- Neil (9/5): Excellent! - Very conveniently located to my favourite Melbourne cafe, Patricia Coffee Brewers! The roller blind in the outward facing bedroom was broken and couldn’t be lowered for sleeping.

- Lorraine (10/5): My sister and I enjoyed our stay in Melbourne..... - The location was perfect. We had a tram stop right out the front door, Actually where we wanted to go the tram went there. We was there a week and it was really nice too.
- Amy (5/5): Passable - good location, clean, functional kitchen and washing/dryer Wifi was listed as one of the main facilities supplied within the stay and we reported on day one the wifi was not working. further we troubleshooted the issue and also passed this on and then the issue was ignored for the entire stay.
- Christine (5/5): Passable - Location and proximity to trams was great Pillow cases and towels had bleach stains on them, no plug for the sink in kitchen, vacuum cleaner had not been emptied. Only one key, which was very difficult to get. Numbers on lockbox to small and to you needed kneel in the ground
