Das Abendessen ist sehr lecker und die Portionen auch reichlich. Preise für essen sind in jedem Fall angemessen. Die Getränke sind dort viel zu teuer, die waren im Park sogar günstiger. Insgesamt könnte das Personal freundlicher sein. Leider sprach niemand Englisch, so dass die Kommunikation nur spärlich via Übersetzer App lief. Wir hätten für den Preis und das beworbene irgendwie etwas "mehr" erwartet. Auch finde ich die An l- und Abfahrt vom Parkeingang sollte vom Hotel organisiert werden. Es ist nicht weit und man muss immer den vollen Preis für den Shuttle bezahlen, dabei ist man sehr darauf angewiesen, dass gerade dann ein Bus kommt wenn man ihn braucht. Wir hatten die mittlere der drei Hütten und die Aussicht war hier auch nicht besonders gut, man hat nur auch drei Palmen dorekt vor sich geschaut oder auf die beiden anderen Hütten. Die obere Hütte hat da deutlich mehr Aussicht Alles in allem ist es zu teuer für das was man erhält, unserer Meinung nach ist es einfach nur durchschnittlich was geboten wird.

Momentami było niskie ciśnienie wody, ale nie mam oczekiwań biorąc pod uwagę, że mówimy o miejscu wewnątrz parku narodowego.

• Vincent (7/5): Hotel de charme en pleine jungle - Hotel en pleine nature, vue à couper le souffle mais il faut savoir qu'il y a pas d'escaliers raides à grimper avant d'y accéder. La chambre est très confortable avec une belle salle de bain. Prévoir la lotion antimoustique même si le lit est équipé d'une moustiquaire. petit déjeuner correct. J'avais réservé une chambre familiale décrite pour 4 (nous étions 3) et lorsque nous sommes arrivés il nous a été appliqué un supplément ( alors que la chambre familiale était plus chère bien sur que la chambre pour 2) et le lit était un lit gonflable dans la même pièce ( je ne sais donc pas ce qui est la chambre familiale) Cet hôtel est assez éloigné du début de la randonnée des plages, nous avions une voiture et donc pour nous pas du tout gênant mais si on n'est pas véhiculé c'est une contrainte à prendre en compte.

La ubicación muy buena, La atención de Tatiana y Kevin excelente, muy atentos en todo momento . En general es un lugar muy lindo para hospedarse Un pequeño detalle pero que no pasa desapercibido. Nos hospedamos 2 noches y no tuvimos agua caliente en ningún momento! Es muy importante esto ya que Volves de excursión todo el día y de la plata y es muy necesario una ducha con agua caliente, más teniendo en cuenta que uno elije este tipo de hospedaje con determinadas características. Lo reclamamos con Booking directamente y ellos se hicieron responsables de lo ocurrido con buena predisposición y respuesta inmediata.

• Julia (10/5): - tudo, os funcionários são super simpáticos, cafe da manha é bom, o quarto é lindo, tudo novinho, limpo e é bem exclusivo, se voce quer calma e relaxamento, é perfeito acho que podia ter mais opções no cardapio e tem longas escadas para chegar ao quarto, deviam deixar isso mais claro, se for alguem com mobilidade reduzida pode prejudicar, mas para nos, nao teve problema algum!!

• Johannes (8/5): - Die Häuschen sind sehr hübsch und geräumig. Alles ist sauber und der Platz auf der Terrasse ist wunderschön, man kann viele Vögel beobachten und einmal sahen wir sogar ein Äffchen. Dadurch das nur 3 Bungalows sind ist alles sehr persönlich und ruhig. Der Bus fährt quasi vor der Haustür los zum Strandweg. Wenn Stromausfall ist (und das kommt immer wieder einmal vor) hört man den Generator ziemlich laut. Auch die Straße die vom Eingang zum Nationalparkpark hinunter führt hört man. Nachts ist es aber ruhig. Leider hatten wir mehrmals zum duschen nur kaltes Wasser.

A private driver recommended by the hotel picked us up in Cartagena and took us all the way to the hotel. Staff members carried our two suitcases up the stairs. A private driver recommended by the hotel took us to the Santa Marta airport. Both drivers were very safe and professional. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food quality was very good, different fresh fruits for breakfast each day. Everything is made to order, so expect some time between ordering the food and it being served. We don't live in an urban environment, so we are used to the quirks that come from getting any protein and fiber in meals in remote areas. We brought books to read while we waited. We stayed five nights. Water pressure was very good. We loved staying in the park so that we could walk everywhere. We stayed in January and the insects were not bad at all. AC worked great. The hot water stopped working on night three of five. The staff worked on it for some hours. As it was a weekend, they were not able to fix it. The water was not super cold, about 65 F, so it was not so bad.

