Kerry (10/5): - Cozy house at Eight Mile Plains was a home away from home. All the conveniences plus a little bit more. Check in was smooth and communication from host was great. Location suited us for visiting family
PHILLIP (5/5): Don’t go there. - There was a $500 security deposit - outrageous, attached to this was a card processing fee of over $25 - OVER 5%. What a rip off. Then the managers refused to refund my deposit until I sent many, many emails and text messages. There was no reason to dispute my refund, I received it in full. However they stalled to the point I was just about to file with small claims court. I will never, never stay there again.

Barbara (6/5): Such a shame but also, I would say, Health and Safety implications. - It was a reasonable location for my needs It wasn’t very clean. Cleaner came out to do the cleaning again. The TV was missed again, children’s fingers prints all over the bottom half of the screen. The electrics needed looking at and was not solved during the stay. Not sure if the house was a ‘safe’ place due to this. The solution to the fans (kitchen and master bedroom) not working was to proved portable ones. The remote for the master bedroom fan was removed from the holding unit so, in my opinion, the owners/agents were aware of the issue. The use of kitchen foil in the fitting also made me aware that they were aware of the issue but chose to ignore it. The pans had to be cleaned before use. The oven was cleaned on the second visit.
Sufeity (6/5): Not happy because of these reasons - Comfortable place to stay Too many house rules and need to put the bond money without being mentioned in the property description. Also asked to pay for credit card surcharge for the bond money. It took nearly 2 weeks for the bond money back and had to asked for it.
