Close to loads of little bars and restaurants across the street, down the back alleys! Lack of places to hang towels in bathroom but im nitpicking, would have been nice to have WiFi!

It is a small but adequate property Stove fridge, microwave, kettle, washing machine, heat and air con Close to the metro with easy access the whole Tokyo metro system. Restaurant, shops, groceries etc are all close. Definitely recommend

• Martin (10/5): I stayed for a month and staying here was very enjoyable and problem free for the whole time. - The property is in a really nice location - Shinjuku station is just a short train ride away, but just far enough that it's calm and quiet. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room had pretty much all everyday necessities you might need including umbrellas, tissues and even toothbrushes. The hosts were also very helpful and quick to respond.

• Belen (9/5): Minipiso genial para viajes por cuenta propia - Cómodo, tranquilo y bien ubicado. Tiene todo lo que hace falta para estar por cuenta propia en Tokyo. El check-in y el check-out son fáciles. Se oye un poco a los vecinos de las otras habitaciones, aunque esto no es responsabilidad del alojamiento, sino de los turistas, que no siempre son todo lo respetuosos que deberían. Por parte del alojamiento, todo en orden. Lo hemos apuntado para volver en una segunda vez. La entrada de la calle es algo liosa, hay que tomar un desvío que no sale bien indicado en Google Maps. El sitio lo esperaba algo más grande por las fotos, pero eso pudo haber sido fallo mío. En el baño solía hacer algo más de frío, pero el resto de la habitación estaba muy bien. No tuvimos interacción alguna con el anfitrión, aunque no lo digo como algo negativo, sino como punto a comentar.

• aliscarlett (10/5): Amazing! - I really loved this place!!! It was bigger than I thought and felt very homey and so relaxing and so comfortable. It was in a quiet neighbourhood where I believe a lot of locals lived, but at the same time it was not too far from a lot of restaurants and such. We really felt so at home here. There was also good equipment to use, for example, detergent, soap and schampoo (I brought my own because I wasn't sure there was gonna be any). And the check-in process was super easy! We had a really good experience. Thank you so much!! It didn't matter too much, but the door to the toilet doesn't really close all the way - and its not really a solid door.., so we played a lot of music for privacy 😀 I think it depends on your company if that is fine or not. For us it wasn’t a problem at all.

La stanza era accogliente e aveva ogni servizio utile per l'intero soggiorno, angolo cottura, frigo, bollitore, microonde, asciugacapelli, stoviglie ed aria condizionata. Il bagno compreso di lavatrice ed asciugatrice è un plus. Unica pecca il poco spazio per riporre le varie cose al di là dei vestiti. Consiglierei qualche ripiano in più. Inoltre ultimo consiglio, offrirei un opzione per un cuscino più morbido. Quelli presenti sono fin troppo duri ma questo consiglio è solo in base alla mia preferenza.
• Victoria (5/5): Muy justa para lo que ofrece - Buena ubicación en distrito con bares, cafeterías, restaurantes y cerca de dos estaciones de metro. Calle tranquila Muy justo para 4 adultos. La puerta del baño no era estanca (es de fuelle abierta por abajo) por lo que se comunicaban los olores del inodoro con el salón que a su vez era dormitorio (sofra-cama dura) y la cocina abierta. Al no estar separado el inodoro, ducha y lavabo hace menos fácil la estancia de 4 adultos. Tiene escaleras para subir tanto al piso como a la habitación, estrechas y empinadas. Creo que el precio es un poco elevado calidad-precio-espacio para 4 adultos.

• Javier (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is really well located, near a metro station (4 mins) and a JR train station (10 mins). Even though is near to a big avenue the apartment is really calm and you don't hear any noises from the street. It was super clean and well equipped, and for the apartment is really big for te size of the hotels that we've seen in tokyo. If I get back to tokyo i'll defenetly go back to this apartment. Also we were a bit stressed about the check-in process, but it was super fast and we did not have any problems with it at all. The apartment is on two floors, we were on the ground floor and when there were people upstairs you could hear a lot of footsteps and noises from them. That said, we didn't have any problems sleeping through the noise while we were there.

• Susan (8/5): Comfortable small apartment close to everything in Shinjuku - I love that it was so close to the train station, but very quiet in the apartment. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby, and restaurants. We walked to the National Gardens and it was just beautiful. The apartment was wnderful. I didn’t realize the main bed would be in a loft accessible with a narrow steep ladder, like bunk beds! We are older and worried about using a ladder in the middle of the night to get up and go to the bathroom, so we slept on the futon, and that was great!