Nous sommes arrivés à 15h une grosse galère on n’a pas voulu nous laissez rentrer immédiatement nous avons pu acheter seulement l’assurance journalière du parc et nous avons dû revenir le lendemain matin acheter le permis à 08h ce qui nous a fait perdre du temps.

Die Hütten ca 20 m oberhalb des Rezeption auf einem Hügel sind wunderschön, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Man muss einige Treppen hoch steigen, für uns war das aber kein Problem. Die Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm. Öfters viel in den beiden Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes der Strom aus, aber dann lief ein Stromgenerator unten am Parkplatz. Das Essen war sehr gut. Abends konnte man Brüllaffen hören und es fliegen viele Vögel umher. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Alles war in Ordnung

• Pablo (10/5): Idílico alojamiento en el parque del tayrona - La ubicación privilegiada dentro del parque de tayrona, levantarse por la mañana viendo por encima de los árboles y al fondo el mar. La habitación amplia y limpia, cama cómoda con mosquitera. El personal inmejorable, atentos y dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda que tuviéramos incluso nos ayudaron para gestionar las entradas del parque y el viaje a Cartagena. Todo estuvo perfecto. Tener en cuenta que si se llega después de las 15:00 no podrás comprar la entrada del parque en la taquilla y la tendrán que gestionar desde el hotel. El taxista que nos llevó nos dejó en la puerta principal del parque, y caminando hasta el hotel son 15 min. Nos dijo que él no podía entrar, pero luego en el hotel nos contaron que sí que podía

• Patrick (4/5): Enttäuschend - Das Hotel liegt im Park, sodass man relativ schnell beim Beginn des Wanderweges zum Cabo San Juan gelangt. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön in den grünen Dschungel integriert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen Wäscheservice, der sehr gut und schnell funktioniert. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend, insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund des hohen Preises. Die Toilette war dreckig, unter den Möbeln war der Boden ausgesprochen dreckig. Die Dusche führt warmes Wasser nur für etwa 30 Sekunden. Das Frühstück ist je nach Wahl aus vier Optionen sehr wenig, sodass man nicht satt wird. Es gibt nur eine halbvolle Tasse Kaffee. Das Obst schmeckt zum Teil vergoren. Es dauert mindestens eine Stunde ab Bestellung des Frühstücks, bis alles am Platz ist. Für weitere Bestellungen muss natürlich gezahlt werden, um satt zu sein. Das Abendessen kommt leider nach sehr langer Wartezeit kalt am Tisch an und ist teuer. Es kommen immer noch neue Gebühren für unerklärliche Posten vor Ort zustande; wir standen sogar in der Mitte des Aufenthalts am Parkeingang und kamen nicht mehr zurück zum Hotel, weil das Hotel nicht das richtige Ticket für uns besorgt hatte. Ohne Internet im Dschungel war das eine unangenehme Erfahrung. Mit den vielen Insekten im Zimmer und im Bett sowie mit regelmäßigen Stromausfällen muss man im Dschungel natürlich rechnen; das würde ich dem Hotel nicht zulasten legen - aber es sollte bei einer Buchung bedacht werden.

• Carla (10/5): Quel réconfort après une journée de marche intense. - La beauté de l'hôtel, l'intimité de la suite et la nourriture. Rien, tout était top.
• Corinne (7/5): Schöne Unterkunft im Tayronapark bei welchem das Preis- Leistunsverhältnis leider nicht stimmt. - Unterkunft hat für uns einen Transport vom Flughafen organisiert. Shuttlebusse halten auf Anfrage beim Hotel, was sehr praktisch war. Die Bungalows waren von aussen sehr schön. Das Personal war sets bemüht, ihr bestmögliches zu geben. Die Eingangstür zum Bungalow hat leider nicht dicht verschlossen. Daher kamen sehr viele Tiere herein. Wir waren zwei Nächte vor Ort. Nach der ersten Nacht wurde das Zimmer nur mit neuen Handtücher ausgestattet und das Bett wurde gemacht. Leider hat niemand geputzt. Wir hatten kein warm Wasser & der Duschstrahl war sehr schwach. Nach der Reparatur hatten wir zwar wieder vereinzelt warmes Wasser aber das mit sehr schwachen Wasserstrahl blieb bestehen. Die Preise fürs Essen und Trinken sind sehr teuer. Wasser ist nicht konstenlos. Die Auswahl fürs Frühstück ist sehr klein und die Portionen überschaubar. Das schlimmste war jedoch die Treppe zum Zimmer. Die Stufen sind sehr hoch & mit dem Gepäck kaum zu überwinden. Sehr gefährlich!

