• sonia (9/5): Calidad precio muy buena. Cerca de las zonas turísticas y bien conectado. - La ubicación. Estaba mut bien conectado con lineals de autobús. Nos resolvieron un par de problemillas que tuvimos rápidamente. Tanto la entrada como la salida nos ofrecieron opciones flexibles. El sofá cama era muy duro.

No sofa bed, does not sleep 3 people, had to book another hotel for my daughter for both nights, no hotels available for all of us on the same night or we would of gone with her!!! Stained toilet, handle missing in shower, shocking!! We booked out after 1st night as soon as we found space! Booking.com have offered £8.71 refund... insulting!!!
• Cherry (10/5): Brilliant - Stayed here 2 nights for my mums 50th birthday, Property was very clean, great facility’s and plenty of room. Easy check in and check out, great location for us. She had the choice to do whatever she liked for her birthday night and actually chose to just stay in as we enjoyed it so much. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and small, hot water was a bit dodgy. No complaining here though we had a great stay at this place.

La habitación grande y luminosa Limpio en general, alguna cosa estaba rota por ejemplo una puerta de un armario. El sofá muy incómodo para dormir. Tercer piso sin ascensor, no apto apto para personas mayores o personas con algún tipo de problema de movilidad

Nice touch to have tea & coffee and a coffee machine aswell. Didn’t have hot water in the shower which was not good at all! And the entrance & internal corridors / stairway is quite off putting and tatty

• Paige (3/5): - Very clean and decent size. There was no hot water, and when the shower was on to try and warm it up it leaked out onto the bathroom floor. I didn't like the location and that you have at least 6 lots of stairs to go up to get to the apartment.
• Corinne (8/5): - L'appartement est bien placé et propre. Nous avions peur du bruit qu'aurait pu occasionner les travaux juste à côté mais tout était à l'arrêt. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La literie de la chambre est confortable. Le canapé n'est pas un couchage confortable, et le chauffage dans la chambre n'est pas adapté voir un peu dangereux.

• Hannah (1/5): Terrible stay away!! - Nothing Can’t even sum it up in a small box, apartment is absolutely unfit to stay in. Live wires hanging from main bedroom wall?? Pubic hairs on the bedsheet,mattress protector and the spare sheets left for the sofa bed!! Sofa bed would be impossible to sleep in unless your child! The shower and kitchen sink tap were filthy so impossible to use unless you wanted to risk getting legionnaires! Spent a total of 45 mins here while trying to find elsewhere accommodation and wait on an Uber! Property replied once and ignored rest of my texts and they even had the audacity to say they had video evidence of apartment being cleaned still waiting on this video?? The communal area in the building is filthy but the apartment state “they have no control of that” but fail to have pictures displayed here to show what you will be walking into 🤢 Refused a refund and ignored all my messages and told booking.com they won’t be corresponding with me “very professional” just to also mention booking.com will be of no help if you end up in a situation like this so i most definitely would not recommend booking it! Property will say your showing threatening behaviour and the people sitting behind the phone in booking.com will just agree while offering you 35 pound in your wallet on the app to spend on a trip?🤣🤣 what trip is costing 3 people in London 35pound?? Pictures below unfortunately only let me post 4 but trigger warning for the pubic hair one

Non pronta soluzione alla segnalazione mancanza stoviglie (3 giorni di soggiorno). Fornitura pantofole elencata su Booking ma non presenti. Accappatoio può venire sostituito da telo. Forte odore nauseabondo su scale palazzina, basterebbe cambiare aria viziata con porte e finestre aperte quando si pulisce appartamento in modo da creare corrente. Difficile trovare civico 92-94 (allego foto citofono).

• Diego (6/5): - Ubicación y precio El sofá cama estaba deformado. La limpieza era escasa, y los suministros (jabón, papel, bayetas, etc) eran insuficientes para 3 personas y 3 noches. Mal mantenido en general. Requiere de una fianza adicional y tardan más de una semana en devolverla.

• manuela (8/5): Alles in allem war es sehr schön :) - Sehr Zentral, Einrichtung völlig ok, alles vorhanden, sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Nicht für 3 Personen geeignet. Für 2 völlig ok. Treppenhaus sehr muffelig.

• Veronika (8/5): - The apartment was large, comfortable and a short walk from a metro station. It was quite cold in the apartment, the provided electric heater didn’t do much. There was no option to store luggage before or after our stay. It’s 3 floors up with no elevator - we didn’t mind that but just be aware before you book if you have any mobility issues.

