問櫃檯人員，需要住宿登記表，但是可能是晚上的櫃檯人員比較沒經驗，所以就說沒法提供，可是早上我再去問一次，那位人員明顯專業，馬上知道我需要的是什麼就提供給我了，當天就順利地去辦臨時駕照，才能順利地完成後來的行程，真是感謝。 晚上詢問需要酒店提供給我入住登記表，他們說是沒有這件東西，下次希望他們不確定的話，還是問一下，或者請客人早上再問一次，不然當時我還在想要去哪裡拿到這個入住憑證，怎麼辦臨時駕照。

• Ondina (10/5): - Posizione perfetta, all'inizio della zona pedonale quindi comodo per chiamare un taxi facendo solo due passi fino alla strada, ma anche per uscire direttamente a piedi essendo già centrale. La zona è la più viva la sera a Kunming. Pulizia buona, reception 24h, colazione inclusa, centro Spa molto professionale al primo piano. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e luminosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, tanto da tornarci prima della partenza. Consigliatissimo

Since the hotel is in a lively area, it is very noisy outside until around 10pm. The walls are also extremely thin so I could hear everything my neighbours did and could not sleep well.
• Federica (8/5): - Very central hotel in the middle of Kunming Old Streets. Location is great to explore everywhere on foot, but cars cannot reach the hotel as it is in the middle of the pedestrian areas. Rooms spacious and modern.

• rich ryna (8/5): - The room is comfy with a heater, the bed is so nice and has elevator to bring our stuff up. It is also value for money, especially its location inside the bustling streets with many stores and shops. The toilet is a bit small, just enough to sit down and not much space to move around. The shower and the toilet bowl are separated, but they share one sliding door. Meaning, one side closed, the other side will open.

• From Portugal And France (6/5): - The location. Breakfast was poor. From 8h30 to 9h30 am, there was no table available. Our room was on street side. We did not ask that. The street was very noisy, loud music until 3 am, so it was impossible to sleep. To change room, we had to pay more. Not fair. The staff booked a car for us to go to the airport but it was an illegal car. The driver wouldn't park to let us go out from the car because he saw the police. Extremely upsetting situation. The door of the toilet was transparent. Unpleasant of course.

The entrance to the hotel was a bit difficult to locate, so providing some pointers (name of the tea shop at the entrance) would have been useful. The information was provided very briefly at the beginning, might have been helpful to have written information on the wall/board/ in the room to make it more convenient.

• Peter Ernst Karl (8/5): Altstadt-Feeling - Ruhig, mitten im Zentrum, familiärer Gästehausstil, schöner Ausblick auf die Skyline oder in die Innenstadt, recht ordentliches Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteter Suppe, eingeschweißte Handtücher, solide Hotelslipper, manchmal sogar Kabel für Mobiltelefone (aber nicht überall). Es reicht, das günstigste Zimmer zu buchen. Wir haben das in zwei Aufenthalten erfahren. Das größere Zimmer hatte sogar mehr Mängel: die Armaturen taugten nicht mehr viel, wackelten, spritzen aus den Seitenteilen, Lack blätterte ab. Ein Lampenschirm war zerbrochen und nicht ersetzt worden. Dusche und WC wurden mit einer gemeinsamen Schiebetür verschlossen, daher wenig Privatatmosphäre. Man sollte sich daher gut kennen.

• Faiza (10/5): - The hotel is within walking distance of the Wuyi metro station. It serves a great selection buffet breakfast - one of very few mid range hotels that include breakfast. The sanitized towels delivered in sealed bags every day was the impressive, as well as the water purifier in every room. Although the staff depend on a translation app. they are good at giving directions and providing information. Most importantly, I could depend on reception to diligently check and store several packages that Taobao sent me! We are very elderly people and made an error in our later booking- management graciously gave us a free cancelation for the wrong date I had entered. All in all, a lovely experience. /

• NAOKI (3/5): 昆明 - 繁華街 部屋やベットは掃除されてて綺麗だったが、ベッドルームのシーリングファンに付いてるはずの照明💡が点灯せず切れてて夜は暗かった。ウインターシーズンにも関わらず、エアコンの暖房機能は全然効かないのとシャワーがほぼ常温水でした。危うく風邪引きそうになった🤧 あと禁煙の標識があるのに灰皿が各部屋に置いてあったり、廊下でタバコを吸ってる人が居たり意味不明。最後に部屋に飾ってある絵画の趣味が良くないかと…