• Alvaro (10/5): - Hotel que se encuentra en medio de la selva dentro del parque , donde viene de lujo descansar después de llegar hasta Cabo San Juan. Dispone de sólo 3 cabañas. Las vistas desde la misma son impresionantes hacia toda la selva, a destacar el personal, el desayuno, tamaño de las cabañas y sobre todo el entorno. El hotel te ofrece transporte desde/hasta Santa Marta. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Todo fue perfecto!!!

Éramos 3 personas y la cama supletoria era un colchón hinchable y sin mosquitera, lo que hacía imposible dormir allí. Sin embargo la cama de matrimonio era muy amplia y pudimos dormir las 3 sin problema.

• Iñigo (10/5): Precioso hotel en mitad de la jungla y muy cuidado. - La cena mejorable, pero el entorno es inmejorable. El desayuno muy bien. El servicio se notaba algo novato por ser el hotel bastante nuevo, pero con buena predisposición y muy amables todos. El acceso a las cabañas es en lo alto de la loma, con escaleras irregulares con tabicas muy altas y no aptas para personas con movilidad reducida. No nos llevaron la maleta a la cabaña y se entiende porqué. Resulta un poco raro para el nivel del hotel, pero creo que al ser nuevo, no había tanto personal y subir la impedimenta tan arriba igual no estaba en el contrato... La calidad de la comida en la cena no fue muy buena para lo bien que comimos en general en todas partes de Colombia. A lo mejor el lomo en esa zona se toma muy hecho, pero se lo pedimos muy poco hecho y fue un pequeño fallo. El entorno en la jungla está bastante controlado para el acceso de insectos, pero alguno un poco grande pululó por la ducha y los urbanitas no estamos acostumbrados a tener compañías así, pero es intrínseco al lugar. Huyen nada más aparecer, pero el susto te lo llevas. Si vas a la jungla, es lo menos que te va a acompañar...
• Maria (10/5): Beautiful stay in Tayrona! - We arrived late afternoon which meant our room was ready straight away. The hotel were helpful in advance letting us of the park entrance ticket booth closing time which meant we arrived before closing time (5pm). The hotel is beautiful, the views are fantastic and the sky was clear both nights we were there which meant we could stargaze from our terrace. It was super quiet and peaceful. Right by one of the main entrances to the park, easy to find and very easy to start our hike into the park early in the morning. They have a pingpong table and board games in the dining room which were fun to play in the evenings too. We will be back! The food menu could have been a little more extensive. We ordered the catch of the day one evening and it didn't taste or look particularly fresh. Everything else was however great so maybe we didn't order right.

• Chiara (10/5): - Hermoso hotel dentro del parque Tayrona con habitaciones muy cómodas y privadas, ideal para ir en pareja. El servicio de restaurante también nos pareció muy bueno, cosa que es importante ya que no hay muchas opciones de restaurantes para cenar dentro del parque. Tiene muy pocas habitaciones y todas tienen una vista hermosa del parque y de la selva. Para llegar a las habitaciones hay que subir muchas escaleras, por mas de que desde el hotel te ayudan con las valijas recomiendo viajar liviano de equipaje.
• borce (9/5): Great stay in the national park - The units are really pretty, and with great distance from each other that gives you intimacy. The massage that we took was perfect, (Julianage and Andrea). Being in the national park makes this stay special with the morning sounds. It is at the beginning of the national park, and the start of the hike is not further so you need to wait for the first shuttle which starts at the entrance. Does not make difference if you want to start hike early. The steps are ok, but they need to do something with the atmosphere at the restaurant. The staff was ok, but on multiple occasions you get impression that you are not wanted there. The food was average.

• Frédérique (10/5): Hôtel récent tout simplement magnifique - Les 3 bungalows et les parties communes sont aménagés avec beaucoup de goût, des matériaux nobles, tout est prévu pour se ressourcer au calme dans un décor de rêve et une nature magnifique. Le personnel est adorable et les petits déjeuners et repas très bons. L’emplacement de l’hôtel nécessite de prendre une navette pour se rendre au point de départ des balades.

• Anita (10/5): Un bungalow di lusso all'interno del parco - La struttura è bellissima, le stanze o meglio bungalow di lusso, sono curati nei minimi dettagli e molto confortevoli, oltre che posizionati in un contesto davvero unico all'interno del parco. La colazione è ottima . Il personale è molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. Abbiamo anche cenato all'interno della struttura e la cucina è davvero favolosa, tutto squisito!

