• Maryam (1/5): The apartment was on the 4th floor with 54 steep stone stairs and no elevator, which made access very difficult. - The only thing I appreciated about this property was its location. It had easy access to sights, cafés, restaurants, and other attractions, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the listing did not mention that the apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible only by 54 old and uneven stone stairs. It was impossible for me to carry my luggage upstairs, and I had to ask someone for help. It would be more accurate to describe it as a one-room apartment, since the second “room” has no window or proper ventilation. The apartment was not clean and felt dusty upon arrival. In addition, the shower was broken, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had, especially considering the price.
• YU WEI (8/5): - 離車站大概3-4分鐘的距離，非常近，浴室有兩間，裡面的設備各項也都很棒（還有膠囊咖啡機） 乾濕分離的浴室有點窄，必須要開門才能蹲下，以及沒有電梯（樓層有點高在3樓（台灣算是4樓），行李真的更很不方便，不過除此之外住宿體驗還不錯

• Guest (9/5): 강력 추천 - 역과 가까움 위치가 가장 좋았고 방이 넓고 침대 상태도 좋았습니다. 넉넉한 타월과 비누,샴푸등 많은 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 친절한 호스트와 소통이 빨랐습니다. 컵과 접시가 없어서 우리는 일회용 제품을 사야했습니다. 엘레베이터가 없어 짐을 들고 4층까지 가파른 계단을 올라가야 했습니다.

• Varga (10/5): Kiváló minőségű, kiváló felszereltség, szuper helyen. - Teljes, tökéletes felszereltség. Három gyerekkel, köztük egy egyéves. Etetőszék, babaágy számára. Mosógép, szárítógép. Minden igényünket kiszolgálta. A szállásadóval gördülékeny kommunikáció. Az elhelyezkedése kiváló, a városközpontban. Egy utcára tőle garázs. Bár ZTL zóna, de a garázs lejelenti a rendszámot, így megengedett a behajtás. A harmadik emeleten, egyenetlen lépcsők visznek fel a lakáshoz. Ez kevésbé kényelmes.

Nos gustó que tenga dos baños, tenía todo lo que necesitabas refrigerador, lavadora, aire acondicionado perfecto y un componente súper importante tenían sal y café riquísimo !! Lo único que fue un poco pesado fueron las escaleras porque teníamos 4 maletas grandes pero bueno se sabe que el depa viene sin ascensor

• Guilherme (9/5): Superb - Location , very close to the train termini , 3asy t9 walk around. Great apartment , perfect for families of 4 or 5. Nicely decorated and with good communication. Big and equipped Kitchen with everything you need. 2 nice bathrooms ! The only thing that should be at the listing and its.not , it's the fact that its.on the third floor , with no elevator and a very short stepping stairs. If you travel with large bags as we did. Be aware that you will have to climb up 3 floors.

• Daniel (9/5): Family of five visting Firenze during Xmas - The location of the appartment is very convenient to visit all the main historical sites in Firenze. It is also next to the train station and to the tram station that takes you to the airport. The appartment itself has plenty of room, even for us, a family of five with three teenagers. The two bedrooms have two large beds and also large closets, where we could store all our clothes. There are two bathrooms, which was quite convenient as we could use both at the same time without running out of hot water. There were towells for all of us, shampoo, body gel, etc. The kitchen was also very well equipped, even if we didn't use it too much. The Nespresso machine with capsules was a nice detail in our case. There was not much that was not meeting our expectations. The building doesn't have a lift but we were already aware of it and it was mainly affecting us for carrying our luggage up or down from the appartment. The main thing that really missed was a fifth chair. As there are only four chairs at the dinning room table, and we were five, we couldn't sit all together.
• Nail (10/5): A lovely, spacious apartment that worked perfectly for our family of five in Florence - Great find for our family of 5 (adults)! The apartment was spacious enough for everyone with two bathrooms which made things much easier. The place is beautifully decorated and feels welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking, and we appreciated the thoughtful extras like guide books and reading materials about Florence. Location was perfect for exploring the city. Everything was clean, nicely designed, and made our family stay very comfortable. Really good choice if you're traveling with family (or group of friends) and want a place where everyone has enough space while still being able to spend time together

• Borna (10/5): Exceptional - Benedetta was rhe best host ever. She arranged out parking space in a garage near the apartment, so we could enter the ztl. The apartment is beauitful and cozy, the location is perfect, right in the center. The couch was a little bit uncomfortable to sleep on, but for one night it was okay. The couch was not good to sleep
