The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The host, Alberto, was incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

The pillows were too high and hard, we didn’t sleep so well because of this. Also quite noisy area at night. Earplugs was a must for me.

The host Alberto gave us all the information we needed to find the apartment easily and offered advice on restaurants and trips. A bottle of Prosecco and water was waiting in the fridge which was a lovely touch. The property is very secure and right next to a square with restaurants and cafés. It is just a short walk to Piazza San Marco, so perfect location. The property has spacious bedrooms and air-conditioning and was comfortable. Nothing

Beds comfortable. 2 stories up. Code for door which makes it easy if having multiple people. Restaurants a short walk alley out of apartments. Alberto reserved our water taxi which made it easy to get into apartment from airport. No toiletries available.

• Ciribobs (10/5): Central location - We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a central location, just a short walk to both Rialto and San Marco, making it ideal for exploring Venice. The nearest water bus stop, Sant'Angelo, is only about 4 minutes away, which was especially convenient for getting to and from the airport. Communication was excellent throughout. Alberto was incredibly helpful—he provided us with lots of useful information on arrival and checked in with us daily during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. Check-in was superbly smooth, and we felt very welcomed. The apartment itself was clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. A lovely surprise was finding a chilled bottle of prosecco in the fridge when we arrived—such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Venice. Nothing

• Adeyne (8/5): Very good - The place is charming and beautiful, with 2 big bedrooms and a big kitchen and separate lounge. The wooden beams on the ceilings and the chandeliers throughout are very pretty. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. We loved our time here. Also, Alberto the host sent prompt info, with mini videos on how to access the keyless property, answering questions quickly, The beds could have been firmer, mattresses were quite soft.

It’s located on a large square with lots of restaurants. I can recommend the Osteria on the opposite side of the square to the Aperol cafe. • Jason (8/5): Very nice apartment close to everything you'll need for a great stay in Venice. - Great central location. Newly renovated apartment that was VERY clean. Great service from Alberto and the welcome gifts were very thoughtful. We loved this stay. We aren't wealthy so couldn't afford the water taxi from the train station, however the walk was over 30 minutes so that is something to think about if you are on a budget like us. Alberto has recently renovated the apartment which was great, however the heated towel rails weren't yet connected. Because it rained every day we were in Venice it did leave us with lots wet clothes which was a problem. ** Alberto advised this was being addressed mid-October so will be fixed by now most likely.

• Melissa (10/5): Outstanding - do not hesitate to book. - Not only is this apartment exceptional, so is the host, Alberto. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property. It has everything you need for your stay in Venice. The location is excellent, walking distance to everything. He even arranged for a private water taxi from the airport straight to the accommodation - that was a real highlight, as well as giving us transport options for our departure. He even gives you a discount card for the lovely restaurant downstairs and a handmade gift that his mother made. It has two very large comfortable bedrooms, spotless bathroom and kitchen as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. Thank you Alberto, your communication was outstanding and made our stay seamless - even allowing us to check in several hours early. We are using lots of properties on booking.com for our 4 week Europe trip and none have been as smooth and hassle free as this stay. I don’t always write reviews, but feel this one was necessary. Nil

Alberto was a fantastic host who assisted us with arranging a water taxi to take us to the apartment, recommended great eateries and left wine and water for us. The apartment is prefect for families with comfortable and clean rooms and plenty of space. Nothing, it was excellent. Please make sure you close the windows before sunset to avoid mosquitoes which are common in Venice.

• Yvette (9/5): Excellent location, fantastic apartment. - The apartment is in an excellent location. Alberto was very helpful got in touch before arrival. Booked a boat taxi for us from airport to Venice. Gave us great recommendations where to eat, how to travel around with river bus etc Alberto also left bottle of Prosecco and bottled water for us in the fridge. The apartment has everything you possibly need, fast WiFi, very clean. we did not cook, but fully equipped kitchen. It is spacious, comfortable beds, 2 air conditioning units meant it cooled the whole apartment not just parts of it. The only thing maybe annoying for some, that the Restaurants nearby have their delivery early in the morning around 7-8am. When we were visiting it was 33-34C, we did all the touristy visits early in the morning (8am) when it was a little bit cooler. If you have the window closed and the air con going probably wouldn’t even notice it much.

Not a complaint, but as the apartment is on the second floor, and there is no lift, be prepared to carry your luggage up and down the stairs.

• Linda (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the apartment, location and host. Can't say enough about the host's hospitality. We loved our stay here. Walk from ferry dock to apartment is a bit long with luggage, but worth it. It is possible to arrange for a water taxi to get you within 200 meters.

It is lovely and spacious, with loads of charm and character. The location was so close to all of the main attractions with lots of wonderful shops to look in on our way. Our host greeted us and showed us around the apartment and had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us and a beautiful little artwork for us to take home. He also pre booked water taxis for us which totally took the stress out of getting in and out of Venice. 10 Stars is not enough, this property is worth a thousand stars!

Close to restaurants and the square. I wish there would have been retractable screens on the windows so we could have opened them more. The mosquitoes are really bad there.

• Marian (9/5): Value for money accommodation in Venice - Location is near Accademia station ( Vaporetto) 4 mins walk , and by foot to Piazza San Marco is around 20 mins . Lots of cafes around the property . It’s very clean, modern & spacious (2BR), with kitchen amenities and most of all there is WASHER in the unit . We are in a 15 day trip with my family so this is very useful. Alberto is an excellent host who answers my inquiries right away . Keep it up ! Mosquitoes , you will avoid this problem if you keep windows closed at all times , we happened to open a bathroom window from time to time and some bugs were able to get in .

Really friendly and helping landlord, who was always reachable, and helped a lot with all questions around the arrival and the travel in general. Large in size, perfect for up to 4 people and located in a calm an quiet Calle directly at Campo S. Stefano a few meters from the Vaporetto-Stop Accademia. Everything was perfect.

His flat is cozy and clean, and it is close to the bus station, restaurants, shopping area, and some of the attractions. He even gifts us wine and snacks. We'll be back to his flat again the next time we come to Venice.
