- Nuka Kim (5/5): - Leider nur ein Bett bezogen, obwohl für zwei Personen gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt. Bad mit kaputten Spiegel, nur eine alte Badewanne mit kläglich fließendem, lauwarmen Wasser. Betten O.K. Sauberkeit nur oberflächlich. Super Lage zur Uniklinik Magdeburg!

- Izabela (7/5): Mieszkanie było ogólnie w porządku, ale niestety podłogi były bardzo brudne, były pajęczyny w kątach co przełożyło się n - Brak czystości
- Dennis Jacob (10/5): - Hervorragende Lage. Sehr unkompliziert. Wohnung ist super für ein Wochenende oder auch länger. Wir nutzen die Unterkunft für jede Phase der Schulung. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

- Jochen (4/5): Nicht noch einmal. - An der Dusche gab es keine Abtrennung, sodass das ganze Bad immer nass war. Der Duschkopf war aus dem 17 Jahrhundert. Ein Wasserdruck war nicht vorhanden. Es gab keinen normalen Schlüssel zuerst. Der Code für den Safe war mehrmals falsch.