Staff sempre disponibile Per ora ci sono solo 3 camere, è molto tranquilla rispetto ad altre in zona, quindi se cercate un po' di movimento non fa per voi. In compenso il parco è davvero affollatissimo (troppo!)

• Serena (9/5): Cozy stay with excellent service in the Heart of Nature - Amazing location right inside the national park! The place is cozy and comfortable, with good food options and super friendly, attentive staff. The cabañas are well equipped with hot water shower and air con. Sunset and sunrise here are an absolute must-see. The only challenge is the stairs — they’re quite steep and numerous, which can be tough after a long day trekking in the sun and humidity. Not the best option for older guests or anyone with mobility issues, but overall a wonderful stay with great service and nature all around.

Y las cabañas están un poco lejos de la recepción es mejor no subir las maletas hacer una mochila con lo justo para los días que te hospedas. Pero solo por decir alguna cosa a mejorar, el hotel está muy bien

• María (9/5): 100% recomendable - Yaiser el anfitrion estuvo siempre muy atento, simpatico y nos ayudo con todo. La comida estaba muy buena, el lobby muy guay con pingpong y juegos de mesa. La habitacion tiene unas vistas espectaculares. 100% recomendable, volveria. Muy bien calidad precio. La presion de la ducha. Que se fue la luz a las 7 de la tarde por las tormentas y no volvio hasta el dia siguiente (aunque es ajeno a ellos) y que para llegar a la habitacion hay que subir miles de escaleras pero las vistas merecen la pena.

It’s super easy to get there as there’s a bus that leave you there + that same bus get you to where the trail begins! PS: the stairs are not that bad! Nothing to say just make sure you close all the windows and turn off the lights before going to bed so you don’t have friends visiting 😅

I would definitely come back. The hot water only worked one time out of many I tried using it.

• Eric (9/5): Remote, romantic luxury - just watch the stairs - Zirwa is an incredibly beautiful, luxurious place to stay in a remote location. The food was great, the staff are extremely attentive and helpful, and the accommodation itself was magnificent. Very comfortable, big beds with soft linens. Great air conditioning, soft towels & toiletries included. The price is very low by international standards. The available spa/massage services were fantastic. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and feel fancy after a long backpacking trip. We will never forget the time we spent here. Note that the gates to Tayrona park close at 3:00pm, so you need to arrive before then or make special arrangements with Zirwa to enter (they will help you). It would be a perfect 10 if it weren't for the stairs to the accommodations. There are many (50+) stairs up to your room which are unevenly sized (some small, some very tall -- dangerous if you aren't paying attention at night). This provides a great view and doesn't seem like a big deal...the first time. When you go to explore Tayrona's beaches, you will be hiking for several hours in & out along trails with hundreds of stairs and inclined areas. I'm a reasonably fit person who loves hiking, but it was not fun to climb the hill back to our room afterwards (then down/up again for dinner...) You want to take the shuttle that runs along the main road to reach the gate & beaches. It's a long walk otherwise. Hot water in the shower is very inconsistent and the wifi isn't super reliable -- but remember that you're on top of hill in a remote park that doesn't even have cell service. Zirwa is amazingly luxurious for its location.
• Loredana (8/5): Nice stay with minor improvements needed - New property, conveniently located close to El Zaino entrance. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. Amazing view over the park from the private terrace, you are truly immersed in the nature. We had a massage after a day of trekking in the jungle and it was exceptional. While the breakfast was tasty, it was quite small, considering the price we paid for the room. We weren't offered any help to carry our luggage to our room. Upon leaving, while we were told to hail one of the shuttles going to the main entrance, they were all full, so we ended up walking with our luggage down- and uphill for 15 minutes.

• Melissa (9/5): Beautiful hotel inside Tayrona park - This place is beautiful. Everything is brand new and very well maintained so far. Food was good. There was no electricity all night. But it was due to heavy storms in the area during our stay. It wasn’t super uncomfortable… Lots of stairs, be ready.

• Candace (4/5): Not what I was expecting! - Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures or think you will have a quiet stay. There was loud base music until 4am the night I stayed. The rooms are beautiful but the sheets are stiff and the laundry detergent is smelly. The shower is very nice and the best hot water system in Latin America, but I wasn’t able to enjoy myself because of the loud music. I wanted to hear nature and could not! I especially didn’t like that people running the hotel would not offer me a discount or anything complementary for not being able to sleep all night or the fact that booking said the beach was a short 5 min walk away, but indeed it was a 45 min walk, or a bus ride plus 15 min down the path. It my country good customer service is more than a sorry! Also don’t expect good food, I ordered the burger and the pasta with shrimp sauce and both were disappointing.
