Roman (6/5): There is NOTHING EXCEPTIONAL about this apartment - After I arrived to the apartment I learned that I had to collect keys 350m from the apartment in one shop so I had to walk 700m (there and back) with a suitcase to collect keys I was the most disappointed from the fact that they call this apartment EXCEPTIONAL when it it not at all… the apartment needs a maintenance, central heating is not working so there are additional electrical movable heaters in rooms, bathroom has a number of thinks broken.. The staircase to the fourth floor needs a lot of maintenance to even look ok…. Because of the name of the apartment I had very high expectations but there is nothing exceptional about this apartment at all which is why I was really disappointed and felt lied to…
