• Rajamohamed (8/5): Had a few shortcomings when first enter but everything was sorted out by the homeowners. Good place. - Great house, very big. Safe neighborhood. Very compatible for family stay. Big garden area for outdoor activities. Ample parking space. Furnitures are a little old and brittle. so can be abit scary to not know when something might break.
• Adzilah (7/5): Overall ok. Was expecting a better experience with the rental paid for the homestay. - 1. Location is acceptable. Lots of shops and eating places nearby. 2. The space is clean, all bathrooms with water heater is a plus. 3. They provided an arcade game machine is a plus. Overall ok for short term stay like 1-2 days. Some improvements to be considered: 1. For long term stay and if you wish to cook and do your own laundry, this facility does not provide a good cooking stove (only 1 portable one which we didn’t try) and no microwave. Better to make available a microwave instead of the oven grill. No washing machine and clothes rack provided. 2. Please place towel racks in the bathrooms for more convenience. 3. Master bedroom - place curtains for added privacy. Only 1 area of the window is available even then cannot close properly. 4. Pool wasn’t ready for our usage when we checked in. Water was not filled up and dirty. 5. No water at the shower heads in 3 bathrooms except the master bathroom on 2nd night. Provide alternatives. Should check to rectify for permanent solution. For item 4 & 5, the property management has addressed our concerns in a timely manner. Thank you.
• Mogal (8/5): Very good - Overall property was good for Homestay. Having Washing machine and microwave oven will be more comfortable. It’s a big property and having these two amenities will help clients staying for long, 3 or more nights. Overall, the stay was comfortable.
