• Mary E (10/5): Charming and friendly - This place was charming! And Noel, the caretaker, not only keeps it immaculate and in good repair, he was also very friendly and helpful. It was so very quiet there, we were able to sleep long to get over jet lag sooner.

Noel the handy man was nice and helpful to show us where to go for the tourist spots. It was about a 20 minute walk to the train station which is not bad.

• Berenice (10/5): - This was the cutest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Just note the shower is tiny, for one person. The decor was antique, so pretty! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The handyman, Noel, was so helpful and nice. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

• German (10/5): Venice family vacation of 6 - The loft style room was more than we imagined. We a kitchen and refrigerator/ freezer this was a great find. Noel provided exceptional help and had the rooms ready for us when we arrived and was supper friendly. The restaurant below the building had the best food. A bit slow but well worth the wait and great prices. Lastly loved interacting with Noel the property maintenance/handyman. Also there is a super market across the bridge past the gondala stop that has food nd beer for your stay at great prices.

• Pierre (8/5): - Convenable. Propre et calme sauf quand le bar restaurant en dessous a du monde heureusement il ferme à 23h. Petit bémol l’homme d’entretien n’avait pas de monnaie pour la taxe de sejour . Nous avons donné 10 € pour 2 nuits et laissé 2 € de plus.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Noel was a fantastic host: very responsive, helpful with local tips, and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the personal touches and attention to detail. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommended.

• Macarena (10/5): Great hotel in Venice - highly recommended! - Excellent and very cosy hotel in Venice. It is located 20 minutes walking from the train station and approximately 20 minutes walking also to Piazza San Marco. It is in a quieter area, which was highly appreciated considering the amount of people in Venice. However, close enough to everything and in a beautiful neighborhood. The person who received us (Noel) was super kind and had our room ready for us earlier than expected. We could also leave our luggage with him the last day until our departure in the afternoon. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed, coffee/tea and even some snacks. It was clean and tidy. I would totally come back to this hotel in my next trip to Venice.

On a quieter street so did not hear any noises at night. Several restaurants within walking distance and not far from anything you need. Communication with hotel was a breeze and would highly recommend.
• JOHN (6/5): - It was difficult to find. Turn left off the Alley when you see pastries in the window. Check-in was very difficult. We came in around 18:30 and no one answered the phone. There is no desk, just a keypad entry, and without the code, you cannot get in.

Kitchen w/everything to cook meals, king bed, 2 twins in the upstairs loft plus 2 chairs that turn into twin beds (did not use as beds). Coffee maker w/pods & tea w/kettle. Noel greeted us daily & made sure we were good to go-exceptional customer service. We hope to return to Venice & would stay here again!
• Robert (10/5): Il nido perfetto nel centro storico - Un appartamento bellissimo nel centro di Venezia. Molto spazio, incantevole. Conveniente alla fermata dell'autobus acquatico, Ca' Rezzonico. Camminata di 15 minuti a Piazza San Marco.
• Alessio (10/5): - La struttura Ca' Beatrice è stupenda e perfetta per un weekend. È Situata al centro e nelle vicinanze ci sono bar, ristoranti ed il supermercato più vicino dista 4 minuti. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento la stanza è dotata di tutto il necessario ed è pulitissima : menzione speciale per Noel che con cura la tiene ordinata e pulita. Apprezzatissimi anche le cialde del caffè e i biscottini veneziani. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

• Beth (10/5): - It is in a great location. As a mom with a young baby I was looking for a safe quiet location that was accessible to the central areas but not in a very touristy area. It was great. Great restaurants etc nearby. The person on staff there from the morning until 2 daily is helpful. The room was cleaned well daily. If you have heavy luggage like me, you do have to go up the stairs, but I don’t think you’ll have anything different in an ancient city with buildings mostly built in the 1500s! It was a good stay.

The hotel was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to local shops and great places to eat. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with any questions or recommendations. One of the highlights was the "Garden Bar" just below the hotel—perfect for stopping by for a drink or a coffee. It really added to the charm of the stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice!
• Frances (10/5): - It was a great Venice appartment for a family in a really good location to see the sites and visit excellent Tapas bars nearby. Room had 2 singles on a mezzanine level then a comfy double bed and sofa beds in the main living area. Cute balcony and kitchen with hob , fridgedreezer , coffee machine and kettle. Newly refurbished shower bathroom. Another mirror would be useful and a few extra glasses / cups to use. Excellent little holiday home would use again. Thanks
• Chang-Jo (8/5): - The unit is clean but very tiny. Very little space to move around. One thing that I am very disappointed is the water temperature of the shower. The water temperature oscillates between extremely hot and cold by itself many many times. Because the shower room is very tiny, when the temperature changes, you have no space move around to avoid the extremely hot water.

The suite was sparkling clean, pillows super soft and the kitchenette was equipped with everything you could need. The only thing that was missing was a microwave. My kids loved playing in the balcony. Location is close to academia bridge and 3 mins walk from grocery store.

Há um restaurante no térreo, e a localização é excelente, próxima a uma região animada, repleta de bares e restaurantes. Além disso, fica relativamente perto da Praça de San Marco e da estação de trem, facilitando o deslocamento. O Noel é uma pessoa maravilhosa, extremamente solícito, e nos fez sentir muito acolhidos durante a estadia. Sem dúvida, uma experiência inesquecível!

He kept the room clean and was full of good information. The hotel itself was in an ideal location to tour Venice. There were great restaurants around the area. • Francisco (10/5): Great family stay at Dorsoduro in Venice - This was a great family apartment with balcony in the historical Dorsoduro in Venice. Communication with host through WhatsApp was great and although the entrance is in a narrow hidden alley the hosts provided detail precise instructions with pictures how to find it and it was quite easy to enter the building. There was no elevator with several flights of stairs. There is a bar downstairs who offers a discount to guests and there are several restaurants, supermarkets and even bakery nearby. It is also a relatively short walk to the Academia water bus stop and a less than 20 minutes walk to St. Mark's square. When we were leaving Noel was great by offering help with luggage. Definitely recommend this apartment for families in a very quite historic part of Venice.

I nostri canini sono stati ben accetti, che è una cosa che valutiamo molto positivamente. Speriamo di tornare presto, merita davvero!
