• Antonio (7/5): - Sin duda la ubicación del apartamento es perfecto. La comunicación con el dueño es de 10 un lujo, incluso nos dejó acceder al apartamento antes a dejar las maletas. También el detalle de dejarnos agua, fruta, café y chocolate. En general todo estaba bien, pero es verdad que faltaba más utensilios de cocina así como la tapa del wc estaba rota

• Peter (5/5): Dissappointing - Location Hot water system, not able to run continuously and therefore did not meet our needs. Also the construction in the next door room, bloody annoying with people using jack hammers.

Właściciel zapewnił kawę i herbatę oraz pakiet powitalny owoców na powitanie. Było to miłe. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam Słabe oświetlenie części wypoczynkowej. Wystarczy mocniejsza żarówka. Jak dla nas. Reszta super😊

• Peter (10/5): Great little place in the heart of Plaka - Ideal location for central Plaka with a comfortable, compact apartment that had all we needed. The apartment building has no number on display and we were not able to identify the entry from the address.

• Guillem (7/5): Apartament molt ben situat a Plaka - Molt bona situació, molt ben comunicat per metro i al costat de l'Acròpolis. Tot i estar a Plaka, un barri molt animat, el carrer és tranquil. Apartament correcte i bonic. El propietari va deixar aigua, fruita, xocolata i cafè abans de venir. Poca intensitat de llum (massa poques bombetes o de poca potència). No és convenient obrir les cortines perquè quedes exposat a peu de carrer. L'aigua calenta de la dutxa s'ha d'anar escalfant després de dutxar-te activant l'interruptor manualment i vigilant no passar de 20 minuts amb l'interruptor activat per motius de seguretat (segons demana el propietari). Pocs utensilis de cuina, no hi havia bosses de la brossa de recanvi ni sabó per la rentadora.

• Ayrianna (9/5): We enjoyed this apartment and would stay again. - The location of this apartment was perfect for exploring Plaka. It felt safe and was on a side street so we were not bothered with the late night crowds. The hot water only lasted a few minutes.

Couldn’t figure what is was but could be air conditioning or that windows needed opening which it’s too hot to do.

• Şadiye (10/5): The choice for a central, comfortable and safe stay - The location is excellent—safe and within walking distance of the Acropolis and other attractions. Despite being centrally located, it is not in a very noisy area. Of course, you can hear some sounds from people passing by, but it is not disturbing. The apartment is very clean and comfortable for two people, and the heating is sufficient. Communication with the host was easy, and it was a nice touch that they provided some snacks and water in the fridge. Their flexibility with check-out, considering our flight time, made our trip even more comfortable. Nothing

Also detergent could have helpful for the washing machine. Tv had only one english chanel of BBC news others in a Greek.

• Dilys (10/5): Perfect location for central Athens - Perfect location 30 second walk from the Plaka and a couple of minutes from the Temple of Zeus and Acropolis. We were welcomed with some welcome amenities in the fridge upon arrival. Nikos was a great host and check in was really easy and clear. Let us keep our luggage in the apartment after checkout. Nothing :)

• Eli (10/5): Unbeatable location! - The location is mind blowing. The name, heart of Plaka is so accurate. Everything is incredibly close, and yet it's quaint and quiet at the same time. Also, even while being in Plaka it is convenient with luggage. We took the train from the airport, and although we had to walk a little from the station there were no stairs and it was easy to get to.

• Attila (9/5): Superb - All the monuments and touristic spots are in short walking distance. The Plaka area is fantastic, the classic mediterranean downtown vibe. Owner is very nice, welcoming and flexible in check-in/check-out process. The apartment is well-equipped, big enough for 2-3 persons, nice interior. The outside noise can be a bit disturbing in the mornings.

