Every hotel, motel and bnb supplies milk for tea but there was none here; I had to go out and buy it. The mattress was on a slope; spent each night climbing up towards the bed centre; awoke with a slightly sore shoulder both mornings; never had that before

• Abhishek (1/5): Bad - Stay was okayish. I recently visited this property and would like to share some observations that may be helpful for future guests and the host. The house features five separate bedrooms, which is quite spacious and suitable for larger groups or families. However, there is only one main bathroom with a combined toilet and shower, which proved to be quite inconvenient, especially when accommodating multiple guests. For a property of this size, an additional bathroom or separate toilet would greatly improve comfort and functionality. Parking was another challenge. The street was extremely congested, primarily due to numerous guests staying at nearby properties, making it difficult to find a suitable parking spot. This could be particularly problematic for those arriving by car or returning late in the evening. Additionally, while the listing mentioned complimentary breakfast, there were no clear instructions provided on how to access or avail of it. A simple welcome note or guide with basic information such as Wi-Fi password, breakfast details, and emergency contacts would enhance the guest experience. Overall, while the property has potential and offers ample sleeping arrangements, improvements in amenities, parking accessibility, and guest communication would make for a significantly more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Negotiated with owner for hours about delivery of cereal but all became too stressful. Couldn’t even have morning coffee as others used all the milk.

• Nathan (10/5): felt like home - how easy everything went from booking it to communication with host highly recommend nothing
• David (7/5): It was a good cheap place to stay and they were very accommodating with my needs. - The place itself is great, unit was clean, the host was accommodating to my needs, they let me keep my motorcycle in the garage as it was raining, was flexible with check in times and had excellent communication. Tge only thing that let the unit down is noise from others and the mattress could have had a topper to take away some of the hardness and prevent feeling the springs in the middle of it. Other than those couple of things, the place was excellent.
• Woon (6/5): not built for 5 bedrooms occupancy - Breakfast was whatever that was in the pantry, which was rice, oats and sugar. Please don't advertise it with breakfast if you don't plan to provide for that. The smartlock access was faulty, I tried keying in the code outside the house for 10 mins before I could get in. Consider changing the lock or giving better instructions (i.e. lock is faulty, to get it to work, hold up panel for electrical connection). The smartlock is also hidden behind a metal door which wasn't visible from the front. Shared bathroom (toilet and shower) for 5 bedrooms - can't use the toilet if someone is in there showering. There is a note from owner "please limit showering to 5 mins".

The double bed was a little bouncy so I didn’t get the best nights sleep. There was no milk for breakfast or bread or butter. I don’t think saying breakfast included is entirely accurate.
