• marcel (10/5): Extremely good value for money. Indeed: a hidden gem in a highly interesting part of HCMC! - Extremely good value for money. Room is spacious and clean, comfortable bed! Bathroom needs some really good cleaning, using chloride. Or even better, new tiling. The latter would Make everything perfect =10/10! The city view from the balcony of the common space is unbelievable, especially when the whole city lights up in the evening!!!! The bathroom is outdated and not really clean. Use Chlorine to keep everything clean and free from fungi!

• Liia (8/5): But it's good if you stay for a couple of nights. The view and the price made up for the issues. - The place has a really great view and the bed is pretty comfortable. There is a desk (was important for my work) and a kitchenette in the room. What i didn't like was 1) ants in the shower and the kitchen b) the kitchen towel wasn't clean and there was a long hair on one of the plates when i wanted to use them for the first time.

• Bertram (8/5): Nice apartment/room to a fair prize - Nice little apartment with private bath but a common toilet. The staff is amazing and so sweet. Location is good also considering the prize. You need to go about 30 minutes to the center of Ho Chi Minh if you don’t want to grab a taxi. Also such af stunning view from the balcony over the city.

Wish we’d had a little lo - Fantastic views of the city and river from the balcony and incredibly good vfm. Local shop around the corner and lovely cafe 10.07 served delicious drinks on our doorstep. Quiet rooms and felt very secure.

Strong wifi, perfect for work. No sink in bathroom, was weird to spit in the same sink I left my dishes. No common area was nice but no kitchen and people were not interactive.

There was a large kitchen area, although we didn’t use that. The room had a shower in it and a really lovely view. The owners were very helpful with how to get in as it’s self check in. It’s self check in, which wasn’t a problem for us but it’s more like an air bnb stay rather than a hotel.

• Madelle (9/5): Overall it was a great stay and I have already recommended this place to friends. :) - The owner was kind enough to let me drop off my luggage in the apartment before my check-in. The place was clean and I love the interiors. The living room was spacious and the view from there was just amazing! There’s also a balcony where you can enjoy your the view with your fave cup of coffee! The bed was so comfy, I didn’t want to get up! My room included a kitchenette which was really cute! They provide the microwave, electric stove, frying pan, chopping board w/ knife, cutleries, mugs, plates and bowls as well as dishwashing liquid. There was also a mini fridge and a sink. My room also had a private bathroom (keep in mind that it won’t have a sink in there, you’d have to use the one in the kitchen area) They provide towels, toilet paper, room slippers and a hairdryer in the room too. There’s an iron and a cushion in the living room where guests can iron the clothes too. Thank you to the staff as well for maintaining the place. ☺️ Would have been better if the ants could be controlled (pest control i guess?) but they do provide insect spray which was great. I guess it’s inevitable to have the ants especially when the room has a kitchen in it. Also would be better if the bathroom would have a door instead of just a curtain.

• Vo (10/5): It’s really comfortable and relaxing, the view of this property is much better than a lot of 4-5 starts hotels in HCM ci - I have nothing to complain about this property. It’s really amazing with the offered price.
