Important Information
1. Check-in times and extras
Free check-in and check-out times are indicated in the relevant section.
However, early and late check-ins are permitted, as are late check-outs, subject to availability.
Late check-ins between 8 p.m. and midnight incur a charge of €25.
Late check-ins after midnight incur a charge of €35.
Late check-outs after 1 p.m. are not possible. In this case, another night must be booked.
Check-in after 8 p.m. will only be guaranteed if the fee is paid. Otherwise, you must arrive at the apartment no later than 8 p.m.
2. Cot Request
Cots are available upon request. However, requests must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival to allow for transport.
3. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violators of this rule will be charged a penalty of €250.
4. Linen and Towels
We provide everything, but please be careful. For each towel and piece of linen that is torn, stained and/or missing, you will be charged €20.
5. Recycling.
We ask that you respect the recycling rules. Inside the flat, you will find several bins for sorting waste, along with instructions on how to sort it. You will find the communal bins in the courtyard.
Failure to comply with the recycling rules will result in a fine of €100.
6. Guest Portal and/or Online Check-in
You will be asked to complete an online check-in to provide the necessary information and obtain instructions for accessing the flat. You will only be able to access the flat after completing the online check-in. The first message containing the online check-in link is sent at the time of booking, so no delays or failure to complete the check-in will be accepted and you will not be able to access the flat.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- laura (10/5): Ottima struttura - Mi è piaciuta la posizione, in centro, ma in una zona elegante, a 2 min da piazza del plebiscito, si raggiunge in pochi minuti via toledo. Si potrebbe migliorare, se ci fosse uno specchio oltre a quello del bagno e se ci fossero le cialde per il caffè. Per il resto tutto perfetto, a Napoli diventerà i nostro punto di riferimento.

Lo staff super, davvero attento e disponibile (pur non incontrando nessuno di persona, ma sempre presenti via WhatsApp o via Booking) Personalmente ho trovato un po' menosa la pratica per il check in on line ma comunque fattibile con un po' di pazienza (consiglio di aver già caricato i documenti di tutti gli ospiti sul telefono prima di iniziarlo). La pulizia del bagno e dei pavimenti è sommaria e poco accurata. Uno sforzo in più per garantire l'igiene sarebbe gradito. Consiglio di provvedere ad una abat-jour anche per il divano letto e un topper da metterci sopra per non sentire le pieghe del divano utilizzandolo come letto.

Attractive location near Piazza del Plebiscito.Apartment is fresh and clean. There are coffee machine, microwave oven and washing maschine. The most important monuments can be reached on foot. Grocery store 10 m from the house. Limited space in the living room when unfolding the sofa. More space for clothes would be useful.
