• Sandra K C (5/5): Was passable, would not stay again - Location is good, about 2 + blocks to the Metro or Tram and a supermarket around the corner. Several restaurants nearby. Apt. is spacious. If you like playing a piano or playing pool then you can. Seating was comfortable. Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Bathrooms were modern. Beds were OK but some guests said they were uncomfortable. Sufficient power plugs. Modern windows give good ventilation. Firstly the owner requires you to register using a Vikey webpage. On the phone this was very bizarre and frustrating and took over one hour to complete. If this Apt had free cancellation I would have canceled it right then. Vikey is equally bizarre at the Apt. There are 2 Vikey Locks ( doorknobs with a keypad ) to gain access to the rental Apt.. Both have a different 10 digit codes to get the door open - every time you want to enter. We were all frustrated by this completely unfriendly process The host was impersonal and even though said they would meet us it didn’t happen. No communication while we were there. We had some injuries, this has never happened before: Bruised shins from bed frames, a cut arm from the very sharp point on a door handle, a gashed head from tripping on a shallow step in bathroom floor. If you want to plug in the toaster and need to pull out another plug, the entire socket falls out of the wall, exposing 220v contacts on the back, Very dangerous, Obvious lack of attention. Comments from our group: Some of the pictures we do not recognize as this apt., most are accurate 3 flights of stairs to climb, but there is a lift on the top two. The hot water is very slow to arrive and flow is negligible in one sink, hence shower did not work well. Apt. seems unfriendly. There were sometimes intermittent thumping noises from upstairs. Only one room had a desk, WiFi was OK but none in end bedroom . All AC units were noisy and the one in the first bedroom would not cool to set temperature. Only 4 seats at kitchen table. Recycle bins not labeled.. Cleanliness was fair. No suitcase stands

• Stacy (10/5): Would absolutely stay here again. Best property we stayed at during our Italian vacation. - It was a beautiful property and perfect sized for a family of 5. Well equipped with comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Very clean and a nice washer which was important to our family who packs light. Great location next to restaurants and close to a metro. Very safe and secure. We enjoyed the host’s recommendation for a close restaurant and amazing tiramisu. My sons enjoyed using the pool table. Host checked in before our arrival to ask if we needed help with transport and advised on the metro. We had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this property. At first getting access to the property was a little challenging with the vikey link, but after we figured it out we preferred it to having to carry keys.

• Emin (10/5): Exceptional - The facility is located close to the metro. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall we were extremely satisfied.
• Tamara (8/5): A smellier stay than expected however a delightful, comfortable and super apartment which I would definitely return to o - The rooms are huge, and it’s home from home, everything you need has been thought of, water and coffee ready for our arrival. The owners were great at communication and even organised our transfers to and from the airport. The area felt so safe and everything is in walking distance including a small supermarket round the corner and the best ice cream on the same street. The tube station is literally a few meters on the same street and that was such a blessing after so much walking during the day it was nice to be able to get back quickly. The Beds in all 3 rooms were comfortable and the new windows kept noise from the street to a minimum. Entry to the building/apartment door was by keypad on the door handle. The entry codes are given to you before your stay. A little tricky first time using but we soon got the hang of it. WiFi in apartment was reliable and speedy in the main however lacked strength to travel to the main bedroom which was a little frustrating. One of the bathrooms had a blocked drain. A stench started on the first night but by the time we left the small was in the hallway and beyond. We were unable to use the bathroom and just had to keep the door closed. I informed the owners who did apologise and were aware of the problem and were speaking with people who could get it sorted. We felt that as they were aware we should have been informed. One reason we chose the apartment was because there were 2 bathrooms. This was the only thing that let the stay down otherwise I would have given 5* review.

