- Nuray (1/5): Geen aanrader - Locatie We hadden een kamer geboekt met gedeeltelijk zeezicht, maar helaas viel dat erg tegen. De ramen waren vies waardoor je nauwelijks iets van het uitzicht kon zien. Daarnaast was er veel geluidsoverlast, je hoorde alles van buiten. Ook ontbrak er zelfs een wc-borstel op de kamer. Al met al geen aanrader.

The room was very good—clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. My boyfriend was not happy with the pillow because it was too soft for him.

- Stan (8/5): Prettig verblijf gehad, - Locatie is heel erg goed. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn niet modern, maar verder prima. Airco is niet te regelen en erg luidruchtig. Enkel volledig uit te schakelen door het personeel, maar dan wordt de kamer 30•C. Beide gevallen niet ideaal.

There was no bathrobe, comb, or toothbrush in the room. I booked a room with a view of the evening city, and eventually got a room with a view of the construction site. On the first day in the morning, I ordered room cleaning, but it was cleaned only the next day.

- Курамшина (9/5): Казус был, что моего сына приняли за девочку и отправили в раздевалку к девочкам ((( - Размер комнаты, после Европы я выдохнула )) и смогла спокойно разместить вещи. Чистое белье и мягкие белые полотенца. Халаты по запросу. Прекрасный завтрак: огромное количество свежей зелени, сыры, халяль мясные деликатесы. Каша, супчик), три вида оливок 😁. Зерновой кофе ☕️ хорошие зерна, большой выбор выпечки. Понравилась идея подавать набухшие уже семена чиа. На месенжер пишет сразу ассистент помощник. Не на все вопросы, он, конечно может ответить )) - к примеру: могу ли я после выселения перед вылетом воспользоваться зоной спа? Ответ был/ уточните на ресепшен 😁. - Вид на Босфор хорош, но вот зона непосредственно перед отелем какая тех зона (( - халаты уже износившиеся - тапочки прям промокашки )) - такие тонкие 😁 - на завтраке: соки пакетирование ( для отеля такого уровня считают фреш это база), фрукты не зрелые. яблоко сын не доел. Сезон мушмулы идет, а ее в рот от незрелости взять нельзя (( - зона спа уже уставшая: в римской сауне кругом подтеки ржавые, не поняла по какому принципу подается пар, то есть то нет его. - интерьер в зоне из темного мрамора, неуютно. Он и так находится на -1 этаже без окон, так ещё и чёрный цвет, прям ощущение подземелья - бассейн странной формы в виде треугольника. На сайте фото широкой стороны, а как там с обратной)) никто не выкладывает 😁

Some were given a full brief, we were not. We were not even told about the restaurants, breakfast times, etc. We just given our room key and that was it!

- Ercan (9/5): Tolles Hotel - Das Hotel ist Top. Nettes Personal, Zimmer sauber , schalldichte Fenster und bequeme Betten. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Hotel dieser Qualität sollte auch einen Parkplatz für die Transfer-Taxis haben. Kaum wird man abgeholt oder gebracht kommen schon die Typen von Vale-Parking und wollen entweder Geld oder dich verjagen. Jedes Hotel, das etwas auf sich hält, hat eine Ein-und Ausstiegsfläche für seine Gäste und keine Abzockgarde

- Adnan (7/5): Comfortable stay marred by poor service levels - The hotel itself is in the perfect location: so close to the metro, tram and ferry terminals, and almost at the sea-front (so amazing views if youre fortunate to get a sea-facing room... which we were very lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to!!). The room: comfortable and spacious; The breakfast: amazing! The front-desk staff: very courteous and friendly! The level of service was very disappointing indeed for a hotel of this calibre... actually for any reputable hotel! For the four night we were there, not ONCE were we able to get through to room service, hosuekeeping, front desk or even the concierge! imagine having to go down to the reception to place an order for room service. I was working online two of the days from my room... and it was impossible to get service in the room!! The mini bar remained surprisingly unstocked for the ENTIRE duration of our stay. As was the bathroom: basic bathroom amenities that one would expect (shower caps, dental kits, shaving kits), didn't appear till our last night there (don't know what the housekeeping staff was doing... on one of the days, our room wasn't even made up till 4pm in the evening!) Wifi connectivity was surprisingly slow! The gym was well appointed with a helpful trainer, but the health club staff was very uncooperative. The first time i went down, no one was bothered to point out even the locker areas... i had to hang around for ages for a towel, despite asking multiple times.... and when i finally got handed a robe, it had torn-off sash-loops. Rather than find me a new, proper, undamaged robe i was handed an extra tie-sash and told to just tie it around! very disappointing indeed.

- ilker (2/5): Very disappointed with the unhelpful staff - The location is good A guy called Canberk on the reception desk was absolutely useless, he was unhelpful and didn't have Customer Service skills. I complained to Canberk about my Air Conditioning and Television as they were both not working. After I raised my complaint I went to a business meeting in Moda for about 3 hours. When I returned to my room after 3 hours I expected both the Air conditioning and Television to be fixed but they were not fixed, he had done absolutely nothing about my complaint !!! I had to complain to someone else again !!! Not coming back, useless service !!!

Zum Frühstück gibt es eine Saftbar, bei der man sich verschieden gefärbte zuckerbasierende Flüssigkeiten nehmen kann. Es war nur eine Kaffeemaschine verfügbar aber leider ist es dem Personal nicht gelungen innerhalb 1h Milch nach zufüllen. Wenn man den Preis bedenkt ist recht wenig an Pflegeprodukten verfügbar. Da bekommt man in günstigeren Hotels u.U. mehr. Das Syphon-Geheimnis ist wohl nicht allen geläufig, deshalb kommt es gelegentlich im Badezimmer zu Geruchsbelästigungen.

Direkt am Hotel ist die Metrostation (mit direkter Verbindung M4 zum Flughafen Sabiha G.) und die Anleger der Fähren auf die Europäische Seite oder auf die Prinzeninseln. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Die Ganze Nacht piepste eine Schranke beim Öffnen der Schranke des danebenliegenden Parkplatzes. Das war extrem nervig.

- Hassan (10/5): - Ich habe ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Meerblick erhalten – absolut top! Der Service war hervorragend, sehr aufmerksam und professionell. So etwas ist nicht selbstverständlich und hat meinen Aufenthalt deutlich aufgewertet. Klare Empfehlung – ich komme definitiv wieder! Der Spa-Bereich hat mich jedoch enttäuscht – die Qualität war nicht besonders gut und es gab einen unangenehmen Geruch. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

Oda servisi kusursuz. Otel Kadıköy’ün kalbinde olması sayesinde Anadolu yakasının tüm eğlenceli noktalarına yürüme mesafesinde. Bir sonraki konaklamamda tekrar tercih edeceğiz. Bu kalibrede bir otelde minibarın dolu olmasını beklerdim
