• Lorinda (5/5): No thanks - I had a bad stay so nothing Unfortunately when I stayed there were some extremely unpleasant guests who decided to make continuous racket having sex and banging around their room so everyone can hear. The house next door to it is also a party house. To top it off the pillows were mouldy once you get mould in bedding you need to throw it away not just try to bleach it out that just fades the colour and doesn't kill the mould. Caloundra just isn't a good place to stay. Pay more and go elsewhere

The bathroom and rooms are very clean, with soft towels too. There’s parking, which I didn’t use, but the apartment is only a 15/20minutes away from the beach. I nightly recommend it! Nothing

The place was very clean at any time. Also the host really tried to accomodate us with luggage as most as they could. Nothing.

The laundry can only be used for a 2 hour time period in the middle of the day, which would really affect your vacation, basically rendering the property to not actually have laundry.

• Elizabeth (10/5): A lovely place conveniently located for work - super clean with lovely home touches. - It’s so clean and fresh with excellent attention to detail and clarity of a very reasonable set of expectations. This meant it was relaxing knowing that I did not need to negotiate with guests any issues. Happy to share resources but great to know they will be clean and personal spaces respected. Nothing. Where traffic noise may have been an issue the attention to having a white noise machine in the front room was so clever that noise was never an issue.
• Anthea (8/5): The perfect little getaway - This guesthouse is exceptionally clean and tidy. The bed was fabulously comfortable. It's very close to everything but a bit of a walk to the beach. All the guests were respectful and quiet. Each room has a fridge, TV and wifi. I went to get away from my gruelling schedule. It didn't disappoint. The only downside were the doors. A rubber strip around the doors would prevent that little 'bang' every time someone closed their door.

• Philippa (7/5): Facilities are clean and well presented. Good if you can manage a shared bathroom and steep stairs - The room was small with 2 single beds. The area was clean and well provided for. There was a share bathroom which I did not seen when I booked the room. The access to the top floor where all the rooms are located was a VERY steep straight up flight of stairs. As a woman I could not lug my 20kg large suitcase up to my room. So I had to go up and down the stairs to my car to unpack and repack each day from the suitcase in the car boot/trunk and carry the items in a small bag back up the stairs.

• Alastair (6/5): - Generally, the accommodation was good. It was a bit far to walk into Caloundra but only a five minute drive. The common areas were cleaned frequently. The fridge did not chill food adequately. There were too many electrical leads plugged into one socket and dangling behind the fridge. A double adapter was hanging in mid-air behind the fridge. There was no wardrobe space, only a rack to hang some clothes on.

Would have been great to stay longer & enjoy the place but we came in very late and were gone very early. We just needed beds to sleep in and they were comfortable and perfect. Parking was a little crazy. Nothing on the streets, parked a long way away, but we did come in late and we were warned. So it really was no issue.
• Carmel (10/5): My stay was lovely in all important respects for a very reasonable charge. - It was a lot nicer than I expected for the price. It had lovely decor and was very clean and quiet. Limited parking so that my car was left parked across the road and I had to walk a little way carrying my bags with the essentials - although I should have realised from the first floor accomodation that the room was not disabled-friendly.

• Joan (9/5): Good stay - Overall, a very pleasant stay. Everything was well organised and very clean. The room and the toilets were very clean. The shared kitchen space was also very clean. The rooms were on the 1st level so I didn't bother bringing my luggage up and just packed a smaller bag of stuff and brought it up. The parking spaces were a tad small, I am not the best driver so it meant that it took a bit more for me to park/leave. But otherwise, I just parked on the streets which was easy to do as well.

• Lord Francis (9/5): Great location, perfect short stay B&B - The location was perfect, and the advance messaging about how to get in and what to do on arrival was clear and well-detailed, there’s absolutely no confusion once you’re there. Let’s just say, someone really loves their signs! The place was spotless, and I appreciated the night lights that made returning in the dark so easy. A fantastic choice for a short stay on the coast. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be in Room 4, where the wardrobe positioned above the pillows sits a little low. I did bump my head during the night when getting up to use the bathroom, so it might be worth having a carpenter adjust or raise that for future guests. Aside from that minor detail, this place offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for a short, comfortable stay on the coast. I’d happily stay again!

• Alimae (5/5): In two minds - The Room quaint comfortable, bathroom, clean lovely. 18/10/2025 we were sleeping 8.30pm onwards got a knock on the door later "is your car parked behind another car what colour was our car we read the news about the carparking you woke us up!!! Note you's need to get registration and colour of car when booking a room so people don't get woken up for nothing!!!! Music playing complaint 6am 19/10/2025 my alarm goes off playing a tune...at 6am Today was my husband and grandson's birthday and after typing sentimental words on both selecting photo's and music to compliment on my phone I got a complaint from the room next door and also told by the owners they could hear my music in the kitchen meters away from our room wowwww that was harsh.
