- Lida (1/5): Déception totale - Appartement inadapté pour 4 personnes – déception totale Nous avons loué cet appartement pour 4 personnes à 2 en vue de pouvoir dormir séparément (1 chambre + canapé-lit dans le salon), mais à notre arrivée, nous avons découvert que le soi-disant “canapé-lit” n’était en réalité qu’un petit canapé en mousse et totalement inadapté pour dormir. Pourtant, j’avais bien précisé lors de la réservation qu’il fallait préparer le lit du salon. Rien n’a été fait. Côté équipement cuisine : peu d’ustensiles des années 80 – absolument pas suffisant pour cuisiner pour 4 personnes. L’équipement ne correspond en rien à une location prévue pour plusieurs personnes. Nous sommes allés nous plaindre auprès du responsable local (Vulpera Resort AG), mais il s’est simplement dédouané en disant qu’il n’était qu’un intermédiaire mais qu’il transmettrait au propriétaire – sans aucune solution ni geste commercial. Nous avons été très déçus par cette expérience. Cet appartement ne devrait pas être proposé pour 4 personnes, et le service client est totalement absent. Je déconseille fortement cette location.