• Gilles (9/5): Feel at home in a cute and lovely studio in the heart of Tokyo. - I had a wonderful stay at Lucky You Yotsuya, and I would go back again when going back to Tokyo. The location is just the perfect place to discover Tokyo. It is ideally located. A quiet residential neighborhood of cute tiny streets with beautiful houses, but just one block away of a big lively avenue. Lucky You is nested at the end of a small pedestrian dead end. Which makes it cute and secluded. But in the middle of the city life. (To be honest, this makes it a bit tricky to find the first time you arrive as there is not really any indication, but once you know, no problem anymore) You will find everything that you need around - one or two streets away: Konbini stores, cafes, supermarkets, bakeries… Just walk five minutes, cross the big avenue, and get lost in the little streets and you’ll discover plenty of cool small restaurants, bars, izakayas, ramens, mostly busy with locals. The neighborhood is central enough, that - if you like walking - you’ll even be able to walk to some of the main Tokyo famous neighborhoods like Shinjuku and Shibuya. One of the most beautiful parks of Tokyo is also 10 minutes walk away.

The 2 metro stations close by (Yotsuya-Sanchome and Yotsuya) make it very easy to go anywhere in Tokyo. You feel really at home in the studio, and it has everything you need. Comfortable bed, fridge, little kitchen with stove, boiler, washing machine (with detergent and a super practical and convenient ventilation system for drying the clothes in the shower cabine), tv with all your favorite shows on demand. The size of the studio is also really nice taking into consideration Tokyo’s standards. There is a big closet and space to move around. You will meet nobody to enter the flat or during your stay. The check-in system is fully digital on a tablet outside the building. The managers/owners are very reactive to answer to your messages. There was a bit of a problem with the WiFi at one point during my stay, and they did everything to solve it ASAP. I was staying in one of the one-room studios on the ground floor (Lucky You is a house with some apartments on the ground floor, and some on the first floor), and you can hear really well the people walking or moving stuff on the apartment above you. It can get noisy and annoying depending on the people staying above - especially when some people are heavily walking or moving things during the night (I stayed at Lucky You for a pretty long stay, and my tranquility could really change depending on who was staying above me). Going back to Lucky You, I would make sure to book one of the flats of the first floor (with mezzanine) to avoid this noise. In February 2025 - A house is in construction just in front of Lucky You. It s not heavily noisy with machines work. But it makes a bit of noise from 8:30am with people working just next door. Don't expect too long sleep-in. The construction is just at the beginning, so it should still continue for a few weeks. The digital process before arriving and for checking-in works well, but can feel a bit overwhelming, with long messages and different links (forms, passport, QR code, etc.). It could be simplified a bit.

Appreciated the simple gesture of providing bottled water upon arrival. The entrance of the unit was quite a hassle if you do have a large suitcase as you have to carry it few steps up the staircase.
• Carlos (9/5): Perfect location and nicely equipped for longer stays - I'm super happy I found Lucky you! The location was perfect for my two week stay in Tokyo, neighborhood is super quiet, with an metro station nearby and lots of combinis and restaurants. The apartment was super clean and had more space than I expected. I really liked that there were many options for ventilation, with windows on both sides of the apartment that also let in a lot of natural light. My only complain would be that even though the apartment did have a kitchen, it was poorly equipped and designed. There was an electric kettle but no good place to place it, the cutting board could have been a lot bigger so that it could be placed on top of the sink, there were no kitchen paper towels, no toaster, there were no proper bowls, etc. The kitchen does have space to accommodate extra items or surfaces where to store or dry things but it is just poorly thought out, which is a shame because everything else was perfect. Another thing was that there was this tiny space near the window on the back with a couch but that was super inconvenient to reach out because you had to walk behind the tiny space behind the bed frame to reach it. I imagine I could have used this space to sit down and read because it had nice natural light but it was just weird to get to it. Perhaps if the bed was not as big and the orientation of the bed was changed the overall space would flow a lot better.

Very responsive staff if you needed anything. And!!!! You get your own tiny apartment in the middle of TOKYO!!! The residential area it’s located in is close to EVERYTHING! 2 train stations to choose from, what more could you ask! Nothing.

The room is really incredibly small and dark but we managed to make it cozy. The pictures are extremely confusing. All of them are for the "loft" which is a small living room with a mezzanine bed. What they call the studio is really just a single room. Roughly 8sqm. Most of all the location was fairly disappointing. Unless you're really into the stairs from "your name". Those are really close by. Otherwise restaurants, bars, museums or sightseeing all require subway with at least one line change
