Robert (10/5): A trip that promised a lot and certainly delivered. The accommodation was first rate. Owner was friendly and very helpfu - Clean and well equipped. Location was great, close to Vatican City and 45 minute walk from Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. If you don’t like walking then train and bus is very close to the property. A great place to stay. Nothing. Everything was fine.

Sehr sauber, Wasser zum trinken ist unbegrenzt vorhanden. Kaffee-Kapseln, Butter, Öl usw. alles da. Sehr bequem und ausreichend für ein Paar. Wüsste nichts....:)

I wish we spent more time in Rome just to enjoy the apartment. I loved the prosecco welcome bottle, the croissants in the morning and the olive oil going away gift. I would love to stay in Delmirani’s again if we have a chance to go back to Rome. Not enough time.

Nicklas (10/5): Amazing, walking distance everywhere, crossing the beatiful Vatikan and St Peters square every day.! - Amazingly nice landlady that met us at the gate, gave us keys, showed us everything around the area. The apartment building had free filtered water and umbrellas and more! The landlady was so nice to us, giving us a lot of tips around the area and sent us a lot of information for us to get a lovely stay. The apartment had an amazing view of St Peter's Church and the area was quiet and tidy. The apartment had coffee, olive oil, salt, butter and all the essential things one needs. When we arrived we got a bottle of wine, crackers and tzatziki. When we left we got a gift - a bottle of olive oil - perfect size that we could bring home with us! Nothing

Ook kwam ze nog een fles wijn brengen. 2 keer vallen en je staat op het treinstation. Ontzettend gehorig. Niet van buitenaf maar van het appartementencomplex zelf. Wij hadden het appartement met 2 slaapkamers. 1 bed was prima, andere had een heel hard matras.

Sofia (9/5): Exceptional host and beautiful view of St. Peter’s Basilica - - Communication with the hosts was absolutely outstanding. They were very responsive from the moment of booking. Two days before my arrival, they created a WhatsApp chat and shared all the check-in details, including videos showing how to enter the courtyard, the building, and where to find the keys. Since I arrived late in the evening, we arranged to meet the next morning. They left a drink of my choice in the fridge, and in the morning there was a bag with a croissant hanging on my door. The apartment also had a booklet in several languages with house rules and a list of recommended places - restaurants, bars, gelaterias. In the morning we met to sign the contract, and they once again showed me everything and gave useful tips. Truly a perfect approach. - The apartment met all expectations. Everything necessary was provided, especially in the kitchen: a capsule coffee machine with plenty of coffee capsules, jam, tea, and in the fridge there was butter, juice, and cream. Drinking water could be refilled from a filtered tap on the ground floor. - The view from the balcony is amazing - I would take a blanket from the wardrobe and enjoy my morning coffee overlooking the dome of St. Peter’s Basilica. There is some construction at the moment, so cranes slightly affect the view, but it is still beautiful. - There is a beautiful Orthodox church just 2 minutes away from the apartment. - Very convenient location and infrastructure: a train station is right downstairs, and from there I used an e-scooter to get around. A bus stop is about a 7-minute walk away (though I didn’t use it). A Carrefour Express is about a 10-minute walk in one direction, and restaurants in the other. - Plenty of hangers (which is rare for apartments!). Spacious bathroom and living area. - The air conditioning worked perfectly. - Quiet and pleasant neighborhood. - The internet was not very reliable - sometimes it disconnected or struggled with video calls. - Sound insulation could be better - even with the balcony door closed, I could hear trains passing by, and some everyday noise from neighbors upstairs. I sleep with earplugs, so it didn’t disturb me at night, but it still affected overall comfort a bit. - The furniture could use some updating, it feels quite basic. The pillows were too large for my taste, and the blanket was not properly fitted with a duvet cover, just loosely covered with a sheet, which made it uncomfortable and messy during sleep. Bedside tables were a bit worn. - The apartment is somewhat dark despite having windows and a large balcony, due to its position. But these were only minor comfort issues, overall still great!
Filip (10/5): Great stay - The host of the accommodation was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. They greeted me with a welcome drink and even provided breakfast for the next day. I also received a fresh pastry the following morning, which was a lovely touch. On the ground floor, there was fresh fruit, extra coffee, and even emergency pasta available for guests, which made the stay feel even more generous and comfortable. I arrived a little before check-in time, but they kindly allowed me to leave my bags in the office area. After a short walk around the city, I returned and checked into my room without any issues. The accommodation also provided excellent recommendations for the surrounding area, including local food and drink spots, and every suggestion I tried was spot on. Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay, and this will definitely be my go-to place whenever I return to Rome. Thank you for having me. Nothing to say

