Lorne (8/5): It's cosy and really enjoyed while there was no-one staying in the above residence. - Quiet location and about 20min walk to Skytree. Transport easy enough. Facility has everything you would need. Residence above is also an Eden House facility and the tenants were very inconsiderate. The tenants were moving around and going in and out the front door (which is right next to our front door) at all hours of the night, and moving furniture around scraping the floor.
Avis (2/5): They need to improve on their cleaniness. Not going to stay with them again. - The location is good, short walk to the nearest station. The neighbourhood is quiet. Upon arrival we found french fries and other rubbish under the coffee table. Some of the kitchen ware are not cleaned and have oil stains on them. The frying pan was rusty and unusable. All the bathroom supplies and detergents (hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, body soap) are diluted with water so everytime you use them you can a watery mess. Customer service reply promptly to my complains but that doesn't change the fact that the room was very poorly managed.
