- Sabies Ohana (4/5): It's not worth it - The staff were nice and the roof top bar was cool The price was not justified, the rooms were quite grody. There were many things haphhazerdly fixed, the furniture was banged up and the general vibe was of a lower end hotel. The bathroom had a broken toilet roll holder which caused the toilet paper to constantly fall off. The room cards barely worked after trying again and again, the same goes for the elevators, the construction in the lobby also wasn't inviting, tiles missing here and there, the decor falling off etc. Things you'd expect in a 5 star hotel were nowhere to be found. The lack of small pleasantries such as a free drink at the bar or similar didn't help. All in all an unpleasant stay and a waste of money.

- Marina (8/5): Great central location, beautiful city views, and very friendly staff — we really enjoyed our stay - The hotel has an amazing location right in the center of Bangkok, very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We had a beautiful room with a great view over Bangkok, perfect for photos. We also really enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks included with our room — such a nice touch. Despite some renovation work, our stay was very comfortable overall. During our stay, one elevator was not working due to renovation, so sometimes there was a wait. Some parts of the room and hotel felt a little bit worn, but it did not affect our comfort.

They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I especially appreciated that they offered me extra time for checkout, which was such a thoughtful gesture and helped me so much. This was truly appreciated and very hospitable The pool area is a lot smaller ths the picture makes it look. It could do with rearranging/tidying to mske it look nicer and more welcoming.

- Raymond (1/5): Never return - Location Stayed previously. It’s plummeted downhill. Elevators broken. Rooms dirty. Restaurant and breakfast sub par. Evening restaurant gives away reservations. Staff nice but will never return.

- T. Amado (7/5): As a 2nd comer - It's OK, but could be better for a 5 stars. - Been here before. IT's a tall building, and the views from the room to the Asok intersection are amazing - make sure your room faces there and not to the East side. The presentation of the dishes and the drinks is really nice. The views from the pool and from the restaurants (both of them) are amazing - you can see Bangkok's skyline. The Lobby is very nice and the staff is kind too. Very good location The Bangkok Heightz - located on the 39th floor changed the strategy and now is purely focused on Thai cuisine, removing some good dish from the menu. Maybe it's not a bad thing, but I was expecting to still find some dishes. Prices increased significantly and the staff is not that kind, seems they are making a big effort to smile. Rooms are not big. Breakfast is diverse, but lack of seats - every day we struggled to find a table to accommodate us (4pax). Also some ingredients were not very fresh - I would say from the previous day as they were too dry - not nice for a 5starts hotel. The pool is getting old and lacking some maintenance - for a 5 start, should be pristine or almost.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié ouvert à 6h00 pratique pour certaine excursions qui commence tôt. Emplacement idéal proche du métro BTS et MRT, soi cowboy à 50m. des centres commerciaux, des rues animées. les ascenseurs sont un peu long quand il y a du monde
- Michael_P (6/5): Aussicht top, Rest so na ja - Die Lage direkt beim Terminal 21 Asoke, somit Bts und Mrt vor der Tür. Die Aussicht vom Pool und von der Bar Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, und die Möbel sind teilweise schon ramponiert gewesen.

Sie haben eine Welcome Packet erhalten, wir nicht. Bin bis heute nicht sicher, ob wir die richtige Zimmerkategorie erhalten haben

- Florian (9/5): Perfekt für zwei Tage intensives Bangkok. - Wir waren extrem begeistert von dem Hotel. Preis-Leistung & Lage waren optimal. Das Frühstück und die Aussicht dazu ein Must have für Bangkok und das Personal, vor allem Ms.Janya und Ms.Aksara, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich der Pool hat uns nicht überzeugt. So wie ich es rausgehört habe, soll es aber in Zukunft noch renoviert werden.

- Ove (4/5): Not worth the stay - Location good. Dirty room. Cigarette packs in drawers. Lots of dirt under bed. Not clean bathroom. Called reception, nobody came to check. Did also deliver a complaint note. No follow up.
