• Viera (10/5): With our teenagers we concluded that it was one of the best accommodation in terms of price/quality - As soon as we entered the apartment, we knew we had chosen the right place. We were delighted by the pleasant scent of the diffuser, the cleanliness and the taste. In the kitchen, we found everything we needed for occasional cooking, even teas and olive oil. (We only missed a baking sheet, but that is a minor complaint.) It is large enough for breakfast and seating for a family of four. The slanted roof windows provide plenty of light for morning optimism. We watched great British documentaries on TV. If you would like to sleep on the sofabed in the kitchen, you need to put on an eye mask, which we found available in a new package. The bathroom is large enough with natural light. We were enchanted by the scent of the shampoos and shower gel with the scent of acacia, amber and cedar wood that we had available. There was also a quality body lotion. All three rooms of the apartment have electric heaters that are easy to control. Sometimes you can hear a slight crackling sound from them, but we turned them off at night anyway. The apartment is on the first floor of a typical English townhouse in a nice terraced building. It is on a quiet street, although just around the corner is the main road full of city traffic. There are plenty of options for buying groceries, tasty ready meals, etc. in the vicinity. The great thing is that it is only 10 minutes. to 2 underground stations - each serving a different Tube line and of course you can get on the doubledecker and get to central London in half an hour. We loved our accommodation with good WI-FI :).

• Hélène (10/5): - Excellent stay. Clean, bright, quiet, pretty good size for London, well equipped and recent. Nice shower room. Perfect location for us, 2 minutes away from our family that we visited. About 30 minutes by tube from the very heart of London, walking distance from Holland Park avenue and minutes away from a mall. Not a problem for us but note that the flat is located on the upper floor, 2 floors upstairs. Also the staircase would need to be refreshed...

Me gustó mciho todos los detalles de agua en la nevera, productos de ducha sin limite, toallas y todo super limpio. La cama de matrimonio es muy dura para nuestro gusto pero cuando estás reventado creo que se puede soportar.

• ALESSANDRO (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, ben arredato e pulito. Si trova in una strada silenziosa e molto carina e tipica. Il quartiere tutt'intorno è invece più trafficato/movimentato e offre tante opzioni per cenare. Per le attrazioni/monumenti di maggiore interesse è necessario spostarsi, ma i collegamenti sono ottimi: 3 stazioni metro nelle vicinanze e il comodissimo bus 94 che parte da dietro l'appartamento e raggiunge piccadilly circus. Le scale di accesso all'appartamento (due rampe) sono ripide, strette e rivestite di moquette poco pulita.

Very close to tube stations and the biggest shopping centre we have ever seen (Westfield). Would highly recommend
• Auri (8/5): Good location, decent space in apt., clean and updated - Clean, well kept, location Sofa bed in area where windows doesn’t have shades so it was very bright living room IF someone is sleeping there. The owner was responsive by giving us eye patches for the night.

• Ximena (10/5): - Fantástico! Estaba súper limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estancia estupenda. Todo nuevo, moderno. Todo anda bien. La ubicacion tiene Todos los medios de transporte para llegar a cualquier lado, dos metros cerca y muchos buses . El mall Westfield está a 300 metros , enorme! Mucho para comprar y supermercados cerca . Una experiencia estupenda! Si regreso a londres algún día , volveré aquí. La escalera de la entrada estaba muy sucia y bastante deteriorada, entiendo que es espacio común con otros aptos.

If renting to 4 people you need to ensure there are 4 bowls, 4 wine glasses etc. We only had 3 of somethings Also a hand towel in bathroom would have been useful Also doonas were a bit heavy for summer, maybe supply a top sheet

Contar con algo más de vajilla, tacitas de café, platos, vasos, etc.

• Bryan (8/5): Great stay for a family in a quiet flat with excellent local transit access - We really enjoyed the location of the flat. It was clean and super quiet. Easy to communicate with the owner and they were kindly accommodating for our hopeful early arrival time. A few minor suggestions are to put window blinds up in the tv room. Super bright as soon as the sun is up. A shower curtain would really help to keep water from going all over the bathroom floor (and protect the lower wall where the paint is peeling due to the water). Lastly, a few more utensils would be great.
• Sasha (9/5): Overall very good experience - Really good experience, v clean, bedrooms a spacious, nose doesn’t seem to carry. Dryer takes ages to dry clothes and the hall way is very narrow but not a big deal.
• Kirsty (9/5): Bright, clean and convenient - Really good location near tubes and plenty of bars, restaurants and express supermarkets,and right behind Shepherds Bush Empire so great for gigs. The flat was bright, more spacious than expected and very clean and tidy, the odd scuff and chip here and there but that's to be expected, the bed was nice and firm. Had great communication from the owner too. The only couple of down sides were the stairs being quite steep and not having bannisters the whole way, which is worth bearing in mind if you aren't so steady on your feet (which I'm not but managed ok) or have small children. As someone else mentioned the Reed diffusers are quite strong, we just put a couple of them in a cupboard and problem solved! Some instructions for the TV would be helpful but we found Netflix so not a massive issue!

The property itself was lovely with nice clean rooms and well laid out. There was anything didn’t like really apart from the main mattress was extremely hard and would have been great to have extra toilet roll and tea towel.

Apartment itself was very clean but the entry way and stairs needed a cleaning. Coffee shop just down the street. Easily accessible by tube from Heathrow and easy to get around London. Great restaurants and shopping all within a 10 minute walk. Good value for London. One leg of the couch is broken and held up by a paint can.