• Spela (9/5): - The shower door were broken but the staff came immedistely and fixed them. They were really kind. Nice setting, comfortable, but small bed for two. Thank tou so much for this! The furniture is a bit worn out. The staircase is steep, high and smelly.
• Béatrice (8/5): Appartement très bien pour un couple - Cet appartement est un excellent choix pour un couple. Très cosy et d'une propreté irréprochable. La chambre est agréable et dispose d'une literie de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est équipée d'éléments neufs: cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain, micro onde... C'est très appréciable. L'emplacement est idéal, on peut faire énormément de visites en partant à pied et sinon la station de métro Chancery Lane est au bout de la rue et il y a aussi des bus. On trouve tout ce qu'il faut en bas de l'appartement pour les repas (restaurants, vente à emporter, supermarché). L'odeur dans la cage d'escalier est réelle mais on ne sent rien du tout dans l'appartement, pas d'inquiétude ! Cet appartement doit être loué pour 2 personnes qui dorment dans la chambre. Impossible de dormir sur le canapé qui est complètement défoncé et ne peut pas servir de lit (il faut qu'il soit changé c'est pas correct de le proposer en lit). Les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées du tout donc côté rue beaucoup de bruit même la nuit. Mais côté chambre, c'est correct!

• Miguel (8/5): Alojamiento idóneo para visitar Londres - La ubicación muy céntrica a 15 minutos andando de St. Paul Cathedral. La habitación muy amplia y cama muy cómoda. La entrada al edificio estaba sucia y la escalera muy incómoda para subir con equipaje, además la moqueta estaba sucia. En la habitación podrían poner una doble ventana interior para evitar ruido y un estor oscuro para que no entre luz tan pronto. Nº había ruido de obras como indican en otras reseñas, sólo tráfico. En el baño la ducha tenía poca presión y deberían dejar más gel de baño y papel higiénico.
• Bronte (7/5): Nice but very small - Was close to where I was getting married. Was good for the amount I paid It was alot smaller than the pictures made out to be. Was on the 3rd floor with no elevator and spiralling stairs. Very strong smell of bleach in the stairwell

• Emma (3/5): Not worth the money. - Central location. There is a horrible smell in the stairwell that you have to endure for three flights of stairs. The ‘sofa bed’ is rock solid and only really suitable for one child, not an adult. The toilet didn’t flush very well and after contacting the team we were told it would cost us £200 for an engineer to be called out to fix it.

• Jonathan (7/5): Perfectly Adequate - Perfect location for our week long course near Hatton Garden. Comfortable little apartment that ticks all the necessary boxes. A little unreasonable to request we pay £100 for a request to check out just 1 hour later than the advertised 11.00. Needs a little tidying up where appliances have been moved around, but wiring still exposed.

Nice, clean property. The exterior of the property isn't the nicest and you have to walk up stairs to the 2nd floor, but not a huge issue.

• Ani (9/5): Superb - Great location, 15 minutes walk to st. Paul's and 20 to the British museum, great for sightseing in the centre. The staff were very approachable- we made the reservation last minute because of unforseen circumstances and they did their best to accomodate us. Heavy smell in the stairway, thankfully there was no smell in the apartment itself.

Shower head was broken and unable to be adjusted. Shower door was off its hinges. Generally did not look as nice as the photos. The entrance hallway and stairs was especially scummy. The bed and bedding was good. The lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely and couldn't do enough. They arranged early bag drop for us which was great. But overall the crappy condition of the place couldn't be masked

Unfortunately the entrance to the apartment was to be desired as it was used by passerby’s. Otherwise all was okay.

• Makula (1/5): Bad - When I arrived, I liked the furniture, but then I noticed that everything was very uncomfortably small and had a very bad smell. There is a store on the lower level and all the bad things come up from the room and the kitchen and spread throughout the apartment. It was very smelly. I do not recommend it to anyone, it is difficult to get upstairs at the entrance because the stairs are small and narrow and there is a very stinky smell downstairs and all over the room The window cannot be opened on the lower floor there is a shop and all the bad germs come up into the room the nails get everywhere and there are very smelly food smells
• Jez (4/5): Host were helpful but it was really frustrating not being able to use the shower properly . - We had issues that the contact was very helpful to try and put right,but obviously had an impact on the weekend. The electric radiator in the bedroom was broken and in our opinion very dangerous potential fire hazard as it had been left on for our arrival.Also the shower holder was broken meaning we couldn’t shower properly or wash our hair. This was fixed on Saturday night, but as we went home the next morning did really help massively.
• Kankadze (2/5): Smelly and disgusting - The only thing we liked was location, it was close to center and public transportation was around From start, rubbish was all over the hallway and door. Stairs was hilarious and tiny, so if you have a baby with a buggy good luck. smells on the stair was disgusting, apartment was ok the last floor so we enjoyed the smell ok every floor. Even though we requested early check in and they said 1-2pm is okay, they send me the payment link for extra 50£ just for 1 hour early check in. I refused and whole apartment was dirty, stains on the table and dirt ok the floor. So if you are looking place to sleep and be close to center go for it, but if you have a under year old babies and need to spend some time in as well, try find something else.
• Hannah (10/5): Good stay - Lovely apartment, very cosy and had all the amenities you could need. We were a bit confused with the sofa bed as no instructions were left but they were quick to reply to a message to help us.
• Gabrielle (8/5): Great location and once inside the flat perfect - I had to reach out twice to get the lock box code sent over to me. First impression of hallway not so great and lots of flights of stairs, but once in the property it was very spacious, clean and exactly what we needed. Sirens and things going by during the night are loud but it is London.. Would stay again as location is great for what we needed.

