- Samuel (1/5): Bad - At the arrival, the owner told me that the apartment was no longer available, he had received another reservation and left me without place to stay. That happened after several messages that I have sensed before confirming the reservation, and without any notice of him.
- Matthew (1/5): Booking cancelled 1 hour before our arrival. - I had an issue with this booking. I booked it late the day before arrival. I Then followed up with a telephone call with the host on the morning after, to confirm it was ok. I was told over the phone that everything was ok with the booking and they were expecting me and my group. However, I received a text message five hours later, 1 hour before we were due to arrive, telling me that staying for one night was not possible and my booking was to be cancelled. There is no minimum number of nights listed on the property details and booking.com let me book the property for one night in the first place.
