• Yuichi (8/5): - 建物や設備は、古い感じでとても歴史を感じた。 特にエレベーターは映画に出てきそうな造りで、慣れるまで時間がかかったが、それも含めいい経験ができた！ オーナーはとてもいい人で、色々メッセージをくれたし、困った時には対応してくれた。 広さも十分で快適に過ごすことができた。 キッチンのコンロは、点火の際にライターが必要で知らないと使い方が難しい。 連泊だったが、トイレットペーパーが十分な量なく、自分で買う必要があった。 タオルやリネンの交換もないので、洗濯が必要。 シャワールームは最低限の広さで、物を置く台などもないので、日本人には少し大変かも。 シャワールーム内の床も滑るので気をつけて！
• Louise (8/5): Top plek in een mooie wijk. - Lekker schoon appartement, goed bereikbaar en van alles voorzien. Tip: nieuwe handdoeken (die zijn dun) en het servies/bekers/kopjes aanvullen.

• Vianney (8/5): Séjour très sympathique sur Rome - Emplacement idéal, proche du Vatican et sur la ligne direct au pied du logement pour le centre de Rome logement agréable et spacieux. Stationnement facil en bas di logement. Gardien très sympathique petit marché au pied du logement tous les matins pour le pain et les produits régionaux Le linge de maison ne sent pas bon malgré la réaction rapide des hôtes pour changer les serviettes au milieu de la semaine mais les nouvelles sentent également mauvais.. pas agréable à la sortie de la douche

• Henrique (8/5): Very good - Very close to the Vatican and within walking distance of the other main attractions (45min-1h). In front of a traditional market and close to Carrefour. The bus station is 1 minute walk away and the train station is 5 minutes away.
• Sylwe (10/5): For a few days we lived like Italians thanks to Saint Peter’s nest. - St Peter’s nest gave us everything we wanted - and even more. A small foodmarket just across the street, supermarket and good communications nearby, restaurants with delicious Italian food in the same block and two blocks away a small tavern with checked tablecloths which gave us the feeling of being in the Disneyfilm Lady and the Tramp. And best of all - a balcony on which we could discuss the day before and make plans for the day to come as we had our breakfast. Andrea is a good host; no question is wrong and you’ll always get an answer.
• Bernal (9/5): During my stay at the apartment, I found it to be generally comfortable and well-located. - We had a nice stay at Saint Peter's nest. Apartment is cozy and has all the basics. It is located close to bus stop and you have supermarket, pharmacy and excelent restaurants short walking distance. I encountered some difficulty with the stove, which was not easy to turn on. It took several attempts to get it working, and there were no clear instructions available. This made cooking a bit frustrating. Despite this issue, the rest of the kitchen was equipped with the neccesary and the apartment itself was clean and pleasant.

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment. Everything was great for our three nights stay in Rome.(family of 5) A small walk to San Pietro Stz where you can take a bus and get anywhere. A bar with great sandwiches is just outside. About 20 minutes to the Vatican on foot so it's very close. Parking was available for free just outside. An extra mention goes to the doorman Tito who was very friendly and helped us on arrival. It was all great

• Giuseppe (3/5): Disappointing Stay Despite Friendly Owner and Good Location - The only positive things I would mention about the place are the location and the kindness of the owner. The owner of the house is really nice, but the apartment is absolutely not worth it. Single beds with mattresses so uncomfortable that if you try to lie on your side, you risk falling to the ground, and in the smaller room, the shutter doesn't close completely, so beams of light come in. The bathroom has an unbearable smell for several parts of the day, and we were provided with only 2 rolls of toilet paper for an entire week. In the kitchen, I'd challenge anyone to cook because there are few pans, which are old and of low quality.

• Franco (4/5): Disappointing - Location is close to the vatican Although I book for adults one of the beds was for a kid. It was also a pallet with a very small mattress on top. Pretty bad to sleep for a week in it. For an apartment the place barely has thing in the kitchen to prepare breakfast, no way to make toasts, coffee machine can not make more than a very small cup each time

• Andrew (9/5): Nice, old style apartment close to Vatican City - It is an old style apartment with hand drawn shutters. Nice size apartment with a good size kitchen and lots of utensils. Also has a balcony if you want to use it, useful for drying clothes and towels. Clean with comfy beds, and responsive and friendly host. Location is very close to Vatican City, everything else can be a bit of a distance, but this is pretty much the case for most places in Rome anyway. The elevator for the building is quite near the bedroom, so you can hear it when it is in operation, at least it is not very loud. The bathroom toilet is on the other side of the wall to the bed in the main bedroom. This would not be a problem if there are 1 or 2 people, but more means anyone using the toilet late at night could wake you. Also beware the squeaky couch :)
• Vishwanath (10/5): A comfortable stay close to the Vatican - The apartment is located in a very nice area outside of Rome, but very close to the Vatican. It was really clean & just like how it was shown in the photos. The host was very much responsive everytime we had some query, also while checking-in and out. The parking outside on the street was also free of charge & the spots were available everytime. Our family had a very comfortable & relaxed stay at this place. Very much recommended for couples & families who want to have a peaceful stay. The elevator to the apartment is a bit too small & it can carry only 3 people. So when someone has to transport some luggage bags, the others have to take the stairs or wait for the lift to come back.
• Mariya (9/5): Superb - The apartment was great and very cozy, it had all the necessary things and supplies, which you need for a longer stay. Andrea is a great and very helpful host, so we really enjoyed staying at his place. It is in very close proximity to the Vatican and you can easily reach all the main sights by foot. There are quite many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. I would really recommend staying in this apartment. The only disturbing thing for us was a very loud sound, which came from the elevator, from the neighbors, and from the yard. However, maybe it is a common thing in other Rome houses as well :)

Thanks for that :) It was cold during nights. I think you should consider providing any blankets, duvet or heater when it’s 3 degrees outside :) The beds in the living room could also be more comfortable ;)
