Ricarda (5/5): Wenn man nicht viel Zeit dort verbringt geht es. - Die kleine Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Durch die Wand drückt sich, wegen der Hanglage Feuchtigkeit, obwohl es ein Neubau ist. Daher bildete sich beim Küchenfenster eine feuchte Stelle, die bereits schimmelt. Die ganze Wohnung riecht danach. Das müsste saniert werden. Der kleine Garten ist verwildert. Die Information zum Checkin wird am selben Tag am Morgen verschickt, da ist man schon unterwegs, wenn man von weiter weg anreist und beim Fahren kann man keine Emails lesen. Überhaupt wenn man damit rechnet, dass man um 2 einchecken kann, und die Abfahrtszeit so berechnet hat.

Petra (8/5): nur eingeschränkt in Ordnung - Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr gute Infos in schriftlicher Form. Im Schlafzimmer gab es nur an einer Bettseite eine nicht zum Lesen geeignete Nachttischlampe. An der anderen Seite gab es weder Nachttischchen noch Lampe. Das ist eine besonders für ältere Menschen nicht ungefährliche Situation. Nächtliches Aufstehen ist dadurch unfallfördernd. lesen ist in diesem Bett nicht möglich. Die Lage der Wohnung am Ende einer Sackgasse ist zwar sehr ruhig, aber es gibt überhaupt keinen schönen Landschaftsblick. Das Auto ist auf jeden Fall für Besorgungen erforderlich.
Brian (9/5): Quiet ground floor flat; great for exploring the Salzburg area. - Lovely flat; if anything better than the pictures in the announcement. Roomy kitchen/diner and living area. Also a small garden to sit in. Large shower room. Comfortable bed, albeit not a queen size. Everything is on the ground floor, which was exactly what we needed. You can park right outside the front door. We even had deer grazing outside the front garden on a couple of occasions. Lovely quiet setting at the end of a cul-de-sac. Some might find the location a bit off the beaten track. You definitely need a car to stay here. The sofa in the living area converts into a bed, and as such is not the most comfortable place to sit. Though it didn’t bother us at all, some might regret the lack of a microwave.