Magda (9/5): - Výborná poloha, blízko nádraží, deset minut chůze od Vatikánu. Vynikající hostitelka, nadstandardní péče. V lednici i kuchyni všechny základní věci pro přípravu snídaně. Káva, čaj, mléko, máslo, džem, cukr, sůl, olej... Prosecco na přivítanou, čerstvé pečivo k první snídani. Na chodbě k dispozici lahve s filtrovanou vodou, ovoce, snacky. Měkká matrace.
Georges (10/5): Un balcon devant Saint Pierre - Si tu es dans un endroit relativement central qui permet des plus belles vues possibles du Vatican. Avec des commerces à proximité et le bus et le train juste en bas de l’immeuble, l’appartement est très agréable avec une belle terrasse, tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil pour l’entrée dans l’appartement avec une personne très aimable, très gentille et arrangeante. Même si nous avons particulièrement apprécié cet appartement, il y a deux points qu’il peut être intéressant de mettre en avant car cela pourrait gêner d’autres voyageurs. Premièrement il est situé au-dessus de la gare ce qui leur rend très pratique mais peu aussi générer de la gêne à cause du bruit des trains, même si ils sont relativement réduit. Deuxièmement, la salle de bain donne directement sur la chambre et n’est pas des plus pratique pour un peu plus d’intimité. À part ces deux éléments là tout le reste est vraiment très agréable.

Astrid (10/5): Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt - Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Wir konnten z.B. zu Fuß zum Vatikan/zur Engelsburg gehen, alle weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten waren mit ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und damit sehr gut. Selbst Sonderwünsche, wie z.B. ein weiteres Kissen wurden sofort erfüllt. Insbesondere ist die gute „Betreuung“ hervorzuheben: Versorgung mit Informationen, jederzeit ansprechbar, perfektes Ein-/Auschecken, es gibt eine „Grundversorgung“ mit Lebensmitteln/Obst/Kaffee … und ein Welcome-Präsent. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. -
Rocco (3/5): Pazienza - Posizione Struttura vecchia, muri sporchi, riscaldamento nn adeguato Mancanza di climatizzazione e termosifoni mal funzionanti. Dai rubinetti viene fuori acqua con residui. Di terra, la proprietaria si è resa disponibile, ma una vecchia struttura priva di manutenzione almeno all’apparenza per quello che è stata la ns esperienza, vada se che ha tanti problemi. Mi dispiace nn scrivo recensioni ma pagare quasi 800 euro per due adulti ed un bambino per tre notti mi sembra veramente esagerato per una struttura del genere.

Mare Neve (10/5): Super! - Tutto perfetto, la proprietaria è il miglior host che io abbia mai conosciuto e che mai vi capiterà di avere, vi assicuro che vi tratterà meglio di vostra madre. La casa è pulita e ben tenuta, con un'ampia terrazza che si affaccia sulla cattedrale. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla stazione San Pietro dove potete prendere il bus 64 che vi porta in giro nel cuore di Roma. La sera potere mangiare bene in zona, io vi consiglio il ristorante Cresci e l'osteria dei pontefici. Se cercate un'appartamento per visitare Roma questo è il posto giusto. Niente, è stato tutto perfetto ma, non lo consiglio a persone portatrici di handicap.