• Ming (5/5): Great location, disappointed about the rest! - Location was great. Kitchen well equipped. Nice quality of tea and coffee - Nepresso. Property not newly refurbished as advertised. Needed lots of tlc. Could do with a good clean, felt dusty and plenty of cob web about. Entrance not very welcoming and would not have felt safe if I was on my own. Lacking furniture in bedroom and had to leave things on floor, could do with an extra bedside table/cabinet for the double bed! No air conditioning or fan provided and as it was warm, had to leave windows open which meant very noisy through night.

The sofabed for sleeper 3(&4), as on Expedia, is in no good condition , so backpack to be expected when you sleep there. Rest is immaculate, besides third free steep climb, dirt in hallway and right in front of door, building site next door starts at 8…

• Tine (6/5): Good location but very noisy - -Very good location, near a bus stop and in Holborn, a nice area of London. -Rooms are of good size, smaller than on picture though but didn't matter to us. -Host tried their best to accomodate us since we arrived earlier than check in time but we could leave our luggage. - Washing machine was broken but we were offered laundry service - Very bad smell in the staircase that reaches the appartment - Windows don't seem to close properly? No insulation? The appartement and bedroom are so noisy it seems as though you're standing outside. As a result we didn't get much sleep unfortunately - The care products as mentioned in the description are a very small starter pack so on the first night we ran out of shower gel/shampoo
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Quick response to the guest's request, I asked for a sheet for the child. There is a construction site next door and they start making noise from 8am. Construction will take several years. If someone wants to spend time in the apartment during the day, they should know this. Apart from that, I recommend 😊
• Nadia (3/5): It didn't live up to our expectation. Poor conditions. - Cute pubs and shops were within walking distance. Upon arrival, bags of rubbish were sitting at the entrance to the apartments. Check in took longer than expected because the code and apartment number were not accessible upon arrival and I had to call and wait 15 minutes before being let into the apartments. The apartment is not accurately represented in the images provided. They have been heavily edited. There is staining on the walls, damage to the windowsills and cupboards and no air conditioning. There is also construction just outside the bedroom window. We were woken up at 6am to the construction noise.
• Blumenthal (8/5): Neat apartment, good location - Lovely little apartment - everything was clean and tidy with enough towels etc. Everything still looks new and well cared for. Nice location not far from the station and shops and restaurants. I had a great stay once I got up the stairs! The entrance to the building gave a poor first impression - with rubbish by the entrance. Also beware - upper floors means 3 sets of steep stairs which are hard to manage with heave luggage.

• Marwa (6/5): Good Location but 3rd floor no lift - Nice and very clean apartment. But doesn’t suits a family. 3rd floor and no lift was a nightmare for us as a family with luggage and stroller. Not to mention the building site outdoors the bedroom. Our little one liked it though.. Very good location in central London.

The stairs getting upto the apartment was to much they definitely need a lift. Also it really smelt awful in the hallways.

• Abigail (6/5): Good apartment for a short stay - The location is extremely convenient and well connected. The bed is also really comfortable and in general the apartment was clean and the furniture is new. Communication was fast when I had a question or an issue There was a smell coming from the stairs carpet but you could still smell it inside the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor only accessible by stairs... So if you have big suitcases, I wouldn't recommend it. The instructions to access the main building could be clearer and the WiFi password shared had a typo... So again, we had to contact the host. (Nevertheless the communication was really fast and everything got solved)
• Michael (2/5): Dead mouse and terrible communications - There was a dead mouse in the kitchen and a used coffee pod in the coffee machine in the first apartment I was allocated. Although I was immediately allocated an alternative apartment located across the landing from the first one, the door to the alternative apartment was full of holes because of a missing door handle so I did not feel safe there. I only stayed in that apartment because it was getting too late to arrange alternative accommodation for the night myself and I had a prior engagement to go to as well. I was offered a twenty percent discount for a future booking for the same apartment but for obvious reasons I do not want to stay there again. I'v tried to come to a satisfactory arrangement with 'the management' but they simply have not responded to me.
