This Short Term Rental (STRA0017/24) is located on the Mornington Peninsula and as such all guests must comply with the Mornington Shire Local Laws & Code of Conduct and Body Corporate Rules, all guests agree to these rules by booking, including the following:
- Quiet period between 11pm and 7am. Outdoor areas are not to be used during this period
- No Parties, events or excess guests allowed onsite
- Guests must not consume alcohol or illegal substances on communal property
- Guests must not leave cigaret butts or excess rubbish at the property
- Guests must Park in allocated parking spots only for Unit 5
- Caravans, tents & camper vans are not onsite
Failure to adhere to these rules and local laws & code of conduct may result in early termination of your stay. Refunds will not be given for breach of these rules, local laws or code of conduct.
In addition, there is a security camera in the smart lock used to access the property. These devices are located on the front door and the patio door (rear entrance) for your safety and security. These devices are only activated/record when someone approaches the door and movement is detected.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Fantastic views over the sea and very comfortable beds in 2 bedrooms. Very well equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout. Good bathroom facilities and shower gel shampoo supplied. The listing was misleading stating the house is air conditioned. Having arrived on a 44ºC day to find only master bedroom and kitchen(!) was air conditioned. Host was very defensive about this. There were numerous maintenance issues with the patio door locking having rotted so the doors flew open in the wind. Numerous missing/dead light bulbs which the host did not offer to replace. The bunk beds were a bit wobbly and uncomfortable.

It had everything we needed & was spotless clean! The view was amazing, watching the sunset over the water & waking up to the sun glistening over the waves! It also smelt beautiful (great choice of decanter). The host was very responsive, friendly & generous! From the moment we walked in we felt safe & content with the smart locks on each door. We wish we stayed for longer than a night & as a group agreed we would be back! We did not want to leave! That we couldn’t stay forever!

The beds were comfortable, Everything was CLEAN and felt fresh. The little extras were well thought out, tissues, paper towel, pegs etc. The water pressure was absolutely incredible. Location is great.
It felt very homely, clean and comfortable. I didn't like that we didn't book longer than 3 nights. I was dreading leaving and coming home.

It had everything that we needed for our short stay.
The property was very welcoming and safe with digital security locks which is exactly what is needed for a girls trip.
The view was incredible and a very short walk from local cafes and restaurants. The communication with the host was prompt and minor issue was easily communicated. Nothing to not like.
