- Kat So (7/5): - Location is fantastic with many restaurants in an easy walk. Transport was also easy as the train station was nearby. There is a lovely bakery just downstairs. Unfortunately the elevator wasn't working, and we were staying on the third floor and I had my elderly mother with me. If I had known in advance, I would have stayed somewhere else as the steps were difficult for her.

- Hunt (4/5): Urban Serenity Apartments Disappointed - The good thing about this apartment was that it was reasonably close to the city and just down the road from eateries. Apartment had horrible stain on lounge,stains on carpet and sheets on my son's bed were stained. Other single bed mattress was so soft it went down in the middle and gave him a sore back. Power point switch was half broken in main bedroom and was afraid to use it to charge phone etc in case of electric shock. Elevator was broken and no access up to our room on 3rd floor. We took photos and contacted apartment owners about state of apartment and were told someone would be in to address the issues. All that was done while we were out was a room service and none of the stains on lounge or floor etc were dealt with. This was done 2 days prior to us checking out to return home. Very disappointed with the money it cost us for the weeks stay.
- Nomusa (8/5): Overally good - The proximity to town as the area can be reached using free buses There were unclean plates and banana peals in the wardrobe
- Cheri (9/5): Superb - Central location in Perth CBD. Very organised instructions on collecting the key. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom has a nice power shower.
