- elisabeth (10/5): Casa histórica muy bien cuidado con muchos detalles de muy bien gusto - Una casa histórica cuya dueña le ha dado un aspecto de diseño y confort exquisitos. Además dispone de una moderna cocina con comedor a disposición de los huéspedes. Diferente a todas las demás cocinas comunes que hemos visto en Chile, esta estaba completa y limpia. La dueña es muy atenta y ayuda con todas las gestiones necesarias. Hasta ahora ha sido la estancia que más hemos disfrutado en Chile. Muy recomendable. No hay letrero que identifique el hospedaje, pero hay un hospedaje al lado que si lleva un letrero. Por ello, al llegar hay que tener un poco de cuidado en no equivocarse de puerta. La zona del hospedaje como todo el centro de La Serena no tiene mucha vida por la noche. No es culpa del hospedaje, pero importante saber para personas que les gusta salir de noche y regresar caminando
- Jorge (10/5): Volvería de nuevo - Nuestra estadía fue cómoda y tranquila. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. Nos confiaron las llaves del hostal para que anduviéramos a nuestro ritmo. Nos facilitaron la custodia de nuestros bolsos antes del check in, siempre en un ambiente muy grato, servicial y amable.

La amabilidad y simpatía de Miriam en todo momento desde el contacto previo al check in, demostró la preocupación por dar un buen servicio a los huéspedes y por hacerlos sentir como en casa. Recomiendo 100% la hostal. Dejó de funcionar un ventilador que funcionaba con energía solar en la habitación, pero no cambió en nada la comodidad del lugar.

Wir konnten unser Gepäck auch nach dem Checkout dort lassen. Sicherer privater Parkplatz für das Motorrad. Küche ist voll ausgestattet, man kann selbst kochen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es gibt nichts, das uns nicht gefallen hat.

- Myriam (9/5): I definitely booking again in my next trip to La Serena - I liked very much the colonial style building and the closeness to the historical quarter of La Serena, plus very good public transport available to Coquimbo and Elqui Valley just to couple minutes walking distance. The Recova Traditional Market is also couple minutes walking distance where you can eat and buy traditional food and clothing to an affordable price. The landlady is very approachable and available any time we required information, I highlight she was waiting for us quite early in the morning when we arrived from Santiago, very kind gesture from her which needs to be mention.

Grâce à son attention, mon séjour a été encore plus agréable. Le petit déjeuner était magnifique, avec des produits locaux. La maison est de style colonial, très bien entretenue, avec des chambres rénovées. Le lit était très confortable. L'emplacement est proche de toutes les commodités de la ville, mais le quartier est populaire et pas trop securitaire pour une femme seule.

She offered me some snacks when I arrived as all the shops and restaurants were closed due to a national holiday. She also helped me with my plans for after La Serena (Valle Del Elqui). The location is in a quiet residential area about 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre. Thank you so much, Maria!
