• john (9/5): A good choice for your stay in Port Lincoln - Well equipped and set up and comfortable. Pleasant outlook on town fringe Outside control of owner, but there’s no noise insulation from unit above and if you get inconsiderate people above, as we did, it is very noisy at times.

However in our case the presence of tradesman outside our picture window was rather disconcerting. Otherwise I would have rated it 9/10 The fact that tradesmen were in front of the picture window all day prevented us from using the outdoor area and gave us no privacy in the afternoon when we returned from our outings.

Recommendations for Fred’s fishing tour from the marina, your off Lincoln national park ( 4WD) with Ben from Tour South, electric bike hire from Australian coastal safaris by the Marina - food del Giornos cafe, Fresh fish place and Beach Bakery on King.

• Alana (8/5): Was a great apartment in an amazing spot! We will be staying again - The host was great! So easy to communicate with. The apartment had everything we needed! My girls were so excited to use the pool (especially with the hot weather) but the pool was out of order the whole time we were there. We communicated this with the host and she was also disappointed that this had happened. The last 2 nights we seemed to have a loud family upstairs and we could hear lots of stomping around (especially in the early morning which wasn't ideal)

The property was tastefully decorated and had everything that we needed for our stay. Being on the highway, we were pleasantly surprised as to how quiet the unit was. It was a good relief to have linen supplied - other properties we have stayed in have not included linen in the price. Monica maintained excellent communication with us in the lead up to our arrival and ensured that our self-check in ran smoothly. She also touched base after our departure to thank us for staying :) The view was lovely - we watched with interest at the grain ship being loaded at the wharf - something that we don't see every day! The WiFi was a hit with the kids. There was nothing that we didn't like.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was adapted with bars in toilet and shower for those in need of this assistance. Great beds. Comfortable lounge. All very very good.
