jabed ibna (7/5): This time I don’t know what happened - Next to airport They haven’t return my 5000 taka that they took for deposit they said it’s gonna be in your account but haven’t received anything yet it’s been almost 2 years now I did call from abroad since to be not helpful I was going to ask them in person whenever I visit the hotel but I forgot so next time I come to desh i will go to hotel and ask about my 5000 taka why didn’t they return to my account Ive booked though hotel.com November 2024

Sahib (10/5): Always going to be booking here whenever visiting Dhaka! - The food options at the buffet dinner were incredible. Absolutely humoungous range with cuisines from multiple countries. Hotel facilities are excellent too with the roof top lounge and restaurant, the pool, smoking lounge. I stayed here in 2015 and I was just amazed at how much the hotel as advanced and improved now to 2025. Staff were so pleasant and we had the perfect night stay before heading back for our long journey home to London. The size of our standard rooms was a bit smaller than expected but all in all, for the price we paid, we shouldn’t be complaining, still very comfortable and all the facilities were kept clean.

Tariq (10/5): The best place to live in dhaka with the kindest people around - I have travelled almost whole the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels, but I found the staff here very caring and loving. I had to leave early so as I got early flight so they only charged my half day for my 2nd day. The guys Sager, Najim were very helpful and kind. I gelt like being at home .

Wahid (1/5): Utterly disappointing, staff, cost and facilities - Pretty much nothing as compared to 100 others 5-star hotel. This hotel cannot be called as 5-star hotel no way. Right from the word get go, staffs were rude. I was over charged and I will come back to that once I am back to my station. The amount that booking.com showed I was charged another AUS 200 extra which is ridiculous and I would seek for refund.

Eng (5/5): A good experience stay at Bangalore - Basically nothing that I find it good to mentioned here From the hygiene of the food till the hotel cleanliness I find that this area need to improve on. Because I had diarrhoea on the second day after my first day arrival dinner at Sky restaurant. The next day I took my breakfast at level 6 restaurant and again I was having diarrhoea on the same day afternoon. Brought up to the management about my diarrhoea and they compensated me with a transport to airport upon checkout. But this is not I want. I prefer my health to be taken care by the hotel.

Nozrul (7/5): Not a 5-star - The external side of the building, internal but excluding the rooms. The bed was really comfortable. Everything else was good. The shisha and rooftop were amazing, very nicely done. Even for a 5-star hotel, their mini bar is not free, which not the issue. However, they charge quite a bit for their drinks, e.g., for a redbull, even for UK price, it's not more than £1.65p but they were charging equivalent to £4 per can. Then you have the TV, which was scratched up heavily. The bathroom hasn't had a deep clean. The tile grouts were filthy. They gave us 1 slipper for both of us, 1 toothbrush and one tiny tooth paste, same goes with the toilet tissue.
