Wir haben leider einen falschen Code für den Schlüsselkasten erhalten und mussten zunächst Kontakt mit Lilians Apartment aufnehmen, um Zugang zur Unterkunft zu bekommen. Beim Betreten des Apartments fiel uns sofort ein unangenehmer Geruch auf. Außerdem waren mehrere Dinge in einem unzufriedenstellenden Zustand: Die Handtücher wirkten nicht sauber, die Couch hatte Flecken und die Matratze ebenfalls braune Flecken. Das Bett war zudem sehr weich und dadurch wenig komfortabel. Darüber hinaus hat das WLAN während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Im Eingangsbereich ist außerdem ein Bild beschädigt, und auch das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Insgesamt entsprach der Zustand der Unterkunft leider nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Le parking le plus proche nous a couté 22€/jour. Situé au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur Matelas du lit très mou Pas beaucoup de vaisselle Discussion difficile avec l’hôte nous imposant le paiement de la taxe de séjour via un transfert

• Ágnes (5/5): - - Az apartman alapvetően jó. - A tulajdonossal írásban könnyű volt a kommunikáció. A tisztaság nem volt megfelelő. A párna foltos és kellemetlen szagú volt. A fürdőszobában a tükör túl magasan volt elhelyezve, így használat közben csak a homlokom látszott. A lakásban hideg volt, mindössze egy fűtőtest működött, az is nagyon gyengén, ezért kifejezetten fáztunk. Szerencsére csak egy éjszakára szálltunk meg.

Plata parcarii era afisata pe site de 15 euro pe zi, in realitate a fost 22 euro pe zi. Parola de wifi nu a functionat. Nu au raspuns la mesajele de solicitare. Vasul wc era foarte murdar...depuneri...

• Oleg (6/5): Good property but noisy - Location - hub of Graz. Transportation to any direction just 10 m from home. Noise from the transport till late night. No conditioners so you have to leave window open in those hot nights.
• Graeme (8/5): Great city to visit - Grest location close to the bus station from Vienna. Akso to the tram to the railway station. Up three fights of stairs
• Core (8/5): Very good - Location was great. Quiet at night, just the sound of trams starting up in the morning gave me a start. Kitchen pans and utensils more than adequate. They provided everything that they listed in their ad. Carrying the suitcases up four floors (third floor in Europe is fourth floor in the U.S.). Showerhead was broken and leaking when using it.
• Olga (7/5): Good - Great location and public transport connection. Easy check-in Communication with a host was a bit chaotic, but it is probably fine. The flat itself is in the old building, that is why it is cold there during the wintertime (plus not all the heating pannels are in a working condition). The bathroom and some facilities need a renovation, in my opinion .
• Bonnough (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. You can easily walk anywhere you want to in downtown. Bus and tram transfer station is right out the front door. Very convenient.
