• Selma (10/5): - Sergio fue muy amable y atento. El apartamento estaba completamente equipado, encontrabas cualquier cosa que pudieras necesitar: plancha, sombrilla, compresas… Es tal cual lo que promete y para lo que vale está bastante bien.
• silvio (5/5): - Tengo a precisare una cosa ,per evitare polemiche mi devi dire tutto sulla struttura dove uno soggiorna , la stanza era all'interno di un appartamento con bagno in comune con altre persone (una condivisione degli spazi ) chi ha soggiornato insieme a noi ha lasciava il posto in disordine e sporco senza rispettare nessuno , la struttura si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore, abbiamo difficoltà ad avere le chiavi , l' unica nota positiva e che si trova vicino alle spiagge . Ci vuole più trasparenza da parte del gestore , perché uno paga è deve sapere cosa sta prendendo.buon lavoro
• Juan Manuel (1/5): LEER LOS COMENTARIOS, por favor - Nada Lo primero de todo, el alojamiento no indica claramente que es un alojamiento compartido. Mis amigos y yo pensamos que habíamos reservado una casa para nosotros solos, cuando aparecieron mis amigos y se llevaron la sorpresa. No somos los únicos, a los chicos que llegaron el fin de semana les pasó igual. Llegando de camino, escribí al gestor que si era posible llevar a mi perro allí, y me dijo que sí a cambio de una buena reseña (10). De hecho, ha vuelto a exigirme que ma ponga. El perro acabó durmiendo en una residencia canina. Lo mejor de todo no es eso, sino que m levanté al día siguiente y había alquilado el sofá a otros dos chicos, y se excuso diciendo que no tenían dónde dormir, cuando les había pedido dinero a cambio. El único baño de la casa fue usado por la pareja francesa que no estaba allí, los dos chicos que vinieron el finde, mis dos amigos y yo, y la pareja que vino a dormir al sofá. Este no sé limpió en ningún momento. Las camas sin sábanas están sucias y el gestor se mueve por el piso sin camiseta y descalzo. Ah! Y me pidió 20€ por no reservar un día la habitación para que realmente estuviéramos solos. En definitiva, una experiencia para no repetir.

• Garbiñe (1/5): - Nos encontramos un cuarto piso sin ascensor , y en una barriada que daba miedo, Por otro lado todo muy viejo y muy cutre, horroroso, Sucio y con la cama sin hacer, No se nos informó de que había mas gente en la habitación de al lado , Se despertaron a las 8 de la mañana y no pudimos entrar en el servicio aparte de despertarnos ya que el baño esta pagando a la habitación Siento decirlo pero no volvería

• Julia y Sergio (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and tidy. Bed linen was new and ironed. The apartment is located near the sea and bus stops to the center and the airport. The owner lives nearby, so he quickly helped us leave our luggage before check-in. I highly recommend this budget accommodation. There is no elevator

Rommet var ikke rent i det hele tatt og luktet vondt. Toalettet var skittent, og kjøkkenet var dårlig utstyrt. Glad for at det bare var én natt, ellers ville jeg ha forlatt leiligheten.

• Giovanni (1/5): Terrible experience, not recommended. - The apartment has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, but overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience. When we arrived, we found people using the communal areas inappropriately — there was even a naked man sleeping on the living room sofa, which was completely unacceptable. The bathroom was dirty and the apartment was generally not clean. The bedroom light was also not working, indicating poor maintenance. The self-check-in process felt impersonal and disorganised, giving the impression that the owner was not interested in guests' comfort or experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting clean, respectful and well-maintained accommodation.

• Jakub (6/5): Ok for sleepover close to the airport. - Good location, bus to airport or centre short walk away. 15 min bus trip to airport. Good price. The quality of your stay depends on who is in the other room. So maybe you wont sleep at all and the apartment will be messy. Forcing some silly app to register your stay is not great either.
• Berry (6/5): Good once I got in the place, I would never book another room after this. - I sat on the outside for 3 hours trying to get key safe number, because the owner did not email details. I do not get a Emil off the owner, so I had a very bad experience until a Spanish lady helped me.

• Adriana (6/5): Pleasant - - very friendly host, he was kind to let us leave luggage some hours before check in time, mantained very well contact from the very beginning, - perfect location, bus stops to Malaga center and airport are just around the corner, as well as the beach, - this is shared apartament with 2 bedrooms which we didn't mind at all, was ok to spend 1 night before the flight back - comfortable bed - the apartament is terribly dirty, kitchen was so sticky with some old stains that we were afraid to use anything, I did not find cuttlery anywhere, only plastic spoons, - bathroom unfortunatelly the same dirty - shower glass and floor not cleaned for ages, hair under the shower, really bad experience - the price is definitelly too high as for the conditions - no A/C but the fan was enough for us
• Amar (8/5): Very good - Very nice host, gave us some nice recommendations and left us a wine bottle, as the name suggests it is also very close to a nice beach It could be a little bit cleaner and the city centre is a little far, but it's well reachable by bus and metro

We used the washing machine every day, which is great, since after the beach you need to constantly wash things. The room fully justifies itself. Great price.

• Mariyah (7/5): Not fancy, but clean. Nice bathroom. - The host was very responsive and super quick to help. He obviously is attentive to the needs of his guests. Grateful for the fan in the room. I like the kitchen and bathroom. instructions for entering were so easy. It is so nice when a host has easy to follow instructions. Our bedding was not on the bed when we arrived. One bed was made. We had to put the bedding on ourself for the other bed. It took us a while to find the bedding until we realized it was still hanging on the line. After a long day of traveling, it would have been nice to come home to a made bed. But it was ok. The electricity went off with a few appliances going (we didnt have that many going on at once.) But we found the breaker and resolved the issue. The Host was perfect even despite our challenges. Very grateful for him.

• Anna (7/5): Ok for one night - The room was clean, the owner was nice and the location was near the sea. The self check-in went smoothly and felt like a treasure hunt (in a good way). Although the owner told me that he recommends booking 2 rooms, I did not realize that it was a shared apartment with only those two bedrooms. Given the fact that I was traveling alone as a woman, this felt unsafe. The other guests were pretty loud men who were behaving like they owned the entire house.

He bought me ice cream as my boyfriend had just broken up with me :) Apartment is clean and spacious, decent cooking facilities, comfy bed, great value. It is a 2 bed and you may be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with other guests, but there is a lock on the bedroom door. The area itself is lots of tower blocks but it is a short walk from the beach and other low rise, more peaceful/picturesque areas. Quite tricky to find but we managed. I couldn't work out how to open the blind, it would have been nice to have some winter sun in the lounge

Thought it was only a shared bathroom & not the entire apartment (2 women with 4 unknown men in the other bedroom was not ideal). • Marie (8/5): Great value accommodation, diligent host, good base to explore Malaga. - Sergey was very helpful in facilitating my early arrival. Location easy to find when you use the Area Code and Google Maps, within walking distance of bus station and city centre. Bedroom was comfortable, fridge/cooking area, washing machine and drying line outside are great assets. Nice open are to watch TV/chill if you have a group. Location is on the airport route. While the stairs wasn't an issue for me, the apartment is on the 4th floor.

Cooked a nice dinner in the kitchen, the bathroom had everything you need and the washing machine was nice and new and the host is super friendly! Gave advice and tips about sightseeing in Malaga and even bought us some ice cream :) My only tiny complaint is the lack of any form of coffee maker, a French press or percolator would make it 10/10 for the price!
