• Barney (7/5): - La possibilité de laver et sécher les vêtements. La chambre sauf la salle de bains. La montée jusqu’au parking, la vieille ville est magnifique. Le parking à 2 km de l’hôtel mais qui a permis de faire découvrir la vieille ville.

• Spasimir (1/5): Awful and scammer, please book another with same price, but read the reviews - Nothing, the description is fake, booking.com asked the host to change it and are waiting It says private bathroom, but is actually shared and there is not even a key, so complete lack of privacy in the bathroom and there will be no city view and no double bed, unless you are lucky. There is also considerable amount of smell and it’s right above a night club, so a lot of noise during the night. The host will only laugh at your expectations and tell you himself to read more, so please read this and look at the pictures. Do not trust there are no better options, best rest guest rooms for much better quality and experience with same price.

• Guest (1/5): Искам си парите обратно. Не ни настаниха. - Нищо. Никой не ни посрещна. Къщата и стаята не бяха почистени. Чакахме един час за да дойде някой да почисти. Така и никой не дойде. През цялото време звъняхме на номера ,който имаме и комуникирахме по вайбър с някаква дама. Били имали проблем с камериерката. Щяха да ни настанят в другия си хотел. Но дамата не можела да се свърже с хората в хотела, не можела да се свърже с управителя. Не можела се свърже с камериеката. Пътувахме 4 часа до там. Чакахме с децата в колата на жегата. Един час загубихме уж да чакаме управителя ,който идвал. Ужасно съм разочарована от отношението на собствениците. Казаха да се свържем с Букинг да си вземем парите. Не им се случвало за първи път! Не препоръчвам на никой! Даже не казаха ,че няма вода! Били разбрали от нас. Иначе пари искаха да платим да спрем пред къщата 20лв. Платихме им. Исйах да ми ги върнат. Плне тях върнаха. А за нас стая нямаше! Всичко не ми харесва!
• Adi (4/5): Not recommended, not for family vacation - Location budget option, cheap but cheerful. Mixed feelings, triple room without mirror, sink, shower and toilet in the room but outside it. Evening check-in without hot water. Window with stunning view of the old city but disco until late at night.
• Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing - The location is nice. In the centre of "kapana" are and full with nice night clubs and restaurants. We were accommodated in a room with separate, not en-suite bathroom even that was not mentioned in the advert. So we needed to pay extra to change the room with en-suite bathroom. The paid parking which was provided is withing 10-15 walk distance. The rooms condition is poor. And it is a very noisy till early in the morning because of the clubs on the street.

• Camellia007 (10/5): Right downtown, clean rooms and great staff! Great to stay with Pets. - Love the fact that is situated right at the Kapana! Of course, everyone who books the place must be aware it is not a quiet area, however, close to everything-all shops and businesses. Staff is very friendly and hard working, if they dont answer the call, they call you back very soon afterwards, rooms are clean. There is a big mirror in the hallway, a fridge, a washer and a dryer. This was my second stay at the property. This time there was available room with a bathroom. I often travel to Plovdiv for work with my pets, Hancho Kapana is a great place to stay comfortably with them. What is Not to like when right downtown, close to everything!?

• Camellia007 (10/5): Right at the Kapana!Close to everything. Reasonable price. - Location is perfect. It depends what youre looking for though. Its pretty simple, according to the price- you get a room, with a bed. There is a laundry machine in the hallway. I had my own bathroom but it was outside of the room. Its 30 seconds by walk from the main street with all the shops. However, very loud at night, till late hours, but everyone who books this place must be aware of this, as it is right at the Kapana. All in all, I am happy with my stay, they tried to accommodate all my needs and the lady who cleaned the rooms was very nice to me. Pet rules need to be adjusted, in my opinion. I travel too much and I noticed their policy is not very sufficient.

• Lazarov (7/5): Good - It was very affordable and it was literally a last minute booking so that's a positive. There were certain problems with the paying, also there is no respect for private space, cleaners just barge in right after we have just taken shower, no knocking, no nothing, completely unacceptable.

• Igloczek (3/5): Avoid this place, especially on the weekends. - Cheap place in the city center. First of all there are no private bathrooms, all are shared, and very small. The place is located right in the "party district", so prepare yourself to listen to music till 2-3 AM, because windows aren't sound proof by any means. It's also hard to park here, the whole city center is some sort of restricted area, even with the help of the host and paying extra for the spot, it wasn't a smooth process and we were just parking on the street. The place also wasn't particularly clean.

The place is on top of bars and clubs with no noise insulation and you cant sleep if you dont have earplugs. Toilet didnt even have toilet paper There was poor security, everyone could enter the place where the rooms are located

• Celia (5/5): Has potential, but falsely advertised - Excellent location, spotless clean, has AC and we slept pretty well. Our room was listed as one with private bathroom. This was a must for us since we want to avoid waiting in the morning for a free bathroom. We arrived and saw there was no bathroom in the room. When we asked about our private bathroom, we were told that yes, we do have a private bathroom, but it's not ensuite - it's one of the three bathrooms in the main hall. There was absolutely no sign stating that this is not a shared bathroom, we were not given a key, there was some T-shirt thrown behind the toilet. Anyway, we hoped that the rest of the guests were notified that these bathrooms were private. Nope, not the case. Long story short, we had to wait in the morning for a couple of people to pass through the bathrooms until it was our turn to use our "private" bathroom. Additionally, the place is still being set up/renovated, so there are ladders and unpacked stuff at the hall most of the time. Truth is the place has great potential - location, cleanliness - but is poorly managed and in this particular case, falsely advertised. Disappointed.
• Nora (7/5): Fair value for money in Plovdiv - The location was good, central. The AC was working well. The beds were comfortable. The place is right above a club so it is not quiet at night. Two of the three washrooms don't lock and the one that did lock didn't have toilet paper. I don't like the fact that the washrooms were shared but that's just what the place is.

• Geoff (7/5): Cost effect and central accommodation. Bring earplugs. - The property is located close to bars and restaurants in the centre. The private bathroom is not directly attached to the room. You have to walk through a common hall to get to your bathroom. The rooms are above a cocktail bar and music was playing til late, even on a Tuesday night. Bring earplugs.
• Kyriaki (1/5): Non existent - They lied to us. After a long trip when we arrived at the city, they asked me to cancel my reservation because they were full. While I was searching for a new place to stay I saw on the website that they doubled the price of the room that I was supposed to stay.
• Joël (10/5): Amazing host and communication - top location - Host and communication were amazing. They can even offer a long-term parking spot if required. The clean room offers everything you need for a couple of days and the beds are very comfy. the location is super central with nearby accesses to bars, shops and restaurants. Despite that the room is located on the top floor of a bar on the ground floor, you do not hear any noise :)
