Guest Reviews
- Carla (10/5): - We loved the place! Very comfy and secluded, has everything we needed and had a lovely stay!
- Scott (10/5): Perfect quiet getaway - Perfect weekend getaway. Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Loved the peace and quiet, sitting around the fire of a night with a drink or 2. Would come back again!
- Deyze (1/5): I do not recommend this property or its service under any circumstances. - I honestly would have preferred not to have to review this property at all. I simply wanted my issue to be resolved by receiving a refund, since I did not feel welcome and did not use any of the services provided. I was dissatisfied with what I saw from the outside and with the lack of service overall. I have nothing positive to say. I just wish this had been resolved fairly and that I had been refunded for a service I was unable to use due to the complete lack of reception and support.
It is also very clear to me that the owners are more concerned about taking guests’ money than about their well-being. I am writing to formally express my complaint regarding a recent stay booked through your platform.
Upon arriving at the property, I was met by a medium-sized dog roaming freely, with no host or staff present. The property had no reception, no clear instructions, no Wi-Fi available, and no phone signal. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, especially as I was unable to access the property without passing by the dog, which caused me significant distress.
I spent approximately 40 minutes at the location attempting to find assistance or any way to contact the host, but there was absolutely no support available. Due to the lack of signal, I had to leave the area and drive a considerable distance just to get phone reception and attempt to contact the owners.
When I finally managed to reach them, I was informed that they might try to arrange for a neighbor to assist, but there was no immediate or reliable solution. At that point, given the situation and how unsafe and unsupported I felt, I had no choice but to book alternative accommodation.
Despite not staying at the property at all, and despite my attempts to resolve the situation amicably, I was still charged the full amount. This was extremely disappointing and unfair.
This situation goes beyond financial loss. I felt disrespected, unsupported, and completely let down by both the property and the experience as a whole. Had I known there would be no staff present and an uncontrolled dog on-site, I would never have booked this accommodation.
I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience and strongly regret choosing this property. Based on what happened, I would not recommend it to others.
Since the property owners have been unwilling to resolve this matter fairly, I am requesting that Booking.com review this case and issue a full refund, as I was unable to use the accommodation under reasonable and safe conditions.

- Yui (10/5): A Peaceful Nature Escape - Our stay at the tiny home was one of the best experiences we've ever had. The peaceful setting and thoughtful touches throughout the home made it truly special.
The tiny home was spotless and surprisingly spacious. We loved waking up to the view of the trees, the sound of birds, and even the gentle mooing of cows in the distance. In the evenings, we enjoyed the fire pit where we could sit under the stars, stay warm, have dinner, and even roast marshmallows – such a lovely touch.
The property itself was beautiful to wander around, with a picturesque little pond just across the way. Being in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, the location is also perfect for exploring the many hikes nearby, which is a real bonus for nature lovers.
The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this unique and charming stay to anyone looking for a quiet retreat surrounded by nature. We can’t wait to come back!
- Chloe (10/5): Lovely secluded retreat - Amazing little place for a weekend getaway! So cozy and relaxing!
- Catherine (10/5): Too short was sad for it to end, it was very cosy. - Very nice. Loved the privacy and the complete surrounding nature. The toilet was a bit strange for us, never used one like that before but it was fine.
- Shannon (10/5): A great getaway from the city to rejuvenate and spend some quality time together - That it’s on its own wee bit of land by the dam, nice and quiet but not far to go to go to the little towns near by. Not to far of a drive from Brisbane and easy to find Nothing

- Rebecca (10/5): - Such a peaceful private place to stay. Perfect weekend getaway x
- Luz (9/5): Superb -
- Lara (9/5): Superb - What a wonderful secluded getaway. We loved everything about this little place. I'd recommend an AWD or 4WD getting there.
It's an absolutely great location. We got farm fresh eggs and some lovely finger limes to try. There's no blinds over the door.
- Chin (10/5): Intimate and cozy - Well equipped house. I love all the details the owner provided for our stay. Everything is intentional to make our stay cozy. I love how secluded it is to help you really connect to nature. I also love that it’s located near hiking trails and points of interests. The instructions were clear on how to get there and is easily accessible even for a small car. There’s nothing I really didn’t like.. maybe just a comment, The string lights along the fire pit is not working during our stay.
- Tamara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely great. Fantastic time, very easy, and a lovely spot. Thankyou!
- Samantha (9/5): Absolutely superb! - It was such a beautiful peaceful place to stay. The cabin was spotless, bed so comfy. I wished there were blinds on all the windows/doors so had the option to sleep in.
- Zappa (10/5): Just absolutely perfect. Did not want to leave! - So beautiful, peaceful and super romantic. They went above and beyond providing some kindling in the fire pit, fresh farm eggs and some fingerlimes to try. Just absolutely beautiful, close to town and Australia Zoo.
- Lauran (10/5): Beautiful weekend away - Absolutely incredible, we loved every minute, the Tiny Home is so well curated, the atmosphere is great, the facilities and hidden features were lovely. We will definitely be back! Thank you! Nothing, we loved everything, can’t fault it in any way!
- Jack (10/5): Excellent - It’s privacy, being off grid for the night, very clean, easy contact with hosts, highly recommend. The toilet, it’s helping the environment but the little flys do come up through it, they did have fly killer tho so it is fine, and still a comfortable and clean stay.
- Molly (10/5): Tranquil and private and lovely! - Honestly this place is SO beautiful. The tiny home itself is spotless, finished to a super high standard, equipped with everything you need and really comfortable. The surroundings are gorgeous- a real chance to unwind and enjoy nature. We loved waking up to birdsong and going for nearby hikes and swims. Perfection! Nothing
- Kerryn (10/5): We loved the peace and the isolation. - The property was very clean. We loved the serenity with the feeling of isolation but knowing there was a town nearby if needed. We were a little worried driving in due to the slippery muddy ground after the rain but not much that the owners could have done about that. Maybe a blind on the door to keep out the morning sun.
- Sophie (10/5): A tiny slice of hinterland paradise - We arrived after dark, and it was easy to follow directions. The tiny home is set in its own paddock that you can drive right up to or park and go across a wooden bridge with little fairylights. The hosts lit an outside fire for us, and it was so magical! We left the blinds open all night and woke up to beautiful views of the trees, birdsong and discovered the nearby lake too. It was stunning, and the bed was so comfortable.
- Billie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashley (9/5): Superb -
- Tatsuya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sid (10/5): Totally wonderful restful getaway weekend. - Cute little cottage in a fantasy bush farm setting. Safe, quiet, magical and very private setting. Very close driving distance to Beerwah shops & cafes and Australia Zoo (with multiple type 2 Tesla chargers). Nil
