Miranda Soares (10/5): - O apartamento é muito bom e corresponde ao anúncio. Estivemos em 5 pessoas e todos ficamos bem confortáveis. Fica bem localizado, muito perto da praia do Perequê, para a qual fomos a pé todos os dias, gastando cerca de 5min de caminhada em relevo plano. É possível encontrar tudo o que precisa com certa facilidade, como mercado, farmácia e restaurantes. A cidade de Porto Belo é muito tranquila, está crescendo muito, com vários novos prédios em construção, mas mantem um clima pacato de cidade residencial. A praia do Perequê é limpa e muito tranquila, quase sem ondas. Recomendo!

O valor é pequeno, mas fica em uma parte pouco visível do anúncio e passa despercebido. No anúncio principal consta todas as taxas inclusas. Poderia ter travesseiros. Mas deu tudo certo e fiquei muito satisfeito.