• Irina (6/5): Pleasant - Central location. The apartment need serious cleaning. The bath tab was moldy, the curt were dirty and dusty. The holding vertical rails inthe bed area were so dirty that you can't touch it.
• Joanne (9/5): The Heart of Plaka is truly in the heart of the Plaka! - Our host, Nikos, was very responsive to all of my inquiries making things work well for us. We arrived to a fridge filled with water, apples, pears, bananas and a chocolate bar! After 18 hours of travel, it was lovely to have snacks available. The bed was a 10 out of 10 for comfort and the apartment was very quiet making sleep easy. We appreciated the location both for exploring by foot and easy access to the metro. Thank you for a great stay, Nikos!
• Karthi (10/5): Great stay in the Heart of Plaka - Easy to locate the property, keys were in a lock box, although we got there early, the place was being cleaned from the previous guest, so they allowed us to drop off luggage & come back to check in within 1 hour. Nikos communicates often & checks in before arrival, during & after, he made sure all was in order & if I had a question, he responded almost immediately. As we used Athens as a base to explore Greece we booked 10 nights at Nikos place, and he even checked in mid-stay to come & change bedding & refresh towels etc. There is a washing machine, which comes in handy, espresso machine, iron etc, and even welcome snacks left for us in the fridge. Location is perfect as well, short walk to most places, and the Metro stations as well. Plaka is definitely the place to stay when in Athens. Nothing, all was good, everything was seamless from check in, to communication etc.

• Lubna (10/5): Amazing and worth it - It was a clean, well maintained room in a great neighborhood with a few min walk to Acropolis, Monastiraki square, the museum and the Ancient Afro ruins. Definitely recommend it for couples No concerns to call out. It was just perfect
• Santa (9/5): Truely at the Heart of Plaka - Clean apartment room at an excellent location, right at the main Plaka. The room was very clean, very comfortable beds and had all the facilities. There are so many shops and restaurants are just outside, we had great breakfast at Acropol restaurant with great price. Walking distance to the sunset view point at Acropolis. And thanks to Nikos for the fruits and chocolate. I highly recommend this place. There is a leakage somewhere around the glass wall in the shower tub which lets the water out and makes the bathroom floor wet, there is no way to avoid this. This should be fixed. And the kitchen misses the most important equipment, a microwave :-)

Place was clean, had everything I needed, felt safe and secure (being a solo traveler). Bed was super comfortable and host was very responsive! Thank you will definitely book this place again I couldn’t work out how to use the dryer, when showering the water went everywhere.

• Marco (10/5): Perfect short stay in Athens - It truly was in the heart of Plaka so very close to all the archaeological sites. Nikos was extremely attentive and answered all our questions immediately. The key system to get in is terrific and convenient. The apartment is so cute and decorated so nicely and amazingly equipped.. even with fruit and chocolate and all toiletries! Air conditioning worked well, the bed was exceptionally comfortable with nice sheets. Hot water worked great. Great directions from Nikos and close walking from metro station. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others! Nothing not to like!

Truly appreciate the fruits, bottles of water and the chocolate the host left to welcome me. It is very close to all attractions and yet on a very quiet street with quaint little alley ways and walking distance to Acropolis and the underground. It is also an excellent option to stay and work remotely. I definitely coming back. Thank you Nikos for everything! There is nothing to dislike about the apartment. It is an absolute steal! 💯

• Adarsh (10/5): perfect stay, highly recommend! - this property exceeded our expectations in every way! it made us love Athens as a whole right off the bat because of its value, location and ease of communication with Nicos. it’s located in the most perfect part of Plaka, close to everything yet quiet in the night time. Nicos left us some fruits, chocolate and water in the refrigerator which was also very sweet of him. I highly recommend this for anyone visiting Athens especially if it is your first time! it is close to all the best restaurants and bars as well :) we liked everything!
• Calin (10/5): Lovely studio, great location - Lovely studio in an excellent location. Small, but thoughtfully furnished to make the most of the space. Very welcoming host and helpful whenever we had questions. Very good WiFi speed, can be used to work remotely if needed. We had an amazing time and would certainly book again. It wasn't a problem for us, but it's worth noting there are a few steps to climb to access the bed, so I wouldn't recommend for someone with limited mobility or vertigo