• Claire (9/5): Superb - Spacious, beautiful apartment, great location, close to shops, restaurants and metro, pool table, supplies left by owners very useful, we had a great time 😁 Master bedroom gets noise from the traffic, restaurant and bar across the street and people recycling bottles at all hours of the night!
• Yvonne (9/5): An authentic Italian apartment in Rome - This is beautiful old family home so staying here was relaxing. Our host was wonderful and provided us with everything we needed and more. The sitting room is so comfortable I didn't want to leave it! An excellent bakery/cafe bar is 2 minutes walk away and getting around is easy. Traffic is very noisy but our host is in the process of installing double glazing which will help.

• Rob (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a lovely part of Rome - This apartment is very well located with a lovely 25 minute walk that goes through Plaza San Giovanni to the Colosseum and the rest of the city's attractions. The suburb has everything you need and the hosts helpfully mention a pizza place just nearby that was open late and an absolute godsend for us when we arrived late from the airport. Around the corner is a supermarket just like home (UK/IE/AU) which sells fresh produce and bread and milk ('latte fresco' for those with as little Italian skills as I have). The apartment is bigger than we expected from the photographs.

There is a gelato place right around the corner it was the best I had during my vacation. Opening the door with the phone was a bit complicated but towards the end I was getting better.

But Booking or owner had blocked our access on the second day of our staying and we had to wait inside while we could connect with the owner.

The flat is very big, clean and lovely decorated and everything was just as mentioned in the description and shown on the fotos. It is in a beautiful building with a concierge during the weekdays. We felt right at home. We never met the owner, but were welcomed by their cousin, who showed us around. I could also text about anyquestions and received a reply very fast. Check-In is made online in advance (you need fotos of yourself with your ID/ passport) Check-out was handled fast and easy. nothing

Master bedroom has windows to the Main Street and it could be a bit noisy during a night. Other bedrooms are very quiet. Shower cabin is not very convenient and needs some modernization
• Peter (8/5): Great location, friendly host, comfortable and spacious apartment. - Great location, metro very close, a very interesting 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. The San Giovanni Basilica is only a 5 minute walk away and well worth a visit, very impressive inside. The main bedroom is a little noisy at first but we soon got used to that.

Metro was very near, supermarkets and restaurants around. acoustic enclosures should be improved in future, as the noise from the street can be heard a little.

She let us keep our luggage before check-in time and shared with us information about nearest useful places like restaurants, and markets. An airport transfer was also available. The apartment easily can handle 8 persons. The location near the Metro A station was very convenient. I hope we will back to this place again.

• Daniela (10/5): Everything was wonderful! - Everything was wonderful! The place exceeded our expectations, the apartment is huge! We were 6 people and it was very comfortable. The location is great - close to the subway, a store and a 24-hour McDonald's. The host was waiting for us, the woman was very kind, explained everything to us and helped us choose a restaurant. The living room is very cozy, there is a pool table, which was a surprise for us. We recommend and would go back there again! We have some slight remarks which, based on everything else, mean nothing. One bedroom is quite noisy, I felt like I was sleeping on the street. For greater convenience, there may be disposable slippers, because it is not comfortable to walk in the shoes.

The highlight was undoubtedly Rafaella who allowed us to check in early with our massive set of luggage. She provided us with all important info. Really went out of her way. Nothing, a perfect stay.

Amazingly comfortable beds, great location very close to underground, freshly refurbished. Raffaella is an amazing host, if you are looking for an apartment in Rome for up to 6 people this is the place.

• Elena (9/5): Our stay in Rome was great also because of this accommodation, thank you - I definitely recommend the accommodation, the owners very nice and helpful, the son from the owner was willing to wait for us at night at the airport, even though we were an hour late. The owner showed us everything, the arrangement was quick and clear. The accommodation was really big and spacious (suitable for a family or larger group). The biggest advantage is the really convenient location of the apartment (near the metro, which you can get to all the important sights). In addition, near the apartment there is a restaurant Molino, where you can enjoy both breakfast and dinner. I would recommend better cleaning of common areas (bathroom and corridor), but rooms were clean and nicely prepared