Roberta (9/5): Fantastic - The property was super clean and spacious ! Great luxury to have a balcony, sofa and table and a little kitchen space in Rome. Often hotels have a bed shower and one chair so this was great. Brilliant view of the Vatican dome aswell ! Mattress is super comfortable (I have back issues and this was still great). All the kitchen utensils / pots / glasses you need. Great water bottle refill station also which is great as you can nip down and get it whenever you please. Table and chairs on balcony were a luxury and I used them every morning and night due to the great views. Can’t really complain either way ! Host Catherine was amazing and explained everything to us and made us feel so welcome. I will definitely think about coming back to this property if I come back to Rome and have recommended it to my friends and family already. The only downsides I would say is that the property is on a hill, which can be tricky due to mobility issues but there is a little lift in the apartment block. I wish I would’ve known in advance about the hilly area. The bathroom is a beautiful classic Italian bathroom but it’s not as modern as the rest of the apartment and there was some damp on the ceiling. This is the only negative things I could say !

I ended up staying between 3 walls and a balcony that looked out into a bunch of trees, barely being able to see the Vatican.

Anette (6/5): På det stora hela hade vi toppenfina dagar med bra väder och värdarna är mycket trevliga. - Det hade varit bra att veta att det pågick ett husbygge precis framför terrassen.Den var orsaken till att vi valde denna lägenhet men det var sån störning det så gick knappt att sitta ute dagtid plus att vi hade fyra byggkranar mitt i byn mot Peterskyrkan.Vi saknade fräscha täcken då vi frös lite nattetid.En Micro vore bra och ett uttag till vattenkokaren i köket.Läget är annars fantastiskt
Clara (10/5): - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole! L’accoglienza dell’host è stata ottima, gentile e disponibile fin dal primo momento. All’arrivo ci è stato offerto anche un graditissimo prosecco di benvenuto. La casa è molto pulita, curata e accessoriata di tutto il necessario: c’erano bustine di tè, caffè e anche qualche alimento di prima necessità, davvero un’attenzione molto apprezzata. La posizione è ottima, a circa 15-20 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano, in una zona tranquilla e ben collegata. Comodissima anche la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto nel cortile interno, e abbiamo potuto lasciarla oltre l’orario del check-out senza problemi. Esperienza perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista: consigliatissima!

Es stehen immer kleine Snacks zur Verfügung, auch gab es Kaffee, Milch, Wasser und Saft bei der Anreise. Auf Wünsche wird sofort eingegangen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nicht weit entfernt von den Sehenswürdigkeiten, mit direktem Anschluss an die Öffis und dennoch ruhig. Wir kommen wieder 😀 Nichts
Alexandra (10/5): Das Beste Rom Erlebnis. - Der Herzliche Empfang, die Wohnung an sich, die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zum Supermarkt, nicht zu vergessen die Aussicht zum Vatikan und der Fußweg von ca. 15min dahin, hat uns der Wohnung sehr gefallen und beeindruckt. Einfach nur Top.

Chakraborty (10/5): In Rome Did as the Romans - Slayed the stay - The fact that the host eased us in their abode, and was there to greet and always in a private whatsapp group available at moments notice. Also the apartment was self sufficient and the drinking water supply is a saviour this summer... It's nearest to the bus stop terminal and also the train station and there's a welcome guide with more info!! Highly recommended for a comfortable family stay ✨😍 The washing machine is in the basement and also the payment bit with coins interlock was cumbersome, however the hosts are always a floor above to help in every eventuality.

Thank you we really enjoyed our short stay Nothing the staff were very welcoming and ensured the room was well equipped with everything needed. Lovely convenient location, is up a long hill so very hot during summer if you plan to travel by foot lots, pack accordingly!

We were warmly welcomed by Regina at the property, who took the time to show us around and share helpful tips on getting around Rome, including information about buses, tickets, and great local dining spots. From the start, we felt incredibly taken care of – we were greeted with a chilled bottle of Prosecco, enjoyed fresh croissants in the morning, and were even gifted homemade olive oil before we left. We've never experienced hospitality like this before! The apartment itself was spotless, perfectly located with easy access to trains and buses, and in a great neighborhood. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Rome! N/A

Sand (9/5): Very hospitable and great location - The staff was very informative and helpful. Check-in was smooth and had no problems throughout the stay!. Except the morning we had our check out, there wasn't any hot water running. It was a major inconvenience for us, and coz it was early morning, we didn't enquire for help either, as we were in a hurry to leave. Rest everything was on point and very hospitable. The stay was amazing. Would definitely recommend to consider staying here while in rome, visiting vatican.
