- Kruewan (7/5): Not reccommend - I had already completed the full payment prior to my team’s arrival. However, upon check-in, your reception staff requested payment again, stating that the Booking.com system did not reflect that the booking had been paid. The situation was handled in an unprofessional manner. The staff did not listen to my team or review the payment confirmation shown on their phone. While I understand that cultural differences may exist, as an international hotel chain with properties worldwide, a higher standard of professionalism is expected. Additionally, Booking.com was unable to contact the hotel until the final day of my team’s stay. Only then was I able to speak directly with your staff to confirm the payment, after which the matter was resolved and the amount was returned to my team via Alipay. I believe this situation should have been handled more efficiently and professionally. Furthermore, I would like to raise a concern regarding the room arrangement for three guests. The room was provided with two beds, each approximately 90–130 cm in width, which may not be suitable for accommodating three adults comfortably. Kindly review and clarify your bedding arrangements for such bookings.

- ELH (8/5): - Location We booked two rooms. Rooms were clean but old. Carpets and curtains are worn out. One bathroom door handle can't close properly. Water leaked out of the shower cubicle each time, wetting the whole bath mat. Requested non-smoking floor, but could definitely smell smoking at night when sleeping. One of our rooms, the air-conditioning, didn't work, so the room got very hot. Staff told us to open windows instead, but it was very noisy with traffic. During our stay, we also had a group of high students in a room right above one of our rooms partying or playing games. After two hours of loud thrumping, we phoned reception at midnight, but noise continued till 2am. Had an early flight to catch, so this was really annoying.

No brush and bidet in the bathroom, it’s not suitable with middle east countries, they need to add more international food in the restaurant but it was soo great

There seems to be a smell of Cigarette smoke throughout the hotel except in my room funny enough , also would be nice if the Aircon could be cooler , seems no matter how you set it the temperature stays the same so at night can get a little warm. Nice gym area but again very hot inside

- Uh (7/5): This is not my preferred hotel at such high room rate without good value for money breakfast. - I like the hard bed with two choices of soft and hard pillows. The breakfast is not good value for money with such high room rate. The salad is limited to 2 same greens every day and there are no fresh fruits like apple, banana or pear except with cut fruit like watermelon.
- Uh (7/5): This is not the hotel I would choose next time as I can have a better value for money hotel nearby. - Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable to stay. I like the bed with soft and hard pillow to choose. The location is not convenient for dinner when back to hotel at night. The only place to have dinner is either Japanese or Chinese food in the hotel. There are no restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast is not good value for money. With the high room rate, there are no fresh fruits like apple, banana or pear available except cut fruits like watermelon.
