• Serhii (1/5): Жах, не рекомендую. Втрачені кошти і багато проблем з їх поверненням. - Нічого, не проживали. Схоже на скам, після 100% оплати отримали повідомлення від власника що не може нас прийняти і прохання відмінити бронювання з стягуванням з мене 100% оплати. На моє прохання , щоб власник сам це зробив, отримав полный ігнорування . Пройшло 10 днів кошти не повернуті. Жах. Не рекомендую Власник намагається обманути і отримати кошти за скасування проживання, сам це не робить і гостей не приймає. Після відмови в прийнятті нас, відразу знов квартира стає доступна до бронювання. Не раджу нікому, більше 10 Днів намагаємось отримати кошти від за це бронювання. Поки результату нема.

• Stipe (5/5): Passable - Near bus station, 10min from tube, few food stores, 10min from Greenwich. It happened that someone else also booked the same apartment and the lady who runs the apartment asked me to cancel my booking. After a few hours of conversation and hers insisting and my refusal, the cleaning guy helped us with another apartment in the same building. It was totally unprofessional from her.

• James (9/5): Warm, clean, and nice place to stay - The host is very helpful and quick responding to our request. private parking space , quiet and safe location. shops nearby. 188 bus at door step cost £1.75 to get to the central. rooms are very clean. Heaters are all on when we arrived. facility in rooms and bathrooms are good. fresh clean bath towls, plenty toilet rolls. Large fridge, cooker and oven are easy to use. ch towl provided. shower was good. plenty sockets in the room. Cooking pan and pot are bit basic for a big group since we only found one frying pan. ( we did not bother to ask for more, I am sure you will get extra if you ask since the host is very helpful). pillow is bit too high for me, bed is little short if you are a tall person. other than that, everything else is perfect.
• Christopher (5/5): The host was kind generous thoughtful and helpful and we thank her for that. - The host was helpful charming and very kind, helped as we got lost on our way late at night, she went the extra mile to help give directions and trusted us to be good tenants for two days, the kitchen was well fitted out and clean, property was spacious for our needs. Bath towels were of good size and clean, sheets were clean but ill fitted on one bed. The beds were hard and uncomfortable the pillows were hard, carpets were heavily stained, no remote control for the TV, shower needed cleaning, floor needed cleaning and on two occasions we found pub les of water, one under the settee due to rain coming in through poor fitted windows and the other in the kitchen area between dining table and sitting area, curtains I’ll fitted and hanging of rail, area very load music until late at night,
• Lucy (8/5): Nice, spacious apartment near the train station. - Very nice, clean apartment when we got inside. Not easy to find on Google though. Near the train station, which was good. We did have to wait for our towels and the tea towel wasn't changed. Also no coffee. Otherwise, nice spacious apartment. Thanks. Not being able to find it at first. • Deb (6/5): Disappointing - 1 bedroom doesn’t have a window - not sure that’s legal - no fire escape. I booked for 5 people and we were only provided with 3 bath towels. So 2 towels short, no hand towels, no tea towels. No toilet roll.

• Victoria (1/5): Bad - I would highly advise against staying at this "so-called apartment " it is actually a flat in a very questionable housing estate . We as a family Felt very unsafe and left to go stay in a Premier inn after entering the flat to be soon after meet with a knock at the door by two people introducing themselves as cleaners wanting to come inside. They had nothing with them for cleaning or replenishing goods in the flat. It later turned out that the woman was actually the property owner, but she lied for some strange reason, which unnerved myself & my husband. This property should not be allowed to be listed on this site. Everything, terrible!

• Courtney (5/5): Poor. - It was nice inside and had enough beds I dont like that I paid a £200 deposit and they have said that the money has been sent back yet had no proof and they are ignoring my messages and I haven’t received it back it’s been over a month since I paid the deposit not helpful at all.
