• Davis (1/5): In need of a thorough deep clean! - The location was fine as we had appointments in the area. The place was incredibly grubby, which was a shame as it could have been really nice with a bit of effort. The shower room was filthy with dirty shower curtain, toilet, shelving and surfaces. Extractor fan didn't work so it was damp, with mouldy shower curtain and window. Extension cable used directly next to sink with toaster, kettle and microwave plugged into it. There were no PAT stickers on anything and no recycling facilities. The whole place was in desperate need of a thorough deep clean and repairs to ceiling, walls and furniture. It was probably the grubbiest place we have stayed in and we would not recommend it.

• Alena Andrea (5/5): Für den Preis okay, Lage ist gut für einen Städtetrip in London. - Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Anbindung zur U-Bahn und zum Bus. Ausstattung war gut, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Küchenausstattung war alles vorhanden. Wir haben auch Netflix gucken können. Das Bad ist ziemlich klein, an manchen Ecken in der Unterkunft schimmelt es, da die Belüftung schwierig ist. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Heizung, was über den Jahreswechsel bei kalten Temperaturen semi cool war. Die festen Heizkörper funktionierten am Anfang für ein paar Stunden, später gar nicht mehr. Es gab lediglich einen kleinen elektrischen Heizkörper, welcher zum Teil nicht vollständig gewärmt hat. Auch nach Kontaktaufnahme zu den Inhabern hat sich das Problem leider nicht behoben.
• István (1/5): Csalódót vagyok és mérges, hogy a turizmus ilyen szinten csúfot űz a turistákból - Olyan nincs . Szerintem , ha megnézik a 32 értékelést többségé Angol akiket megkért ,hogy írjanak jót róla . Fűtés nem volt , hidegeb volt a szobában mint kint, egy kis 05 méretes radiátor volt ami semminek sem volt elég , az ágy inkább egy személyes volt és dohos szagú, az egész lakás a fűtés hiánya véget büdös volt és hideg , 2025.11.27. reggel beszéltem a tulajdonossal kértem jöjjön oda, azt mondta nem tud nyugodtam menjünk el Ö beszél a Bookinggal és vissza terítik a pénzem . Erre várok Önöktől egy megoldást .
• Andreas (9/5): Ich würde dieses Apartment immer einem Hotelzimmer vorziehen. - Der Kontakt mit der Gastgebering war sowohl vor als auch während der Dauer der Reise stehts angenehm. Der Kühlschrank war gut gefüllt nebst den anderen Schränken mit Lebensmitteln sowie Utensilien des täglichen gebrauchs. Waschmaschine Bügelbrett und Eisen, extra Decken, extra Kissen, extra Handtücher. Das Badezimmer war mit allem ausgestattet, hier muss man wirklich nur seine eigene Zahnbürste mitbringen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wenn man langsam geht hat man in zehn Minuten New Cross Station erreicht. Auf der dortigen Straße gibt es neben Restaurants und größeren Einkaufsgeschäften genug kleine Shops um selbst zu später Stunde noch was einkaufen zu können.

• Alyson (10/5): Fantastic - This is a fabulous find had everything we needed really comfortable. Free parking right outside which is hard in London even being an ex Londoner. Right round the corner from the venue we were going to. Round the corner for transport buses tubes etc. highly recommend we will definitely be booking again when we’re doing a trip back to London Nothing it was just great
• Clare (8/5): - The location is really good for trains into London, The apartment itself was really nice, there was a really well stocked kitchen, the bathroom also had everything thing you could need, free WiFi, Ruku tv My only complaint was the bed. it was to soft for my liking

• Ophélie (7/5): - Axcessible en transport facilement, Petit déjeuner simpa, mais pas suffisent pour 2 personnes pour 5 jours. Les draps sont très doux et agréables. Petit déjeuner à revoir, insuffisant pour 2 personnes, pour 5 jours. Nous avons du manger en extérieur. Logement tout en longueur, sans vraies fenêtres. Luminosité extérieur constante même la nuit (sorte de veluxe au plafond sans store).
• Andrea (5/5): Strana esperienza in garage. - La struttura era ben posizionata rispetto a New Cross. Era abbastanza pulita e localizzata in una via molto silenziosa e tranquilla. La camera è stata realizzata da un garage o cantina, non aveva finestre salvo 2 lucernari a soffitto, non aveva una chiave con cui potersi chiudere dentro per la notte, il bagno era microscopico e fatiscente, il tappeto sporco e la cucina piena di cibi iniziati.

• Verena (9/5): Kleines, bezahlbares Apartment, mit guter Ausstattung und guter Anbindung ins Zentrum. - -Die Wohnung war mit vielen Kochutensilien ausgestattet und auch der Kühlschrank war mit Milch, Eiern, Butter, Wasser,… gefüllt. Somit konnten wir immer gut frühstücken. -Der Fußweg zum Supermarkt und zur S-Bahn war nicht weit. -Die Gegend war ruhig und es gab einige hilfsbereite Menschen in der Umgebung. -Wir durften unser Gepäck noch etwas länger lagern und konnten somit noch unseren Abreisetag nutzen. -Es hätten etwas mehr Handtücher da sein können (wir hatten nur 2 große Handtücher, sonst keine). -Es gab einige Lappen an Stellen, wo wir nicht wussten was mit ihnen davor geschehen ist. An manchen Stellen hatte es etwas sauberer sein können. -Die Haustüre ließ sich nicht abschließen (zum Glück aber die Türe an der Terrasse).

• Izabela (10/5): Very cozy place - It was really cozy. What I liked most was that it had all the necessary utensils and the kitchen was very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great and there was free parking right in front of the house. Unfortunately, the Internet was not working

• Perdek (10/5): A cosy and welcoming place. - Le logement est propre et calme, super fonctionnel pour deux personnes. Le bus de nuit nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement, ainsi que les bus. Le quartier est sympa et on y a rencontré des étudiants qui nous ont amenées a une soirée. L hôtesse fournit des denrées de base, ce qui était super attentionné et pratique. L' appartement est super bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire, et joli et confortable. Une agréable surprise car je m attendais a moins bien. Le quartier est tout mignon . On s est senti très bien. Je reviendrai ! En plus il y a un supermarché a 5 min a pieds. J ai mis 24h a me familiariser avec les transports, et je conseille d aller en centre ville en bus plutôt que métro, c est super simple. Le matelas est un peu mou.

• Laura (7/5): A good place when temperatures are not above low 20s. - Location good and the place is fine. It was very hot - there are only skylights, no windows (except small by the door on the ground floor) so ventilation is by the door when there and the skylights make it very hot in high temperatures. Also the skylights mean it is light from sunrise, in case that is a problem for anyone. Also you need to know you get the key code 4 hours before arrival, not 24, as promised by booking.com.
• Brian (10/5): Exceptional - This is a very clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. There is everything you could need for a short stay including basic cooking ingredients. Very easy access to bus and overground. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. A small table for eating and working would be helpful.

• Darren (9/5): Recommend for the price you can't go wrong - Bed is really comfy room was clean and has everything you could need. A nice touch with treats left for us. Amazon prime for TV 5 min walk to new cross gate rail to get into London for the price it was 10/10 If I had to give a 4 in the bed review the front door on the outside needs a good clean and the oil heater in the room wasn't powerful enough for chilly nights

• Ege (10/5): Bang for buck entire room stay. - The location is very close to bus stations and underground that you can use to get to central London. The property was very clean and had everything that one would need on a short stay. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again.

The location was perfect for us with good bus and rail links, and the studio was comfortable, warm and very quiet. We'd definitely come here again.
